"He is genuinely that person that just wants to talk to and help everyone."
Lottie's sister, Bonnie added: "And I think he's probably earned at this point to retire. But the sad thing is if we can't talk to Joe, who are we going to talk to?"

The 39-year-old has told us how well she's been getting on and how "refreshing" it's been.
She explained: "Well you have to remember what I do on 2FM is… I have to stick to an agenda. And with the podcasting world I find, I've been able to talk about a lot of things that are just really me, I suppose.
"It's been really refreshing, really uplifting for me and freeing and I'm having an absolute ball doing it."
Bonnie added: "I think that it's working because from the get-go we both said if we're going to do this, like we're just doing it as our FaceTime calls. It has to be just that we're just chatting."
The influencer spoke about how they get "too comfortable" with each other.
She said: "And like sometimes like Lottie actually says things and I'm like, 'Should we say that?', and then she's like, 'Bonnie, I would never say something like that on the radio. I'm too comfortable with you'.
"But I think that's what makes it good."
Lottie added: "I'm a little bit scared when I'm on with her because I don't check myself. And I'm really good at checking myself. And I don't check myself with her.
"But I do also feel as we've gotten older, we give less of a s***.
"I think we're very guarded for a long time and just we're kind of a lot more comfortable with ourselves and not as afraid of opinions.
"And then it ends up being better received, actually."

Private jet lands at Knock Airport as Mayo locals wonder whether Oasis are on the way

The airport revealed a 'nice private jet just arrived in from Dublin this morning', sharing clips of an all black plane moving down the runway. The Gallagher brother's mother Peggy, who they dedicated the hit Stand By Me to during their first gig at Croke Park, is from Charlestown, Co Mayo. Now aged in her early 80s, Ms Gallagher, like so many of her generation, left Charlestown for the UK when she was 18, amid grim economic circumstances in Ireland. The fourth eldest of 11 children, Peggy settled in Manchester and raised her three sons, regularly spending summer holidays at home in Co Mayo. "My mam used to drag us by the ear across the Irish Sea to spend summer holidays there,' Noel Gallagher told Gay Byrne on the Late Late Show in 1996. 'We had never seen the likes of nettles, fields and stacks of hay and all that, so she was determined to give us a bit of Irish culture and it was a bit of a culture shock, but we grew to love it and we still do.' Local publicans have hoped the brothers find time to call before they fly to Toronto for their first trans-Atlantic gig in 16 years on August 24. Speaking to the Irish Independent last week, John Finan, owner of JJ Finan's pub, said he would love to welcome the brothers if they visit Mayo this week. 'We don't open on Mondays or Tuesdays, but if I thought they were around I'd open up for them,' Mr Finan said. 'They are two lovely lads. They have been very good to me.' A video of Liam playing an impromptu gig in the snug of the pub went viral several years ago. Before and after they became famous, the Gallaghers made regular trips to the county, including to visit their grandmother, Maggie, who died in 2000 at the age of 79. In 2015, the duo posed with a 'Mayo 4 Sam' t-shirt in Knock Airport. Earlier this week, Noel Gallagher was spotted socialising at Brady's Clockhouse pub in Maynooth, Co Kildare.
