It's been over a week since the Trailer 2 of
GTA 6
was released. But that didn't stop the fans from speculating and fantasizing about the in-game aspects of the game. From finding connections to GTA Vice City to spotting uncanny resemblance to Michael's boat, fans had every bit of their fun.
However, the trailer also sealed the delay in release which is on May 26, 2026, skipping the initial release date to almost a year. So, those who wanted to play the game in the fall of 2025 might have to wait a bit longer. But that's not going to be a problem for a modder because he has built Jason's GTA 6 house in GTA 5 itself.

At the very beginning of the Trailer 2 of GTA 6, we have seen the house of Jason Duval who was having a chat from that house's balcony with Brian Heder. Now, you have to wait until May 2026 to actually get into that house when GTA 6 is released, but a modder named MouMoud_RPF can't seem to be waiting anymore as he has recreated that exact house in GTA 5 itself.
The modder has posted a short video on YouTube, showcasing his immense skill of resilience and perfection. This modded house is located on the beach side of Los Santos. Not just the outside, that house is made from the inside with adding a garage, furnitures, bedrooms, and a terrace.

Also, the modder added the link of his official discord server in the video description to join and try out this mod on your own via FiveM servers.
The mod features audio occlusion and custom doors as well. He also gave the link of the mod at the very end of the video to try it directly, but somehow it's redirecting to a 404 error page, that means it's available to download right now. This error message might be an indication that this mod might have been hit by a DMCA strike by Rockstar Games.
However, this is not the case for everyone, as many fans still ended up downloading the mod from the same link. If you are facing the same issue, then it's advisable to join the modder's official Discord server to get alternative links of the mod.

'Malegaon Files' film announced based on 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case, Rajiv S Ruia to direct A film based on the 2008 Malegaon bomb blast case has been announced and has been titled 'Malegaon Files'. 'My Friend Ganesha' fame director Rajiv S Ruia will be directing the film, which is currently in the pre-production stage. The cast and crew of the movie have not been revealed yet by the makers. The Mumbai NIA court on July 31 acquitted all seven accused of being involved in the 2008 blasts in Malegaon, with the court saying the prosecution failed to establish the case beyond a reasonable doubt. The 2008 Malegaon blast case was transferred to the NIA in 2011 from the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS). After a 17-year-long wait and examination of hundreds of witnesses, the NIA special court acquitted all seven people accused under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Arms Act and all other charges.
