Daily Mail13-05-2025
Bring Me the Horizon's lead singer, Oli Sykes, revealed his wife is pregnant with twins in a wholesome Instagram video on Sunday.
The Kent-born rocker, 38, will be welcoming the children with his Brazilian spouse Victoria Alissa Salles Silva, who he wed in 2017.
Their heartwarming announcement on Sunday showed the loved-up couple sat at a table together anxiously waiting to bite into two cupcakes - the colour of which would reveal the gender of their babies.
With their dog eagerly perched by their side, Victoria says: 'Are you ready?' before biting into the first cake to reveal they will be having a girl.
Oli then takes a bite of his own iced cupcake, which displays blue, meaning the other baby will be a boy.
And the couple looked elated with the result of their gender reveal, with Victoria letting out a scream and her rock star husband crying: 'Oh my f****** god!'
The announcement sent fans into a frenzy, with the Instagram post gaining more than 250,000 likes and a host of stars congratulating the couple in the comments section.
Model Abbey Clancy wrote: 'Aaahhh so lovely'
Pretty Girl singer Maggie Lindemann also took to the comments, writing: 'Omg congratulations'.
While a clearly excited fan simply wrote: 'So unbelievably happy for you both!'
'Imagine you're a new born baby and your father is Oli Sykes... Biggest flex,' another quipped.
The news comes as Oli's band Bring Me The Horizon gear up to headline this summer's Reading & Leeds Festivals, which will go ahead on August's bank holiday weekend between the 21st and 24th.
The band have headlined the festival on one previous occasion, when they fronted it alongside Dave, Arctic Monkeys and The 1975 in 2022, and even invited Ed Sheeran on-stage.
Bring Me The Horizon will be joined by Chappel Roan and Utopia hitmaker Travis Scott as this year's headliners. Irish singer-songwriter Hozier will too play the festival.

'We are going to bring hands down the greatest show of our careers.
'It's going to be our only UK performance next year and the final European show of the NEX GEN campaign before the band take time away, so if you want to see BMTH next year, this truly is your only chance. Can't wait.'

Toni and Cach WIN Love Island and bag £50k as raunchiest ever series ends with shock confession and rows

so good Presenter Maya Jama announced the climactic end to the show's tenth year Amanda Devlin LOVE Island's Toni Laites and Cach Mercer have won the summer 2025 series after a gripping live finale. In a dramatic climax after two months on-screen, host Maya Jama told the stunned couple they'll be taking home £50,000. 8 8 8 8 8 8 After weeks of coupling up, dumpings, texts and triangles, the series came to a close with a battle between Toni Laites & Cach Mercer, Shakira Khan & Harry Cooksley, Angel Swift & Ty Isherwood and Yasmin Pettet & Jamie Rhodes. Angel and Ty finished in fourth place, with the smitten couple saying they couldn't wait for their relationship to start in the outside world. In third place was Yas and Jamie who gushed about their romantic connection. However, "mean girl" Helena Ford was spotted "rudely" talking to Angel in the background of Yas's interview. There was a famous divide between the girls, with Yas, Shakira and Toni being isolated from the rest of the villa. However, they finished in the top three after gaining massive support from fans. The entertaining final saw clips from yesterday of the remaining couples wake up to their last day in the villa, before the girls were sent out to buy breakfast for the boys. They then got suited and booted ready for the finalists' dinner where the stars got emotional as they all confessed their feelings. Toni broke down in tears as she told Cach how much she cares about him. The night took a turn as Maya grilled Tommy and Ben live on the show about their romances with Lucy and Andrada, respectively, ended. Maya Jama takes swipe at Love Island's Harry as he celebrates reaching the final with Shakira after Helena romance Both boys had gone exclusive with their other halves but cheated on the same night at a showbiz event - with the SAME girl. As well as some Islanders finding love, it's been the sexiest series in the show's 10-year history ever since Helena took Harry into the Hideaway just 56 hours after meeting. It led production to order in more condoms to ensure there was protection available. It's also been the least committed bunch of Islanders - with only one official couple in the final week. Meg Moore and Dejon Noel-Williams became boyfriend and girlfriend after a tumoltuous eight weeks. However, they were kicked out on Sunday night by the axed stars who returned to vote off the least compatible couple. This year has also been incredibly promiscuous for some, with Conor Phillips taking the crown for being in the most couples of any series with a total of eight girls. In another first, Toni became the first-ever American contestant in the UK series when she joined as a bombshell from Las Vegas. It was also the first finale to have so few original islanders in the final four. Everyone but Harry and Shakira joined as bombshells sporadically throughout. 8
