Daily Mail23-04-2025

Mark Wales has confirmed a fresh romance with former Australian Survivor player Phoebe Timmins, who rose to fame on the reality series in 2016.
Taking to his social media on Tuesday, the 45-year-old ex-Australian Army officer and Australian Survivor winner posted a galley of loved up snaps with his new girlfriend.
Mark made headlines in 2019 when he tied the knot with his ex, another Australian Survivor star, Samantha Gash.
The hunky former SAS soldier had met Sam, 40, while the pair were competing in the 2017 season of the survival show.
Confirmation of Mark's new ladylove follows rumours that the reality star had split from Sam several months ago after she had unfollowed him on social media.
'I'm very, very lucky to have met someone who I really love,' Mark said of Phoebe in his Instagram post on Tuesday.
He then gushed over his new sweetheart, who gave birth to a daughter last May.
'She is kind, honest, thoughtful, very smart, has a huge heart, is a great mother and an even better partner.'
Several of the photos Mark shared see piling on the PDA with Phoebe and include her eight-month-old - their identity protected with a love heart emoji.
In a new interview with Yahoo Lifestyle on Wednesday Phoebe, 36, confirmed that she and Mark have been an item for 'five or six months'.
She also revealed that the pair were 'old acquaintances' and had 'reconnected through genuine friendship towards the end of last year.'
Phoebe continued: 'At the time, he was separated and single, and I was adjusting to life as a new mum, so romance was far from my mind.'
She said that there 'meaningful' connection 'caught her by surprise'.
'It wasn't something either of us sought out, but it's turned into something really lovely,' Phoebe added.
Elsewhere in the chat, Phoebe revealed she is based in Abu Dhabi and plans to continue to solo parent.
It comes after Mark and his ex Sam made headlines when they announced their engagement in 2019.
The couple found love on the reality show after the cameras stopped rolling in 2017, before welcoming a son, Harry, several months later in March 2018.
They later revealed the happy news on Instagram, declaring they were looking forward to a 'long, happy, chaotic life' together.
Mark later went on to win Australian Survivor: Blood v Water in 2020.
Phoebe, who has had a career as a criminal lawyer, never shared the screen with Mark in the reality series, first competed on Australian Survivor in 2016.
She returned for the All Stars season in 2020.

Justin Bieber reveals weight loss and mystery injury amid growing concerns for troubled star

Justin Bieber revealed his striking weight loss as well as a mystery injury as he stepped out in Hollywood on Friday. The singer, 31, who sparked concern with an online rant earlier this week, cut a slighter figure and sported a knee brace on his left leg as he headed to a spa. A somber Bieber flashed his neck tattoo in two hoodies, paired with a baseball cap and green check print shorts. He completed his ensemble with blue sliders. The star has not publicly commented on his knee injury. has contacted a representative for Justin Bieber but did not immediately hear back. This comes after the Baby hitmaker sparked concern after going on an impromptu Instagram rant on Tuesday. The pop star took to Instagram in a bizarre post to share his thoughts about telling other people what they do or do not 'deserve.' 'Telling other humans they deserve something is like raising someone else's kids,' he wrote in his latest post. 'Who are you to tell someone what someone should or shouldn't have?' He balked at 'the audacity' and slammed his fans' unsolicited opinions: 'That's not your place. God decides what we deserve.' In response to his post, fans flooded his comments section with messages voicing concern, calling out his 'hypocrisy' and urging him to 'take a social media break.' Many fans seemed to believe he was responding to recent fan comments telling his wife Hailey Bieber, 28, that she 'deserves better' after his 'disrespectful' posts towards her. This comes after fans criticized his 'Mother's Day sucks a**' post on his wife's first Mother's Day since they welcomed their first child, son Jack Blues Bieber, in August 2024. They also pointed out that he recently admitted he previously told Hailey that she would 'never' land a Vogue cover in a since-deleted caption meant to congratulate his wife on that same, recent accomplishment. He also shared the post to his Instagram Story accompanied by Lil Tecca's song OWA OWA, in which he raps about pleasuring his partner and 'making it clear to his significant other that his time and presence should not be taken for granted,' per Genius. One fan commented on the Peaches singer's post and wrote: 'Justin. You told Hailey she couldn't be on a cover of Vogue, isn't that telling her she can't have something?' 'Didn't you just tell this girl she couldn't be on Vogue,' another fan wrote. Similar comments flooded his post. One person asked him: 'Brother didn't you tell your wife she could never be on the cover of Vogue???' Another person added, 'Take a break from social media, Justin.' 'I think you should leave God out of this and grow up,' one Instagram user penned. 'God told me you need a social media break,' another fan commented. Love Island star's secret link to former Islander and mum's unlikely job

EXCLUSIVE: Love Island 2025 star Blu Chegini has raised eyebrows with his incredibly honest and open attitude towards sex - and it turns out it's all thanks to his mum's very unusual job Incoming Love Island star Blu Chegini is already turning heads ahead of the show's explosive return on Monday, June 9 for its 12th series, but it's not just his piercing eyes or his shredded physique that have people talking. The 20-year-old, who hails from London and is a construction project manager, is packing a past that's guaranteed to raise eyebrows – from his secret connection to former Islander who appeared on the All Stars series earlier this year, to his rather unexpected upbringing inside his mum's sex shop in Spain. ‌ In an exclusive chat with The Mirror, Blu revealed that although he hasn't yet met Kaz, who famously appeared in Love Island 2018, their paths have more than just crossed in spirit - they both train at the same Muay Thai gym on the Costa Blanca. ‌ 'I haven't met her, but she trains at Real Paddy Club in Spain – the same gym I go to,' Blu explained. 'She trains with someone I know.' Blu, who's been boxing since he was a teen, credits Muay Thai for keeping him focused and humble. It's part of what he hopes to bring to the villa – discipline, confidence and a whole lot of charisma. But if you thought training with a former Islander was wild, wait until you hear about his home life. Blu's mum runs a sex shop in Spain – and not just any backstreet boutique. It's a fully-fledged, advice-giving, no-judgement haven for couples and curious minds alike. Asked if he ever got a family discount, Blu laughs: 'Yeah, pretty much. Anything you want!' ‌ While some might be mortified, Blu speaks candidly about what it was like growing up surrounded by adult toys and open conversations about sex. 'It was cool,' he says. 'Back then it was more taboo, but people eventually realised it's actually pretty awesome. A lot of my friends go to my mum for advice - it's a very open relationship.' ‌ His grounded, no-shame attitude towards sexuality could serve him well in the villa – especially now that ITV has confirmed it won't censor sex scenes in the 2025 series. For the first time since the show toned things down in recent years, producers say islanders who hook up will be shown doing so, sparking a major conversation online. So what does Blu – whose own mum gives out sex advice – make of it all? ‌ 'She hasn't asked me, but it wouldn't surprise her if it happened,' he admits. 'I'm not going in expecting it – whatever happens, happens.' ITV insiders say the move reflects a more 'authentic' approach to dating on screen, but for Blu, it's just another part of being open and honest about intimacy. That openness, he says, was modelled early on by his mum – and he's not shy about it. 'Oh yeah, full tour,' he chuckles, when we ask if he's ever taken a date to the family business. 'The shop gives everyone a whole experience – education and the shop assistants make you feel comfortable.' ‌ Blu's already won fans over with his straight-talking, down-to-earth charm. Describing himself as 'energetic and bubbly,' he's going into the villa hoping to be 'someone who can be there for others when they're having a tough time' – and says he's not the type to play games. Keeping coy about his type, and not specifying looks when speaking about his type, he is mostly into 'Someone who is family oriented, has a lot of love to give and a lot of love to receive. Personality goes a long way." With a connection to past royalty, a refreshingly honest view on modern love, and an upbringing like no other, Blu is about to make waves in Love Island 2025 – and we'll be watching every second. Love Island 2025 begins Monday 9 June at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
