LIVE FOREVER From 4am breakfasts to personal trainers – inside Liam and Noel Gallagher's bid to get fit ahead of Oasis reunion tour
THEY were once the poster boys for a rock 'n' roll lifestyle of cigarettes and alcohol.
But with just 40 days until they kick off their Oasis reunion tour, I can reveal Noel and Liam Gallagher are putting their health first.

As they gear up for their Live '25 shows, I am told Liam will be making the most of the swimming pool at his home in France — and jogging around Hampstead Heath, near his house in London, to work on his cardio.
Meanwhile, Noel has employed a personal trainer to keep him in shape.
A source said: 'Both brothers need to be in the best shape of their lives for the physical onslaught of touring. They're no spring chickens and are both in their fifties.
'Liam has politely declined personal trainers but brother Noel is taking all the help he can get. Liam loves jogging around Hampstead Heath and he wants to make the most of his pool.
The insider added: 'Noel was keen to take on the extra help as he needs a bit more encouragement in the fitness department.
'He's not as motivated as Liam but realises he needs to be in the best shape possible for their tour.'
The band are set to kick off their long-awaited 41-date tour at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on July 4.
The move won't be such a shock for Liam as he's been living a much cleaner lifestyle in recent years.
He revealed last year that he rises at the crack of dawn and enjoys a healthy breakfast.
He said: 'I get up at four or five in the morning. Then I'm just waiting for something f***ing spectacular to happen.

'I have porridge for breakfast, then if I'm feeling really rock 'n' roll I'll have some almonds on it and a bit of honey.'
The frontman underwent a major hip operation in 2023 after crippling arthritis left him with severe joint pain.
Crippling arthritis
Speaking about his new lifestyle last year, he said: 'You've got to undo all the bad work you've done through getting off your head. It's time to undo it all and get back to reality.'
But Noel revealed that Oasis fans are unlikely to spot him at the gym.
Speaking on BBC Radio 2 in 2023, he told Zoe Ball: 'I'd rather spend a fortune to put a gym in my house than go through the embarrassment of being in a public gym.
'Because if I ever get photographed coming out of the gym in gym gear — it's over.
'Nobody needs to see it, nobody will ever see it.'
I can't imagine seeing Noel down the local PureGym either . . .
ANAIS' BLUDY GOOD NIGHT
NOEL GALLAGHER's daughter Anais and her rocker pal Yungblud are all smiles as they hit the town.
The pair – who hope to watch the Oasis reunion together later this year – were spotted enjoying a night out in New York City.

Anais, who is currently dating actor Callum Scott Howells, looked hot in a baby pink cardigan while Yungblud opted for his signature eyeliner and a suit.
Yungblud – real name Dominic Harrison – previously told me that Noel thought he was very mouthy.
The singer said: 'I met Noel at a party when I was about 18 and he thought I was f***ing gobby, but I have not seen him since.'
Asked about the Oasis tour, Yungblud added: 'I know Anais well so I will probably go with her.'
ROD STEWART will be playing the Sunday Legends slot at Glastonbury this year.
But he will be sailing quickly in and out of Worthy Farm – and does not plan on packing wellies.
His wife Penny Lancaster told me: 'No, it's not really his thing. I'm sure there will be some kind of transportation that will prevent him getting his feet wet.'
She also revealed that their teenage son Alastair, and Rod's daughters Ruby and Renee, will be attending but will not get the VIP treatment – despite their dad playing on the Pyramid Stage.
Speaking at London's Chelsea Flower Show, Penny added: 'I won't be in a tent, but my son and two of Rod's daughters are going to be pitching up for five days.
'They're all going down en masse. I'll just be turning up with Rod on the day.'
THEY are preparing to welcome their first child.

Her stylist Jennifer Michalski-Bray told me: 'Now Vick is on mat leave she'll be taking the opportunity to recharge on holiday so I think she will be in bikinis and comfy clothes.
'She's enjoyed experimenting with maternity style and sustainable ways to be comfortable while staying true to her usual style – renting and buying pre-loved items.'
Vick announced earlier this week that it was her final Going Home show with co-host Jamie Laing, as she headed on maternity leave.
Flaunting her bump in a blue dress, she posted: 'Thank you for the love and the laughs these last few months Jamie, all the team and our amazing listeners.'

A source said: 'Fergie is heading to London next month to remake the song.
'She will be filming with American actress Megan Stalter, who is the star of Netflix's upcoming rom-com Too Much.
'The song is set to form the soundtrack of the ten-part series, which has been created by Lena Dunham.'
The London-based rom-com is to hit the streamer in July and will also star White Lotus actor Will Sharpe and Emily Ratajowski.
London Bridge peaked at No3 on the UK charts 19 years ago and formed part of Fergie's debut solo studio album, The Dutchess.
The American singer last released music in 2022, with six-track EP, Fergie: Celebrating Pride.
I can't wait to see her back in the capital.

Driving force behind Oasis reunion uncovered and it's not Liam or Noel

Oasis left fans gobsmacked when it was announced that Liam and Noel Gallagher would be reuniting, but one woman is said to have been the driving force behind the decision Oasis are set to hit the road in a matter of weeks but the driving force behind the reunion has been revealed. For years, brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher had been at war ever since the latter sensationally quit the band i n 2009. But years before that, an internal war had been started. Liam, 52, is said to have questioned the paternity of Noel's eldest daughter, Anaïs, 25, in May 2000. Noel, 58, shares his daughter with his former wife, Meg Matthews. Over the years, the Manchester rock legends had become embroiled in various feuds, often hitting out at one another on social media and in interviews. ‌ Many had hoped that the warring brothers would eventually get back on stage together, with their mother Peggy, also hoping that they would one day put their drama behind them. In 2023, both brothers had said they were open to getting back together. ‌ But last year, almost 15 years to the day the band went their separate ways, it was announced that they would be getting back on stage together. "The guns have fallen silent," the brothers said. Now, it's been claimed that Anaïs, who has remained close to Liam, was the driving force behind the reunion. Sources claim the model and photographer had been supporting Noel following his split from Sara MacDonald. "Anaïs could tell her dad really wanted both his brothers, Liam and Paul, by his side after the split so was determined to get them back in touch," a source said. ‌ They went on to note that Anaïs' close relationship with Liam's sons, Gene and Lennon, helped her after she asked whether their dad would be open to listening to her. Speaking to The Sun, the source went on to add: "It was all very slow-going behind the scenes to get the brothers talking again. Anaïs spending so much time with her dad allowed her to realise how much he missed his brother, despite the jibes they both made. ‌ "It enabled her to plant the idea of a reconciliation on both sides. Thanks to her close relationship with Liam, she was able to call him." They added that she ensured both brothers didn't look back in anger. "Once Liam called Noel, the rest was up to them," they added. Despite Anaïs previously clashing with both Gene and Lennon, the cousins put on a united front in December 2023 when they all attended a Chanel fashion show in Manchester. The cousins smiled as they came together alongside Rúben Dias. The upcoming tour, which is due to kick off on July 4 at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, will boost the economy. Fans are projected to spend an average of £682.80 each on everything from tickets and travel to food, drink, shopping, and accommodation, generating an estimated total spend of £940.3 million across the entire tour. This figure closely rivals the £997 million spent by fans during Taylor Swift 's 2024 UK Eras Tour. However, the net economic impact of Oasis's tour - estimated at £274.4 million across the four host cities - is expected to significantly exceed the £122 million reported for Swift's 15 UK shows, thanks to a higher proportion of spending staying within local economies.

Real reason Oasis reunited – and it's all down to woman who has already picked the setlist including rarely heard hits

The star has even provided crucial insight into what Oasis' Gen-Z fans might want to hear on the reunion tour THE MASTERPLAN Real reason Oasis reunited – and it's all down to woman who has already picked the setlist including rarely heard hits Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) IT is the biggest reunion in rock – but Oasis's comeback may not have happened at all if it hadn't been for some delicate, behind-the-scenes diplomacy by one particular person. Step forward Anais Gallagher, Noel's eldest daughter, who has been revealed as the gutsy go-between who has seemingly pulled off what years of fan pleading and big-money offers failed to do. 7 Feuding brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher have put differences aside to reunite Oasis Credit: Getty 7 The Gallagher brothers finally announced their reunion in August 2024 Credit: Instagram/Oasis 7 The band have recently begun rehearsals together ahead of their long-awaited reunion tour Credit: Alamy 7 Noel Gallagher's daughter Anais brought her dad and uncle Liam together for the biggest reunion in music Credit: Getty And the plucky model has even had a hand in helping shape the band's set list, by providing crucial insight into what the Mancunian legends' Gen-Z fans might want to hear on the 41-date reunion tour. The Sun can reveal that Anais, who is from Noel's first marriage to Meg Mathews, worked tirelessly to reconcile her dad and uncle following Noel's split from Sara MacDonald. So Anais, 25, figured the breakdown of her dad's marriage could be an opportunity to get her old man back together with his feisty brother and the band that made him a megastar. An insider said: 'Anais was one of the biggest sources of comfort and support for Noel following his divorce. "She was the one that was helping him get back on his feet and return to doing things he loved that had fallen by the wayside. 'Over the years, Noel had offered an olive branch to Liam, but he'd never taken it up. 'Anais could tell her dad really wanted both his brothers, Liam and Paul, by his side after the split so was determined to get them back in touch. Fighting with Noel 'She gets on great with Liam's sons Gene and Lennon so she asked them if their dad would be willing to hear her out. 'They said they thought he would be receptive, so she then asked Liam to reach out to his brother to lend support. 'Liam's always wanted Oasis back together so he got in touch.' Inside Noel & Liam Gallagher's first Oasis show in 16 years at surprise venue where they enraged neighbour Ironically, the Wonderwall crooners fell out back in May 2000 because Liam allegedly questioned the paternity of Anais while fighting with Noel in Spain — leading Noel to leave the band for a second time. Anais has maintained a close relationship with outspoken Liam, who is saved in her phone as 'uncle'. Anais, who has modelled for Dolce and Gabbana, is close friends with her cousins Gene, 23, and Lennon, 25, and the group often go on nights out together. Anais was one of the biggest sources of comfort and support for Noel following his divorce Insider Fans had hoped Noel's divorce would lead to a reconciliation for the band, but they were left hanging for more than a year. The source said: 'It was all very slow-going behind the scenes to get the brothers talking again. 'Anais spending so much time with her dad allowed her to realise how much he missed his brother, despite the jibes they both made. 'It enabled her to plant the idea of a reconciliation on both sides. Thanks to her close relationship with Liam, she was able to call him. 'She worked hard to make sure they didn't look back in anger, if you like. 'Once Liam called Noel, the rest was left up to them.' The brothers announced their reunion in August last year, sparking a frenzy as fans went into overdrive to get their hands on tickets. It's expected that the band will make millions from their world tour, which kicks off in July. 7 Noel's split from Sara MacDonald was an opportunity for him and Liam to talk again Credit: Getty 7 Anais is Noel's child from his marriage to Meg Matthews Credit: Getty And in further good news for Liam, he is about to become a grandfather for the first time. His daughter Molly Moorish, 27, announced two weeks ago she was expecting her first child with Liverpool footballer boyfriend Nathaniel Phillips. Molly, whose mother Lisa had a short-lived relationship with Liam in 1998, was estranged from her dad for 19 years but they are reconciled. In interviews, Anais said: 'With my family, what you see is what you get. They are really hard-working people. 'With my dad, I would always go to him for help or advice — it's very funny that a rock star from the 90s is like the most level-headed person I know. 'He's definitely the guiding force in my life.' Liam's always wanted Oasis back together so he got in touch Insider And it's safe to say that Anais has Noel's ear. Last month, The Sun revealed that she had encouraged her dad to distance himself from disgraced comedian Russell Brand. Limit hangovers Brand has been charged with rape and sexual assaults relating to four women. He has denied all the allegations. A source said: 'Anais realised that her dad's close links to Brand wasn't a good look. "She's very PR savvy. There was a discussion and Noel agreed cutting ties was best. 'Anais, Noel, and the rest of the family are horrified at Brand's alleged behaviour and had no idea what was going on.' And her influence on Noel doesn't end there. She is helping to run her dad's social media and is on his company's payroll. The source said: 'Anais does a lot on social media to make money, so it's a natural fit for her to help her dad out. 'She knows what does and doesn't work for Generation Z, whereas Noel doesn't. 'It's given them more of a chance to bond. "Noel hired her because she is genuinely good at her job, not because she is his child.' The dedicated daughter is also helping with the song selection for the tour. The source added: 'Anais has helped with the tour set list by looking at what has done well on TikTok with the younger generation. 'As a result, [the song] Bonehead's Bank Holiday will be played live by Oasis for the first time. "They'll also play Digsy's Dinner, and Talk Tonight. 'She wants to help Oasis gain younger fans as well as their long-standing fans.' The Oasis reunion announcement has been marred by older fans hitting out at younger people getting tickets, something Anais has been very vocal about on social media. On TikTok, she wrote: 'One thing I won't stand for is the ageism and the misogyny around people getting tickets. 'Sorry, if a 19-year-old girl in a pink cowboy hat wants to be there, I will have my friendship bracelets ready.' Grumpy fans have claimed that the band would hate stuff put up by young people on TikTok. Sometimes people put this hyper-aggressive masculine ideology into what they think that my dad and my uncle are going to be like Anais Gallagher In an interview with Hello! Anais hit back, saying they were wrong. She told the magazine: 'I see this all the time, actually, where someone will post a funny video or a cover song and people would say '[Oasis] would hate this'. 'No, no, you hate this. "Sometimes people put this hyper-aggressive masculine ideology into what they think that my dad and my uncle are going to be like. 'They're actually a lot more accepting than the fans are.' Anais plans to be stage-side to support her father throughout the reunion run. She joked in an interview that her aims for the year were to: 'Limit the amount of hangovers I have after all the Oasis concerts, remember to take my supplements and drink a lot of water.' Whether she can manage to keep her dad and uncle in a similar state remains to be seen. 7 Liam's lads Gene and Lennon are close with Anais Credit: Getty Unlock even more award-winning articles as The Sun launches brand new membership programme - Sun Club.
