GTA6 is now available... to pre-load to your console as fresh details 'leaked'

GTA 6's official release may be a year away but a new development has left fans "gearing up" for a "masterpiece"
Waiting for a new game to drop on PS5 or Xbox is always a tough one. You've seen the trailer, watched the teaser, and scoured the internet for whatever inside scoop you can find on what you might be dealing with on release day.
Rockstar Games announced last month that the release of Grand Theft Auto VI would be delayed until May 26, 2026. Gamers were up in arms over the announcement, with many impatient to discover GTA 6's new features.

A second teaser trailer for the game was also released, raising tensions even more, but now gamers will be chuffed to hear that, despite a postponement until next May, GTA 6 is now available.

That is, available to 'wish list' on both Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
While fans were able to add GTA 6 to their PS5 wish list as early as May, the option was conspicuously absent from the Xbox Store. In welcome news for fans, the team at Rockstar Games has now seen to the issue.
Players can now express their interest in GTA 6 via wish list on the Xbox website and directly through the console.
Although not equivalent to being able to pre-order, wish listing represents an important step towards the much-anticipated release of GTA 6. The Store Page for GTA 6 boasts not only the game's intriguing trailers but also a range of screenshots for virtual voyeurs.
And the revelations just keep on coming as new details about the expected GTA 6 online mode have reportedly been "leaked" online, as spotted by X, formerly Twitter, user @GTAVI_Countdown, and reported by indy100.com.

Fravillys, a former Rockstar Mag chief editor who is believed to have previously dropped exclusive insight about the RAGE engine, has written a piece containing alleged information about the expected online mode in GTA 6.
"According to an inside source, the upcoming multiplayer game, codenamed 'GTA6MP', is currently at an advanced stage, much more so than it was during the original GTA Online, which was developed between 2008 and 2013," Fravillys wrote in a translated article.
"One of the most significant advances would be the ability to perform free-roam multiplayer activities with players from different sessions, without ever having to leave your own environment or experience loading times.

"The next version of GTA Online is said to be aiming for a seamless and immersive gaming experience, with the ambition of reaching up to 96 simultaneous players per session. However, according to my latest information, this figure is currently limited to 64 players."
None of this has been confirmed by Rockstar. Elsewhere, there has been reaction aplenty to the Xbox Wish list development.

One X user wrote: "Already wish listed. I'm not sure I can do the late night like I used to but I'm sure to try for this game!!"
Another enthused: "Now we can experience this masterpiece in the greatest console ever!" A third joked: "My work wondering why I'm suddenly sick on may M6, 2026".

Others were concerned about the game's release date. One commented: "I expect one more delay, watch it push into summer '26" and a second agreed: "We all know it's going to get pushed back again though".
A third questioned: "Should we trust this ETA?" while a fourth pointed out: "I am honestly surprised they didn't push it to June 6th. GTA 6 on 6, 6, 2026, would have been good marketing."
The game's narrative is believed to around two principal characters, Jason and Lucia and set in various locations including Vice City itself, along with Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, and Ambrosia.

EastEnders Elaine in health scare as fans spot eerie clues 'hinting at death'

EastEnders fans fear Elaine Peacock may be killed off the soap after spotting two eerie clues in latest episodes which they believe to be foreshadowing the moment EastEnders fans have spotted an eerie clue in recent scenes - which they believe may be hinting towards the character's demise. It comes after spoilers for next week reveal that the character will be seen collapsing twice in a terrifying health scare. In next week's EastEnders, the fallout from Linda revealing she wants to sell the Vic continues. ‌ As Elaine tries to convince Linda to reconsider her decision, a huge row breaks out, and Linda retreats to the café to speak with George. Elaine later spots their interaction from The Vic and jumps to the conclusion that the pair are plotting behind her back. ‌ The stress of The Vic and her marriage breakdown with George becomes all too much for Elaine, who collapses during yet another row with Linda. But will Elaine be okay? This week, George and Elaine were seen getting into a huge spat over ownership of the pub. During the huge argument, Elaine was heard saying to George: "I'm going to keep this pub until the day I die." Elsewhere, in yesterday's episode when Linda brought up the idea of selling, an angry Elaine exclaimed: "Over my dead body!" It's been revealed that the Vic will be seeing new owners in the near future. Now, fans believe the two lines from Elaine, plus her upcoming health scare, are foreshadowing towards the character's death. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan shared a screenshot of Elaine's two interactions, alongside the caption: "THE FORESHADOWING! Are they killing off Elaine?" ‌ "The 2nd time this week that Elaine has referenced "Death" in her dialogue. We know Elaine collapses next week but could it lead to a lot worse then that?" Another responded: "I noticed this. A death looms," as a third said: "Well she is due to collapse at some point next week isn't she? Maybe this is the beginning of the end for Elaine?" ‌ Months before the tragic death of Martin Fowler back in February, eagle eyed fans had spotted clues that his time was going to come to an end. Weeks before his untimely death, the whole Square gathered in the Queen Vic to watch a old episode of Martin's dad Arthur Fowler starring in a game show back in the day. In the clip, which Ruby Allen had dug up, his late mum Pauline was also present. Elsewhere, fans were also convinced the soap was 'hinting' towards Martin's death, as Honey ordered shots of Death Throes when celebrating the character getting his fruit and veg stall back. Will Elaine be okay?

All the stars rumoured to be surprising Glastonbury fans including big comeback

From mystery acts, cryptic Instagram posts and surprise appearances - fans are eager to know all the secrets sets at this weekend's Glastonbury and we've pulled together everything we know Worthy Farm is already buzzing as thousands have poured through the gates of Glastonbury 2025, with its music performances kicking off in style today. While most festival-goers have their must-see acts circled on the line-up, it's the secret sets that really set pulses racing – with Lorde already surprising a huge crowd at Woodsies this morning. This year's line-up has been drip-fed to fans for months, with headliners locked in and new names randomly popping up. But regulars know the secret sets are the ones to look out for. ‌ Every summer, the festival loves to throw in a few wildcards. It starts with whispers, cryptic clues buried in the programme, and the sort of social media speculation only Glastonbury can ignite. The X (formerly Twitter) page @secretglasto has been working overtime, tipping off eager fans about the biggest do we know so far? Let's take a look! ‌ Lorde Royal songstress Lorde graced the Woodsies stage this morning, with a secret set being played to a crowd which was so packed that festival bosses had to close off the area. A source told the Mirror: "It's sweltering inside the tent given the amount of people crammed inside. Bosses are urging people to stand up off the floor to make room. Some people are leaving as it's so intense." However, as the crowd spilled outside the tent, the source added: "Bosses have now shut down Woodsies as crowds are so big with a festival-wide message saying: 'Woodies is now full'." Lewis Capaldi Two years ago, Lewis Capaldi's Pyramid Stage set left fans in tears as they sang him through a powerful moment when his Tourette's made it hard to finish. Today, exactly two years on, he's released Survive, a raw track reflecting on anxiety, voice loss and that emotional performance, a move many believe is a clear nod he's about to return. Fans have already spotted posters around the site revealing his name and a set time, though there's still no official word. But when the lyrics, timing and buzz all line up like this, it feels almost certain he'll take to the stage. ‌ Robbie Williams Robbie's been toying with us for weeks, dropping hints about a Glastonbury comeback, three decades after he first crashed the festival as a newly-solo star. At first, fans got excited when he changed his Facebook photo to a 1995 backstage snap but with tour dates abroad, people assumed it was off the cards. . ‌ This morning, though, he posted two photos on X captioned simply '30 years later…' One showed a plaque reading: 'Robbie Williams entered this area without accreditation, authorisation, or alignment with prevailing taste. His presence was uninvited, unofficial and ultimately inevitable.' The second was the iconic 'Welcome to Glastonbury' sign - All signs lead to a Glasto comeback. Chappell Roan Finally, there's the mystery act billed only as 'Patchwork,' due to hit the stage Saturday at 6:15pm. The internet has been in meltdown over who it could be; guesses range from Pulp to Lorde, or even Chappell Roan. But it was Chappell herself who sparked a frenzy of speculation, posting a snap clutching a patchwork quilt with the caption 'insane vibe.' Between the post and the timing, it's looking very likely the Good Luck, Babe! singer is planning a surprise. With the weekend stretching ahead, we can expect more bombshell appearances no one saw coming. Because at Glastonbury, some of the best moments are often the ones that aren't on the schedule.

Black Ops 7 leak hints omni-directional movement is about to level up again

A new Call of Duty Black Ops 7 leak has seemingly revealed that wingsuits are set to make a return in the hugely anticipated shooter, in a new 20v20 mode called Skirmish. Black Ops 7 is eagerly awaited, but a recent leak suggests some significant new additions to the series' multi-directional movement arsenal. The unveiling of Black Ops 7 during this year's Summer showcase period was unexpected, not because we weren't anticipating a new Call of Duty game, but due to the trailer being exceptionally well-crafted, hinting at a mind-boggling adventure unlike anything we've seen in the franchise before. It was quite startling, but it successfully stirred up excitement for the next chapter of the thought-provoking series. ‌ However, it appears there's more out there than Activision might prefer. With the expectation of a delayed Season 4 Reloaded leaving players without the information they crave, they're eager for any minor detail they can get their hands on – and this could have caused a lot of problems for Activision, as sharp-eyed players have noticed a mistake that the series has made. ‌ It seems Call of Duty has inadvertently leaked a major aspect of its gameplay. New images from Black Ops 7 have emerged, showcasing mechanical armed dogs and highly advanced soldier suits, but what players are most intrigued by is a new mode called Skirmish, which boasts an incredibly unique set of rules. Time to take flight CharlieIntel and ModernWarzone have dropped a bombshell with reports of an accidental leak caused by a blunder on the Xbox app, which inadvertently broadcast confidential details about Black Ops 7 to all app users. According to the leaked message, players can look forward to Skirmish, an all-new 20v20 mode on a sizeable map, where the goal is to "Use your wingsuit to flank and reach objectives before your enemy. The first team to reach the score limit wins!". Beyond that, another gameplay mode dubbed Overload focuses on battling for control over an EMP device, yet it's the comeback of wingsuits that's snagging headlines. Wingsuits haven't swooped into the Call of Duty battlegrounds since Blackout in Black Ops 4, and considering the significant emphasis placed on a groundbreaking omni-directional movement system in Black Ops 6, wingsuits portend a revolution in free-moving combat strategy. The reveal throws up tantalising teasers as to what we might anticipate from Black Ops 7, particularly how it will evolve gameplay-wise. Past iterations, such as the incremental tweaks seen between Modern Warfare 2 and 3, make this news all the more thrilling – it hints at possibly bigger leaps in evolution. We'll need patience before any more reveals are offered, but for those keen on taking to the skies, this leak is remarkably promising.
