Elite Buffalo Bills signal-caller Josh Allen and acclaimed entertainer Hailee Steinfeld ratified their union on the final day of May, at a private, isolated spot in California. The event was precisely private, with the exact venue kept secret and strict rules prohibiting phones and cameras, ensuring no online visual of the ceremony appeared.
Moreover, one specific detail did emerge from their wedding: the selection of "Mr. Brightside" by The Killers for their playlist. This particular track holds massive significance for the Buffalo Bills, having unfolded into their spirited "battle cry during the fourth quarter throughout last season."
Spencer Brown, member of the Bills roster, confirmed that the popular anthem by The Killers was clearly heard. Erick Brown, the Bills' right tackle, verified on the Centered On Buffalo podcast, hosted by former player Eric Wood, that "Mr.

Brown stated, "I don't think any videos from that night will come out, but the song played and it was incredible." Beyond the insertion of The Killers' song, no further specific details about Josh Allen's wedding has been made public. Nonetheless, it is known that several Bills athletes were among the guests, including head coach Sean McDermott, tight end Dawson Knox, tackle Dion Dawkins, quarterback Mitch Trubisky, and starting right tackle Spencer Brown.
Now officially wed and having just signed a yielding "new six-year, $330 million contract," Josh Allen is centralising his efforts on the athletic campaign approaching. On the initial Sunday Night Football broadcast of the year, this season is anticipated to initiate with a game against the Baltimore Ravens—and it's eminently probable that "Mr. Brightside" will resonate once again.

Josh Allen's giving 'husband weight' and Twitter can't handle the cuteness. Josh Allen didn't have to say a word, one look at him in that red practice jersey, and the internet had a field day. The Buffalo Bills quarterback pulled up to training camp looking a little fuller? happier? thicc-er? We're not sure what word fits best, but the vibes are: he's living good. And one viral tweet summed it up hilariously: 'Josh Allen looks like he's eating good in his new marriage.' That was all it took. The tweet that sparked the chaos had fans instantly crowning Josh Allen as the 'well-fed king' It all started with @PolymarketBlitz dropping a casual observation under a photo of Allen in his red No. 17 practice jersey: 'Josh Allen looks like he's eating good in his new marriage.' Refer sports Bills to Joint Parliamentary Committee: Opposition urges Lok Sabha Speaker

Opposition leaders of several parties on Wednesday (August 6, 2025) wrote to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, urging him to refer the National Sports Governance Bill, 2025 and the National Anti-Doping (Amendment) Bill, 2025 to a joint committee of Parliament for further scrutiny. In a letter to the Speaker, they said the two Bills listed for consideration and passage in the House need broader consensus. 'In view of their national importance, the need for broad consensus, and the value of consulting relevant stakeholders, we respectfully request that both these Bills be referred to a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) for further deliberation,' the Opposition leaders said. The signatories to the letter include K. C. Venugopal, Gaurav Gogoi and K. Suresh of the Congress, Supriya Sule the NCP (SP) Lok Sabha member, Trinamool Congress' Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar, the DMK's K. Kanimozhi, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Arvind Sawant, RSP's N. K. Premachandran, VCK's D. Ravi Kumar, MDMK's Durai Vaiko and IUML's E. T. Mohammed Bashir, among others. The leaders argued that the Bills propose wide-ranging reforms in the governance, regulation, and ethical oversight of sports in India. 'They have serious implications for our sportspersons, sports federations, and India's standing in international sporting bodies,' the letter said. 'A JPC would ensure a more comprehensive and participatory process, allowing for careful scrutiny of the provisions, potential implications, and alignment with international standards. We hope this request will be taken into account to help ensure fair and effective governance reforms in the Indian sporting ecosystem,' it added. The National Sports Governance Bill seeks to provide for recognition of national sports bodies and regulate their functioning, while the National Anti-Doping Bill aims to strengthen India's anti-doping framework. The move by Opposition comes after the government got the two Bills passed in the Lok Sabha amid protests and disruption by the Opposition over their demand to have a discussion on the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar.
