One glowing review stated: "Gorgeous material with flattering empire line if you have a tummy to disguise. Beautiful fine cotton that's more of a sateen and is more floaty.

Another five-star assessment declared: "Lovely summer dress. Great style quality fit and price. Cool fabric for the warm weather. Everything I've come to expect from Next." The dress has received rave reviews from shoppers
A different customer gushed: "Lovely bright holiday dress. Very comfortable, instantly feel dressed when you put it on. Can be worn off the shoulder. Washes well. True to size."

Next's €34.50 shirt is 'feminine and flattering' and 'looks more expensive'
Next has launched a shirt that customers are raving about due to its incredible 'versatility' for autumn. Shoppers reveal they've been sporting the Soft Relaxed Long Sleeve Shirt to the office paired with smart trousers, then switching it up at weekends with shorts or denim. The piece is available in three shades - blue stripe, neutral stripe and pink stripe. Ranging from sizes six to 26, it's priced at just €34.50 and features a V-neck collar plus chest pocket. Shoppers love Next's £28 stripe shirt because it is so versatile (Image: Next) The Next garment boasts an impressive 4.2 star rating across more than 70 reviews, reports Birmingham Live. One delighted customer commented: "On trend, true to size, feminine, flattering and versatile. "This shirt can be worn for business with a suitable layer or casual with a strappy vest open or closed. It looks more expensive than the price point. I would not hesitate to recommend this shirt." Another fan remarked: "Love these shirts, bought beige and blue stripe. Material feels lovely, washes and irons well. "Like that they don't button all the way up to the collar giving them a more feminine look in my opinion. Very versatile piece, I've worn them with jeans, wide leg trousers and shorts while on holiday." Crafted from a lightweight TENCEL and cotton blend, this long-sleeved shirt features a button-up fastening, a V-shaped neckline and a classic collar A third customer concurred: "Lovely shirt with a pair of formal trousers or jeans, soft material and hangs well." While another shopper added: "Love this lightweight shirt. It does crease easily but it's not too much of a problem. "Looks smart yet casual for an easy going put together look. Could also wear it as a cover up over a bikini tbh. My fav way to wear it is to throw it on over a casual pair of blue jeans or denim shorts and a clog shoe or sandal. Also looks great with a wedge sandle. Effortless style!" However, one shopper noted that the sleeves were a tad too long: "Really happy with my beige/white striped shirt. It fits well, however, the arm length is a little long, but looks great with the cuff turned over. It looks great with white trousers." Next describes the shirt as follows: "Dress to impress with our blue striped long-sleeved smart shirt. Crafted from a lightweight TENCEL and cotton blend, this long-sleeved button-down shirt is perfect for dressing up or down. The shirt features a button-up fastening, a V-shaped neckline and a classic collar." Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news from the Irish Mirror direct to your inbox: Sign up here.

Oasis fans thrilled to hear songs from polarising album on Live '25 tour
A record that divided listeners when it first dropped has thrilled Oasis devotees as it remains part of their Live '25 tour. The unexpected inclusion of tracks from this contentious album has prompted some supporters to praise Liam and Noel Gallagher, with numerous fans admitting they remain "surprised" by these choices. While the Live '25 tour has primarily spotlighted material from (What's the Story) Morning Glory? and Definitely Maybe, the group has also woven in several rarities. Tracks from their compilation record, The Masterplan, have appeared in Oasis' performances, alongside a selection of numbers from Be Here Now. The outfit will take the stage at Croke Park on August 15 and 16 before travelling to the United States. Audiences were caught off guard by the group's choice to perform material from their third record, which polarised fans upon its 1997 launch. The track Stand By Me has appeared on the album, catching many by surprise despite being amongst Oasis' most familiar numbers. A message on the r/Oasis subreddit saw one enthusiast enquire: "Anyone else surprised they did any Be Here Now songs in 2025? "I had the impression they were trying to pretend that album didn't exist and I see they played Stand By Me at Wembley. I'll be damned lol." Others were amazed to witness the band reviving these songs for their live performances, though suggest there were clues this might occur during the siblings' individual tours. One fan wrote: "They were both doing Stand By Me solo so not a surprise to me. Liam seemed to like D'You Know What I Mean as well but had stopped playing it as much. It was great to see both get a turn!" Another expressed hopes for the band to perform other songs from the album on future dates. They wrote: "I wish they did Don't Go Away too that would be healing." Liam and Noel Gallagher have been performing together for the first time in 16 years (file) (Image: Tony Nicoletti/Daily Record) However, another fan doesn't believe it's likely, suggesting that Liam Gallagher can "no longer sing" the demanding song. They suggested: "I think Don't Go Away has the same issue Stop Crying Your Heart Out has, i.e. the vocal is simply too demanding for Liam. "Don't Go Away didn't even stay in the setlists for a whole tour as Liam had dropped it by late 1997 and Noel had to take it over. Liam did say in about 2017 that he wouldn't do it on the next tour but possibly in the future and nothing materialised. "Possibly because he found he couldn't sing it. I think the only other song from Be Here Now that might pop up eventually is Be Here Now, Liam has done it multiple times, it's quite upbeat and is seemingly an easy song for him to perform. "All Around the World is too long, and the rest of the album likely wouldn't even register on Noel's radar for a modern setlist."
