In a bid to tease the fans and ignite the excitement, Sony on Friday (August 1, 2025) released a new short video of Tom Holland's Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is the fourth installment of Marvel's superhero franchise. In the nine-second teaser, a close-up of Spider-Man's new suit was briefly shown. The video was captioned 'something brand new is coming.' It was posted on Aug. 1, which happens to be National Spider-Man Day. Marvel fans will need to wait another year before 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day,' the MCU's next installment. It is set to hit the theaters on July 31, 2026. The latest installment officially comes after Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021).
