Julie's exciting announcement comes just days after she issued a statement defending her weight loss after fans raised concerns about her health.
Julie shared an update on Instagram after a new photo, in which she looked very slim, was posted to her account.
Her dramatic transformation led to comments from worried followers.
'Thanks to all who have expressed concern about my health. I am well and I am within the healthy weight range. My doctor concurs,' she wrote.
'For those who have asked me for advice or tips, I am not qualified to provide this. It's advice that should be sought from your trusted health professionals, not from me. I'm a TV cook,' Julie continued.
'For those who want to comment on the shape and condition of my body please, do it on your own page because I'm tired of reading it. For that reason I'll be turning off comments on this post.
'For all of us can we please find something more interesting to talk about. Can we please model kindness to our kids and grandkids and can we please leave this obsession with people's looks back in the 1980s. Peace and love.'
Julie was prompted to speak out after a selfie shared this week led to comments inquiring about whether she is 'sick'.
'I'm actually concerned... to be honest, but if you are healthy and well there is nothing to worry about,' one fan commented.
'Oh Julie…. too much weight loss,' another chimed in, while one more said, 'She is sick. She looks shocking.'
'Julie you are awesome, but are you okay?' someone else asked, with one more posting, 'Are you okay Julie? You don't look okay. Hope there's nothing wrong.'
'She looks like a skeleton,' one more person wrote, with yet another saying, 'OMG you look so ill.'
Others defended Julie, with one person writing, 'Love how people speculate she is on the jabs. My bet is she is looking after herself and eating the right foods.'
'OMG Julie you look amazing! You have a beautiful smile. Keep shining!' another said.
One more chimed in: 'Can everyone stop commenting on Julie's weight and telling her she's too thin? All you're doing is projecting on her what YOU think she should look like. If she had always looked like this, no-one would say anything.
'Just be happy for her that she's happy, her doctor's happy, and she's healthy!'
Julie recently revealed she had lost more weight following her dramatic 'accidental' transformation, which saw her drop a whopping 20kg almost a decade ago.

BBC explains in FULL why MasterChef with Gregg Wallace and John Torode will still air

Allegations against MasterChef presenters Gregg Wallace and John Torode were upheld, and they both lost their jobs on the BBC programme, which has aired in various guises since 2005 The BBC has stressed it wants to "properly recognise" the MasterChef contestants by airing a series filmed last year before allegations against Gregg Wallace and John Torode were upheld. ‌ The corporation confirmed yesterday the latest amateur series has been given the green light for broadcast from August 6 on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. This is despite the scandal around both Wallace and Torode, who lost their hosting roles after 20 years. Most of the 83 allegations made against Wallace were for inappropriate sexual language and humour while Torode allegedly used a serious racial term. ‌ But they filmed a series last year before these claims were upheld, and the BBC has decided to air this to honour the amateur chefs involved. However, the futures of the celebrity series and the Christmas special, again both already filmed, remain unclear as yet. ‌ Reacting to the news on Wednesday, one former MasterChef worker said the decision to go ahead showed "a blatant disregard for the people who have come forward". Speaking to BBC News, she warned it was "a total reversal of so-called firing from MasterChef - how can you be fired by your work is still made public? While a gap in the prime time schedule is not ideal, for integrity they should have found other series to go into those slots." READ MORE: MasterChef's new hosts 'revealed' after Gregg Wallace and John Torode scandal ‌ However, the BBC said in full: "After careful consideration and consultation with the contestants, we have decided to broadcast the amateur series of MasterChef on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from 6 August. MasterChef is an amazing competition which is life-changing for the amateur chefs taking part. The focus of it has always been their skill and their journey. "This has not been an easy decision in the circumstances and we appreciate not everyone will agree with it. In showing the series, which was filmed last year, it in no way diminishes our view of the seriousness of the upheld findings against both presenters. We have been very clear on the standards of behaviour that we expect of those who work at the BBC or on shows made for the BBC. "However, we believe that broadcasting this series is the right thing to do for these cooks who have given so much to the process. We want them to be properly recognised and give the audience the choice to watch the series. ‌ "At this stage we have not taken a decision on the celebrity series and Christmas special, which was filmed earlier this year, and we will confirm our plans later in the year. "Most importantly MasterChef is a brilliant, much-loved programme which is bigger than any one individual. There are many talented, dedicated and hard-working people who make the show what it is. It will continue to flourish on the BBC and we look forward to it returning stronger than ever in the future." The statement followed news last week that Torode's contract on MasterChef would not be renewed, as confirmed by the BBC and production company Banijay UK. Torode, who celebrated his 60th birthday on Wednesday, confirmed he was the subject of an allegation about using racist language that was upheld as part of a review carried out by law firm Lewis Silkin into the alleged behaviour of his co-presenter Wallace.

Black Sabbath's Geezer Butler recalls first time he met 'lunatic' Ozzy Osbourne

Black Sabbath star Geezer Butler recalled the first time he met Ozzy Osbourne, who showed up at his front door in an unusual outfit Black Sabbath star Terence 'Geezer' Butler recalled the first time he met Ozzy Osbourne all those years ago. The bass player, along with his former bandmates, Tony Iommi and Bill Ward, recently issued respective statements to fans following the news of Ozzy's heartbreaking death this week. ‌ The news comes just weeks after he took to the stage with his former bandmates at Villa Park stadium in Birmingham on July 5 for his farewell concert, Back to the Beginning. The sold-out charity gig reunited Ozzy with guitarist Tony, 77, bassist Geezer, 76, and drummer Bill, 77, who are the original members of Black Sabbath. ‌ ‌ Geezer paid tribute to his pal in a post which read: "Goodbye dear friend – thanks for all those years - we had some great fun. 4 kids from Aston - who'd have thought, eh? So glad we got to do it one last time, back in Aston. Love you." A post was also shared on the band's Instagram page tonight following the news of singer-songwriter Ozzy's death this week. Alongside a photo of him taken at his final concert, the caption of the post simply read: "Ozzy Forever." The bass player previously opened up about the first time he met Ozzy, which happened after Geezer spotted the Prince of Darkness' 'Ozzy Zig Needs Gig' advertisement at the local musical instruments store. ‌ Geezer noticed he lived nearby in Aston and went to knock on his door, but no one answered. Later that day, Ozzy showed up and casually knocked on his front door. "My brother told me, 'There's something at the front door for you'," he said. "It was a skinhead in his dad's toolmaker's work gown, with no shoes; he had a chimney brush over his shoulder and was holding one trainer on a dog lead. ‌ "It was raining and he was soaking wet. I just burst out laughing. I thought he was the local lunatic." The 'local lunatic' turned out to be Ozzy, who just served six weeks in Birmingham's Winson Green Prison for burglary. Geezer previously revealed the first three Sabbath albums were recorded in a "reasonably straight" fashion before the group started using hard drugs while making Vol. 4 in Los Angeles in 1972. ‌ 'The serious stuff was imbibed when we recorded that one in L.A. ... and then later on Sabbath Bloody Sabbath,' he explained. 'None of it made me play better. I'd think so at the time – then when listening to it back sober, I'd have to redo everything. "Alcohol is by far the worst for performing. I only ever did that once, and that was enough.'
