Yahoo31-05-2025
Everyone in Genoa City can't shake Aristotle Dumas from their mind. Ashley's return to The Young and the Restless could further shake up the happy family. She's been working in Paris lately. But she's due to return home soon. She might find herself involved in the Dumas drama.
Y&R fans are looking forward to Ashley's (Eileen Davidson) return. They want to know what she thinks of Diane's (Susan Walters) remodeling project, which is causing more drama than the corporate shakeups. Fans are also curious to know what's going on in Ashley's life. Later this week, she's expected to drop some news on Jack (Peter Bergman).
MORE: Ashley's shocker during May 26-30 of Y&R.
This news concerns him. It has us wondering what Ashley has been up to since she's been away in Paris. Since she healed from the trauma of her split personalities, she's been back at work. She could be working on a top-secret project, and we wonder who she's been working with lately.
Maybe Ashley knows something that everyone else wants to know. She might've met the elusive billionaire themselves. It could explain why the Abbott family will end up on high alert. Victor (Eric Braeden) has been desperate to get revenge on Jack for saving Nikki's (Melody Thomas Scott) life.
Victor said he's worked with Dumas for years. However, he's never met them in person. He could've had Dumas work with Ashley to pull the wool over Jack's eyes. As we all know, Victor is ten steps ahead of everyone else. No one could ever beat him at his own game. He could work with the billionaire to take down Jack.
NEXT: The Y&R fan theory: Could Tucker be Dumas?
There's also the possibility that Ashley is quitting her job as R&D at Jabot. Maybe she's jumping ship to join Glissade. Anything is possible in Genoa City. What are your thoughts on Ashley's return? Do you think she's working with Dumas? Let us know in the comments section.

Luc Besson Unleashes Behind-the-Scenes Look at His Gothic Romance DRACULA: A LOVE TALE — GeekTyrant

EuropaCorp has released an interesting new featurette for Dracula: A Love Tale , the gothic romance-drama from legendary French director Luc Besson. The behind-the-scenes video arrives just ahead of the film's theatrical debut in France, offering fans an early peek into Besson's unique vision for the timeless vampire myth. Rather than retelling Dracula as we know it, Besson dives deep into the origin story, centering on a 15th-century prince who, devastated by the loss of his wife, curses God and is transformed into a creature of the night. Caleb Landry Jones, who previously worked with Besson on DogMan , stars as Prince Vladimir, with the story later jumping to 19th-century London where Dracula is drawn to a woman who looks eerily like his lost love. The English-language featurette dives into Jones' intense transformation into the iconic vampire, showing how he physically and emotionally committed to the role both on and off set. Besson, known for The Fifth Element and Léon: The Professional , is crafting a visually rich, character-driven reimagining of Dracula. The synropsis reads: 'In the 15th century, Prince Vladimir (starring Caleb Landry Jones) denies God after the brutal and cruel loss of his wife. He inherits a curse: eternal life. He becomes Dracula. Condemned to wander through the centuries, he has only one hope left: to find his lost love.' Also starring Zoë Bleu Sidel, Christoph Waltz, Matilda de Angelis, and Guillaume de Tonquédec, the film is scored by Danny Elfman and produced by Virginie Besson-Silla. While it hits French theaters on July 30, a US release date has yet to be announced.

Jenna Ortega Channels a Gothic Kate Moss in a Leather Slip Dress

Jenna Ortega, for example, is delivering as many last-minute looks as she and stylist Enrique Melendez can beforeWednesday Season 2 drops on Friday. As the promo cut-off drew near, Ortega's style streak continued on August 5 in fresh-off-the-runway Ann Demeulemeester. At New York City's Paris Theater, Ortega met up with her Wednesday co-stars to surprise fans at a special screening. She hasn't gone the all-black route in a week, as to not be "too predictable," Melendez told me earlier in the tour. But on Tuesday evening, she returned to her character's roots in Ann Demeulemeester Fall 2025. Ortega picked Look 4 from the 37-piece line: a '90s-inspired slip dress made of leather and silk. As seen on the runway, the leather ruffles began at the cowl neck and ended atop the asymmetrical hem. In the Fall 2025 show, the model grunge-ified her gown with chunky platform shoes. Ortega, however, chose lace-up knee-high boots from Miista, which looked straight out of Wednesday Addams's gothic, yet academic aesthetic. In the accessory department, Ortega swapped the catwalk choices for more minimalist moments, including a singular silver bangle, mismatched rings, and no necklace. Direct from the red carpet, Melendez posted Ortega's step-and-repeat on Instagram, calling the Demeulemeester design "perfect for NYC." In another IG story, he applauded Ortega for "serving Kate Goth... I mean, Kate Moss." Clearly the supermodel, and her '90s-era slips inspired their selection. View Deal Moss is practically synonymous with '90s slip dresses featuring the same cowl neckline and flowy skirt as Ortega's. At the 1995 CFDA Awards, the A-lister stole the show in a white maxi. If the LWD turned black, it would've bared a shocking resemblance to Ortega's latest look, hence the "Kate Goth" reference. And just like that, Ortega and Melendez nailed another homage. At this point, the dynamic duo are their own competition. I, for one, can't wait for the L.A. premiere tomorrow, where they'll certainly outdo themselves once again. With the Bayeux Tapestry that tells of their long rivalry, France and Britain are making nice

BAYEUX, France — For centuries, the storytelling masterpiece has been a source of wonder and fascination. In vivid and gruesome detail, the 70-meter (230-foot) embroidered cloth recounts how a fierce duke from France conquered England in 1066, reshaping British and European history. The Bayeux Tapestry, with its scenes of sword-wielding knights in ferocious combat and King Harold of England's famous death, pierced by an arrow to an eye, has since the 11th century served as a sobering parable of military might, vengeance, betrayal and the complexity of Anglo-French relations, long seeped with blood and rivalry but also affection and cooperation.
