Reading's Zimbabwe international Tivonge Rushesha has signed a new one-year 22-year-old - who can play at right-back or in midfield - has played 29 times for the Royals since moving to the club from Swansea City two years ago. He started six of Reading's final 10 games last season as he began to establish himself in the side.
