12 Texas A&M 2025 signees ranked in final Top 247 rankings
On Wednesday, On3's final 2025 industry rankings saw the Aggies finish with the 6th-ranked class. Seven SEC programs landed within the top 10 of the standings, with the Texas Longhorns taking the top spot after two consecutive College Football Playoff appearances. Twelve of the Aggies' 25 signees made 247Sports' Top247 final rankings regarding individual player rankings.

On paper, defensive lineman Chace Sims looks like a player who should immediately see the field along with wide receiver Jerome Myles, tight end Kiotti Armstrong, and offensive tackle Lamong Rogers. Sims's rise from 435 to 58 is an incredible feat, as the Richmond (TX) native possesses the size, athleticism, and production to make an impact in what should be a talented D-line rotation.

Detroit sports radio host outlines 3 goals for Michigan State football this season
One of the biggest sports personalities in the state has outlined his expectations for Michigan State football this year, with a simple question of whether or not they are unreasonable or not. I also believe their offense will be "fun again" as he said during his show -- so for me, Michigan State nearly checks all of those boxes in my personal outlook for the season. Spartans invite Illinois 2027 ATH prospect that has offers from Miami (FL), Penn State
Michigan State football is reportedly showing interest in an athlete prospect from Illinois that holds a pair of notable power four offers. Josh Morgan of Oak Park, Ill. announced on Sunday that he has received an invitation to attend the Spartans' season-opener against Western Michigan on August 29. Morgan added in a social media post that he "can't wait to get back on campus" noting that he plans to either attend this opener or hopefully another game this upcoming season. Morgan is currently listed as an unranked 2027 athlete prospect on 247Sports. His social media X account states he plays wide receiver and defensive back, and is listed at 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds. He plays for Fenwick High. Michigan State has not yet extended an offer to Morgan, according to 247Sports. He does, however, hold offers from Miami (FL), Penn State and Western Michigan. Colorado football's DeKalon Taylor turning heads at fall camp
The time of fall camp, right before the season begins, is a magical time in college football. Every fan base has hope that this is their favorite team's year, and the games are right around the corner. Another stellar part of this time of year is meeting all of the new faces and potential stars that could lead your team to the promised land. Colorado Buffaloes fans are entering a new era, one filled with a lot of unknowns, but that means a new group of stars is set to emerge. One of those might be a former FCS running back, DeKalon Taylor, who's been flashing his talent throughout camp. The transfer from Incarnate Word started his college career as a slot wide receiver, but soon moved to running back, playing a combination of those two spots in three seasons for the Cardinals. His stats don't jump off the page, rushing for under 1,000 yards, but he averaged a solid 5.8 yards per carry in his first season as the starting running back in 2024. Good numbers, no doubt, but those aren't eye-popping numbers that will have you convinced he'll be a star. Luckily, numbers don't play football; people do. Taylor's outstanding athleticism is enough to make anyone turn their head, even if only to watch him fly by you. That's why his nickname, "Trackhawk," is so fitting. His most recent highlight sees him catch a swing pass toward the sideline, sneak past two defenders and make an inside cut so nasty it sends sophomore safety John Slaughter into next week. With that move, he uses his speed to escape the rest of the defense for a 70-yard touchdown catch. At 5-foot-9 and only 165 pounds, Taylor doesn't have the prototypical build of a starting running back, but that type of raw speed is special. According to his teammates, his size is part of what makes his movements so deadly. "He's so electric, so twitchy, so explosive," senior tight end Sav'ell Smalls said. "That's my favorite player on the team." Taylor has been shining all camp, and his ability to catch the ball and turn upfield will surely be an asset used by the Buffaloes' new offense. As if the Trackhawk nickname and highlight plays weren't enough to make Taylor a fan favorite, his location on the social media platform X will tell you everything you need to know about him.
