Amman – Wednesday marks the start of the online application process for admission to diploma-level programs at Jordan's public university community colleges, running until midnight on Wednesday, August 20, according to the Unified Admission Coordination Unit of the Higher Education Council at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. اضافة اعلان The unit explained that applications must be submitted through its official website, under the 'Intermediate Diploma Stage' section. Jordanian students with an average grade of 50% or higher may log in to the site. Students will find two separate application forms: First application – for admission to: Intermediate colleges affiliated with Al-Balqa Applied University The Intermediate Technical College of Al al-Bayt University The Tafila Technical Intermediate College of Tafila Technical University Intermediate diploma programs at the World Islamic Sciences and Education University The Royal Jordanian Geographic Center for Surveying and Geospatial Sciences The Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection / Al-Muwaqqar This application allows up to 20 choices. Applicants must pay a fee of 10 Jordanian dinars after completing the form, using the eFAWATEERcom electronic payment service (Central Bank of Jordan's bill payment system). The student's national ID number will serve as the e-payment number. Second application – for admission to the Nuseibeh Al-Mazinyah and Rufaidah Al-Aslamiyah Colleges affiliated with the Ministry of Health. This application allows up to 10 choices. Applicants must pay a fee of 5 Jordanian dinars after completing the form, also using eFAWATEERcom, with the national ID number as the e-payment number. It explained that the fund annually allocates 450 full scholarships for top students at both the national and district levels accepted into bachelor's degree programs within the regular track at public universities. Of these, 330 scholarships are reserved for district top students (6 scholarships per district), and 120 scholarships are allocated for the top national students across all branches and fields of the General Secondary Education Certificate. — (Petra)
