Malaysian fans can look forward to a night of dreamy vocals and viral hits as 22-year-old Chinese-Canadian indie artist yung kai makes his much-anticipated debut in Kuala Lumpur on Aug 27, 2025. The performance will be held at The Platform, Menara KEN TTDI as part of his yung kai: flower, moon and star tour.
Since his debut in 2022, yung kai has risen to global prominence with his breakout single 'blue', which peaked at #2 on the Spotify Global Viral Chart and has amassed over 300 million streams on Spotify and more than 100 million views on YouTube. The song has also inspired millions of fan-created content on Instagram and TikTok.

Over the weekend, the idol participated in the Chungju Tangeum Lake National Triathlon Race in Seoul. As with most triathlon races, Minho had to swim, bike and run over various distances while competing for the fastest overall time. For this specific race, the distances for each sport were 750m for swimming, 40km for biking and 10km for running. According to reports, the idol completed the race in 2 hours and 18 minutes. Since the race was public, fans got to see the idol compete in the triathlon in person. Photos and videos of Minho at the event made their way onto social media, sparking interest amongst netizens. Most of the comments were stunned by the idol's 'unreal' visuals, noting that he looked like he was in a photo shoot for a sports magazine. Some fans even called him a Ken doll because of his toned figure and blond hair. Surprisingly, the triathlon isn't the only sporting event that Minho participated in recently. Last month, the idol challenged himself in the HYROX competition in Taipei. The sporting competition combines 8 kilometres of running and eight functional workout stations, with participants alternating between running and functional exercises. Minho reportedly completed the event with an impressive record of 1 hour and 4 minutes. The SHINee member has also shared his HYROX experience through his personal YouTube channel. Fans have expressed awe at Minho's athleticism, arguing that it isn't easy to maintain his fitness level. Some even said the idol inspired them to become active. Funnily, some fans also joked that they can no longer tell whether Minho is an idol or an athlete, given his love for working out. We wonder what sports competition Minho will participate in next. The Hong Kong Heavenly King will stage three encore concerts at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Nov 21, 22 and 23, as part of the same 60+ Concert Tour. Ticket prices – from S$168 to $388 – are identical to that of his 2023 shows here. Priority sales for KrisFlyer members begin on July 2 from 10am to 11.59pm, and for OCBC cardmembers on July 3 from 10am to 11.59pm. General sales begin on July 4 at 10am. The tour has travelled across Asia, and will stage encore shows in cities such as Macau, Kuala Lumpur and Suzhou. Cheung's show business career began in 1984 when he joined PolyGram Records, which later became a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. On Feb 23, the 63-year-old singer-actor celebrated a career milestone when he performed his 1,000th concert – and 218th show of the 60+ Concert Tour – in the Chinese city of Haikou.
