When Does ‘Cobra Kai' Season 6 Part 3 Come Out? Release Date, Time and Everything Else to Know
The new batch of Cobra Kai episodes is set to drop on Netflix on February 13, 2025, at 12 a.m. PT, or 3 a.m. ET. A late night viewing party may be in order for east coasters who want to be the first to see what happens in part 3!
It's a supersized season! Like parts 1 and 2, Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 comes with five episodes, making for a total of 15. This is atypical for Netflix, as the streamer usually caps a season of one of its original shows at 10 episodes max.
Part 3 will pick up where part 2 ended, so fans can expect to see mostly the same cast members in the new episodes. This includes all the senseis, good and bad — Ralph Macchio as Daniel LaRusso, William Zabka as Johnny Lawrence, Martin Kove as John Kreese, Yuji Okumoto as Chozen Toguchi, Alicia Hannah-Kim as Sensei Kim Da-Eun, Lewis Tan as Sensei Wolf and, yes, even Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry Silver.
Of course, there are also the returning modern 'karate kids' — Xolo Maridueña as Miguel Diaz, Jacob Bertrand as Eli "Hawk" Moskowitz, Mary Mouser as Samantha LaRusso, Tanner Buchanan as Robby Keene, Peyton List as Tory Nichols, Gianni DeCenzo as Demetri Alexopoulos, Dallas Dupree Young as Kenny Payne, Griffin Santopietro as Anthony LaRusso and Oona O'Brien as Devon Lee.
Other cast members in Cobra Kai season 6 part 3 include Courtney Henggeler as Amanda LaRusso and Vanessa Rubio as Carmen Diaz.
Season 6 part 3 will follow the epic conclusion of the Sekai Taikai tournament in Barcelona, Spain. At the end of part 2, fans saw a wild, live-streamed brawl break out between all of the dojos, and it ended in tragedy with the accidental death of Cobra Kai's Kwon Jae-Sung (Brandon H. Lee). Now, both Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do are left dealing with the aftermath of Kwon's death.
'After a startling result in the Sekai Taikai, Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai must reckon with their pasts while facing an uncertain future both on and off the mat,' part 3's synopsis reads. 'Almost 40 years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, it's all been leading to this. Granted one final chance to finish the Sekai Taikai, Daniel, Johnny and the team lay it all on the line in the ultimate championship showdown.'
In the trailer for part 3, scenes from the Karate Kid films and Cobra Kai flashed onscreen as Daniel and Johnny could be heard in voiceovers speaking about their rivalry through the years. However, they joined in unison to say, 'We need to go back to where it all began.'
Cobra Kai co-creator Hayden Schlossberg teased to Netflix's Tudum ahead of part 3 that 'all of the big bads' would still be 'in play' in the final episodes.
'You still have Kreese, Silver, Sensei Wolf, Master Kim Da-Eun. Everyone is still on the board. Nothing's been resolved,' Schlossberg said. 'We have a lot of fun in store with all the characters left in tatters at the end of episode 10.'

'Lurker' takes obsessive music fandom to a twisted new level. Here are 7 more movies about obsession you need to watch next.
'Lurker' hits theaters Aug. 22. How far would you go for a front-row seat to fame? That's the question at heart of Lurker, a new film from The Bear writer Alex Russell. In the movie, which hits theaters Aug. 22, Théodore Pellerin plays Matthew, whose chance encounter with rising musician Oliver (Archie Madekwe) leads to him joining the performer's inner circle. But it's not easy being on the inside, and the more desperate Matthew becomes to stay close to Oliver, the less Oliver wants him around — leading Matthew to make a series of disturbing choices in which he succeeds at flipping his dynamic with Oliver on its head. Lurker is not the first to give us insight into the joys — and inherent dangers — of obsession. The film, which currently has a 96% score on Rotten Tomatoes, fits firmly into a growing subgenre of movies that are about getting as close as possible to the object of one's unrelenting obsession. Eager to watch more? Here's some other movies to check out next. (2025) The upcoming Anniversary stars Bridgerton's Phoebe Dynevor as a young woman named Liz who worms her way into the family of her former professor (played by Diane Lane) when she dates her son (Dylan O'Brien). But Liz, who is associated with a 'radical' political movement, has an agenda — and her parasitic relationship to her old teacher's family comes with devastating consequences. Where to watch: In theaters, Oct. 29 (2023) The rich are different — and quite easily manipulated — in filmmaker Emerald Fennell's Saltburn, about Oxford student Oliver (Barry Keoghan) who befriends upper-crust classmate Felix (Jacob Elordi) and joins him for a summer on his family's sprawling estate. But by the time the family decides they don't want Oliver around, he's already sunk his claws into their lives and is refusing to let go. Where to watch: Prime Video (2017) In this black comedy, Ingrid (Aubrey Plaza) is a loner with no friends — well, in real life, at least. When she starts following free-spirited Venice Beach Instagram influencer Taylor (Elizabeth Olsen) Ingrid decides to head out to California to befriend her. It works — for a while, at least. But when Ingrid can't quite hide her obsession, things fall apart fast, and Ingrid spirals to comedic, and honestly really sad, results. Where to watch: Tubi (2010) Nina (Natalie Portman) has always wanted to be the star of her ballet company, but her shy, demure personality means she often fades into the background. But when the uninhibited Lily (Mila Kunis) joins the company, it sparks an intense connection — and rivalry. Nina's fascination with Lily draws out a darker side Nina has never seen before. Where to watch: Rent or buy on Prime Video (1999) While the 2024 Netflix series starring Andrew Scott also told the story of author Patricia Highsmith's famous con artist Tom Ripley, the 1999 film, starring Matt Damon as the titular character, portrays Ripley as a person obsessed. The object of his desire is shipping heir and playboy Dicky Greenleaf (Jude Law) — he can't help but want to be a part of his world. Unfortunately, Ripley's Italian vacation with Dicky takes a violent turn — and soon, Ripley isn't just living in Dicky's world, but is literally using his name and identity. Where to watch: Rent or buy on Prime Video (1992) When Allie (Bridget Fonda) puts out an ad for a new roommate in the paper after a breakup, Hedy (Jennifer Jason Leigh) shows up at her door — and at first, everything seems great. Then, Hedy starts getting weird: copying Allie's appearance, sabotaging her relationships and eventually trying to take over her life. As things escalate, Hedy's violent nature is revealed, leading to a showdown between these two roommates. A new version of Single White Female is currently in development, with Jenna Ortega and Taylor Russell reportedly in consideration for the lead roles. Where to watch: Rent or buy on Prime Video (1950) Before Lurker showcased the dark side of fame, there was All About Eve — another movie about an obsessed fan who worms their way into the life of the object of their admiration. Eve (Anne Baxter) is a fan of famed actress Margo (Bette Davis) who becomes her personal assistant. But when Eve charms Margo's friends and the theater world at large, it becomes clear that Eve's true agenda is to shove Margo out of the spotlight so she can claim it for herself.
