‘Tantrums': Justin Timberlake's ‘diva' behaviour exposed amid fan backlash
The Cry Me a River singer has drawn widespread criticism from disappointed fans who have accused him of not performing on stage.
Social media was flooded with angry JT followers who claimed he was barely trying and relying too heavily on crowds to sing back some of his smash-hit anthems.
Timberlake was accused of looking tired and listless on stage.
The Forget Tomorrow World Tour wrapped up in Istanbul on Wednesday night after 121 gruelling shows.
However, The U.S. Sun has spoken to two sources close to the 44-year-old who fear it could be the last time Timberlake travels the globe.
The first insider understands why the backlash has become so fierce and claims the NSYNC legend is just exhausted, fed up, and frustrated.
'He's struggling with getting older and feeling like things aren't going his way,' he told The U.S. Sun.
'Since the tour started, he's been withdrawn, constantly in a bad mood. It's like he sees this as his 'last dance,' and he doesn't want to do it again. He feels stuck in the shadow of his old successes, and he hates that image.'
The source also claims his marriage to actress Jessica Biel is suffering as a result of his personal struggles.
Relationships with the tour crew have also allegedly hit rock bottom.
'He's exhausting everyone,' continued the insider. 'He's coming off like a diva — a tired artist throwing tantrums, giving half-hearted performances, and letting fans do most of the singing. That's not the Justin I used to know.
'People are quitting after this tour, no question. We've talked to so many disappointed fans who felt totally let down — some even asking for refunds. It's heartbreaking to see, but unless he wakes up, he's heading straight for a wall.'
Disgruntled fans claim Timberlake has 'hardly been singing' — although the condemnation hasn't been universal.
One fan who saw him in Atlanta last November said he was 'amazing,' before urging him to 'take a break and recharge.'
A particularly damning post, however, slammed the star.
'Justin Timberlake really thought he could do the bare minimum and get away with it?' raged the fan. 'People didn't drop $500 to watch a lifeless karaoke act. No energy. No vocals.'
A crew member who has worked extensively with the singer confirmed to The U.S. Sun that he is 'p****ed off about everything' and that he's 'totally unengaged.'
'I've worked with him on multiple tours, and I've never seen him like this — so selfish, so checked out,' said the tour veteran.
'He barely sings during shows, just floats through it. Fans are noticing, and they're angry. We've had hundreds of people say they felt betrayed after buying tickets and getting half a show.
'It's been embarrassing, honestly. The whole tour feels like a mess, and most of us can't wait for it to be over. A lot of us won't work with him again after this. He's even talking about stepping away from the spotlight completely — no more concerts, no more public life.'

Anthony Hopkins pokes fun at Kim Kardashian's new Hannibal-esque Skims face mask
Anthony Hopkins jokingly compared Kim Kardashian's new Skims facelift mask to the one he wore in the 1991 film The Silence of the Lambs. The actor, 87, took to his Instagram on Friday to share a video of himself sporting a head mask, saying, 'Hello Kim, I'm already feeling 10 years younger. Goodbye.' He then recreated his famous 'fava beans and Chianti' slurping noise, as he widened his eyes and slightly grinned. 'Thank you, Kim. Don't be afraid to come over for dinner,' the Hannibal star captioned the clip, tagging Kardashian, 44, and her clothing brand. Several fans applauded Hopkins' dark humour, with one commenting, 'Are you having Kim for dinner???' Another added, 'Great actor with a great sense of humour!' Others hoped that Kardashian would reply to the cheeky post, saying, 'This is the best publicity you could get @kimkardashian ! lol. You have to reply. This is so epic!' Reps for the businesswoman weren't immediately available to Page Six for comment. Earlier this week, Kardashian released her Seamless Sculpt Face Wrap ($88), made with sculpting fabric to shape your jaw. While some people were intrigued by the contraption, others joked that the Kardashians star designed the wrap 'because we all can't afford face lifts.' 'This is getting weird, how are we normalising this,' another said. 'We're not going to make it, are we? Humans I mean,' a fan quipped. Kardashian is known for releasing unique products, including her iconic nipple bra last year. She also dropped butt-enhancing shorts in January and the hip-enchancing shorts in June. 'I love being able to push boundaries and bring humour to our campaigns,' the TV personality said in a press release, saying she loves showing people how to look and feel their best.

Justin Timberlake has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. So what is it?
Justin Timberlake has revealed he has been diagnosed with Lyme disease. In a post on Instagram, the singer said he had been dealing with health issues during his recent world tour. "Among other things, I've been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease — which I don't say so you feel bad for me — but to shed some light on what I've been up against behind the scenes," he said. "If you've experienced this disease or know someone who has — then you're aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically." Timberlake said he was shocked when he received the diagnosis. "But, at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness." His post comes after online speculation about his lacklustre performances during the final stretch of his tour. Timberlake said he was usually a pretty private person but felt compelled to share what he had been dealing with since his tour kicked off in April 2024. "Not only did I prove my mental tenacity to myself but, I now have so many special moments with all of you that I will never forget," he said. Several other well-known celebrities have revealed their struggles with the disease. In 2023, the actress and granddaughter of Elvis Presley, Riley Keogh, revealed she had the disease. Amy Schumer posted on Instagram about living with the disease in 2020. In January 2020, Justin Bieber shared a photo from 2019 that fans had speculated about, and said it was taken while he was struggling with Lyme disease. Avril Lavigne, Ben Stiller, Bella Hadid and Shania Twain have also spoken about living with the disease. Lyme disease is spread by ticks carrying Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria. A human can contract the disease if they are bitten by a tick carrying the bacteria. There is no evidence that it can be spread from person to person. It is not likely that you will catch Lyme disease in Australia. Scientists have not found Borrelia burgdorferi in Australian ticks, or any other Australian insect that could pass the disease to humans (called a vector). Lyme disease is commonly found in parts of the United Kingdom, the United States and Asia, according to the Federal Department of Health. Visitors to these areas can become infected and return to Australia with the disease. Symptoms typically appear within the first 30 days of being bitten, according to Health Direct. Most people notice a rash that appears between seven and 14 days after a tick bite. Typically, the rash is target-shaped and centred around the tick bite. The rash may be tender, but it usually isn't itchy or painful. About eight in 10 people develop a rash. Not everybody with the disease gets a rash. In the later stages of the disease, you may develop symptoms that affect your heart, nervous system or joints. Symptoms can include: If you think you have Lyme disease, you should visit your doctor. It can be treated with antibiotics and is diagnosed by a blood test. Also, see your doctor if you think you have a tick and you need help or advice on removing it. Lyme disease has three stages. The symptoms experienced in each stage depend on: Neurological complications most often occur in the second stage of Lyme disease. They include: Some patients can experience neurological symptoms in the weeks, months and years after a bite. These include: Some people believe that a form of "chronic Lyme disease" exists in Australia. However, this is a disputed diagnosis as there is a lack of supporting evidence.

‘Bieber fever': Music playlists of world elite exposed
Don't miss out on the headlines from Music. Followed categories will be added to My News. Vice President JD Vance is a big fan of the Backstreet Boys' 'I Want It That Way.' White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt gets pumped up with Beyonce's 'Run the World (Girls)' — and there's one very prominent politician who loves Nelly's 'Hot In Herre.' That's all according to the Panama Playlists — a site that quietly went live Wednesday and claims to reveal the private music tastes of a slew of public figures. 'I found the real Spotify accounts of celebrities, politicians, and journalists. 'Many use their real names. With a little sleuthing, I could say with near-certainty: yep, this is them,' the anonymous eavesdropper wrote. 'We've been scraping their accounts since summer 2024. 'Playlists, live listening feed, everything. I know what songs they played, when, and how many times,' they wrote, also stating the project has not affiliation with company 'Spotify.' The anonymous researcher told The Post that they became convinced in the authenticity of each account as the months of monitoring went on. Graphics of each person were mocked to resemble Spotify's 'This Is…' playlist category. Picture: 'I gained confidence in each person by looking at lots of signals. An example is Pam Bondi. Her longtime partner is John Wakefield, and her profile has an old playlist called 'john' and an old shared playlist with a user named 'John Wakefield,' so that gives me a lot of confidence it is her account.' 'Karoline Leavitt's profile has a playlist called 'Baby Shower,' and she had a baby a month after the playlist was made,' the owner of the website told The Post, emphasising they only collected publicly available information. It all seems to be a bit of summer fun, that reveals the questionable, ironic and sometimes too-on-the-nose music choices of America's rich and powerful. 'Heard of the Panama Papers? That exposed offshore bank accounts. This is about onshore vibes,' the site says. Here is a sample of what 'Panama Playlists' found. Vice President JD Vance is a fan of the songs 'I Want It That Way' by the Backstreet Boys and 'One Time' by Justin Bieber, both of which appear on his oft-listened to 'Making Dinner' playlist. The millennial veep also appears to be a fan of pop-punk, with several songs from the early aughts favourite Death Cab for Cutie appearing on his playlist 'Gold On The Ceiling.' On that playlist, Vance shows off an eclectic taste in tunes, selecting songs 'Fade Into You' by Mazzy Star, 'Pepper,' by Butthole Surfers, 'Signs' by band Tesla, and 'Take a Walk' from Passion Pit. FTX fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried has three public playlists — 'rap' 'soft' and 'loud' — which feature plenty of Eminem, also Death Cab for Cutie, and song 'Young Dumb, Broke' from Khalid. The site claims to expose the music taste and habits of some of the world elite. Picture: Karoline Leavitt had the songs 'Run the World (Girls)' by Beyonce and 'Girls Just Want to Have Fun' from Cyndi Lauper on her 'Baby Shower' playlist. Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson's liked tracks on his Pandora account include 'Parachutes' from the movie 'Air Force One' and the 'Finding Nemo/Nemo Egg' theme performed by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. He's also into 'One Night Love Affair' by Bryan Adams and 'May It Be' by Enya. Social media gadfly Taylor Lorenz's public playlists include 'Older Millenial College Rager TBT' and 'Breakup Songs' —- but her 'Favs' include tracks 'Romeo and Juliet' from Dire Straits and 'You Can Get It If You Really Want' from reggae legend Jimmy Cliff. Pam Bondi prefers the more upbeat tracks on her playlist named 'Pam' — including Nelly's immortal jam 'Hot In Herre,' 'Hands to Myself' by Selena Gomez, and 'Fix My Eyes' from band For King & Country.' OpenAI CEO Sam Altman's 'My Shazam Tracks' — meaning songs he likely looked up — include the well-known 'Get Ur Freak On' by Missy Elliott, 'Make Me Feel Your Love,' by Adele, and 'Vivir Mi Vida' from Marc Anthony. 'We've been scraping their accounts since summer 2024.' Picture: Getty Coinsbase CEO Brian Armstrong has a playlist called 'Repeat' that is the song 'Long Way Home' by Gareth Emery saved 60 times. And Florida Governer Ron DeSantis is a major classic rock fan with his only public playlist featuring iconic songs 'Ring of Fire' by Johnny Cash, 'Southern Nights' from the rhinestone cowboy Glen Campbell, and The Charlie Daniels Band's 'The Devil Went Down To Georgia.'
