He also sent hundreds of unhinged emails to Swift's team, filled with delusions that she was in a romantic relationship with him and the mother of his son.
'Mr. Wagner made various statements about living at my property (not true), being in a relationship with me (not true), believing I am the mother of his son (not true), and needing to see me in person, all of which are untrue and disconnected from reality,' Swift stated in her sworn declaration.
While the pop star has unfortunately dealt with stalkers in the past, this case strikes a deeper nerve due to Wagner's references to Swift's relationship with Kelce. In July 2024, another man was detained in Germany after allegedly threatening both Swift and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end during her European tour. The pattern of obsession and escalating threats has now forced Swift and Kelce's security teams to remain on high alert.
