Kelly Clarkson's new look is so, so gay — and of course lesbians are spiraling
The look was debuted in an Instagram promo video for the upcoming season of The Voice, where Clarkson will be returning as a judge after last working on the show in season 23. There's something about a new format, bringing back old winners to coach — blah, blah, blah. Honestly, any self-respecting queer woman stopped paying attention the moment Clarkson turned around in that chair.
Between that new delectably messy haircut, a button up, and an unfastened bow tie around her neck, she looks like she could be body doubling for Brandi Carlile in a new music video and it is hitting all the right vibes.

Let's go ahead and be clear about one thing. Clarkson has outright stated on more than one occasion that she's straight. And it's not our place to argue with people about their sexualities! But she is not remotely shy about catering to the lesbian gaze and we absolutely love her for it every time.
Because Clarkson knows what she's doing. She embraces it. She embraces us. The American Idol alum is more than happy sing sapphic song after saphic song on her show. And while it's one thing to pull out music from Chappell Roan — arguably the biggest rising star in pop last year — it takes a whole other level of confidence to bust out some freaking t.A.T.u. in the year 2025.
And even if/when Clarkson isn't baiting the lesbians on purpose, she doesn't act anything other than flattered when we're all lining up to smile stupidly at her all the same. That in and of itself basically earns her an army of queers ready to kneel and pledge allegiance to her in exchange for a single wink.
So when she drops a look like the one she's got on in The Voice promo, well, you can imagine how sapphics on the internet have been reacting.

Jane Pitt, mom to Brad Pitt, dies at 84. Granddaughter calls her ‘love in its purest form'
Jane Pitt, a schoolteacher, philanthropist and the mother of film star Brad Pitt, died on Tuesday at the age of 84. The Pitt family shared her obituary with KY3, an NBC-affiliated station in Springfield, Mo., where Jane and her husband, Bill, raised their three children — Brad, Doug Pitt and Julie Neal. The cause of Pitt's death was not revealed by the family. Doug Pitt's daughter Sydney shared a tribute to her grandmother on her Instagram account with a series of pictures. 'We were not ready for you to go yet but knowing you are finally free to sing, dance, and paint again makes it a tad easier,' she wrote. 'I don't know how we move forward without her. But I know she's still here in every brushstroke, every kind gesture, every hummingbird. She was love in its purest form,' Sydney added. In addition to being an accomplished artist, her family said Jane Pitt was an elementary school teacher with the Springfield public school system. In 2009, the Pitts donated $1 million to establish the Jane Pitt Pediatric Cancer Center at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She would occasionally make red carpet appearances with her son Brad. The actor's six children are among the Pitts' 14 grandchildren, and the family said Jane Pitt treasured her role as grandmother. 'The years of 'Your Special Day' of one-on-ones with each grandkid are some of their fondest memories,' the family said in her obituary.

Us Weekly reported that Ruffalo took to her Instagram account on July 18 to announce she and Lucas got married in Vatican City. The Instagram upload featured a picture of the happy couple. "Mr. and Mrs. Incredibly blessed to receive this sacrament together inside the heart of the Catholic Church and holy city," read the caption of the post. Lucas, who finalized his divorce from his first wife Jessica Clencin Henriquez in October 2014, was quick to respond. "I love you! Easily one of the greatest days of my life. I am so so grateful," wrote Lucas in the post's comments section. Several fans also took to the comments section to shower the couple, who started dating in 2022, with congratulations.
