What are the charges against Duke Dennis?
Duke Dennis has been charged with criminal trespassing and evading arrest by the San Antonio Police. Under Section 30.05 of the Texas Criminal Code, a person is guilty of criminal trespass if they enter or stay on another person's property without consent to enter or if they were asked to leave the property. A trespass may occur on either 'residential land, agricultural land, a recreational vehicle park, a building, or an aircraft or other vehicle.' Criminal trespass is classified as a misdemeanor offense.
Under Section 38.04 of the Texas Penal Code, a person is guilty of evading by intentionally fleeing from a federal or state law enforcement agent who is trying to effect a lawful arrest to detain them. This charge can be either a felony or a misdemeanor crime.

Telangana cops rescue 1,374 children from exploitation under Operation Muskaan-XI
A total of 1,374 children were rescued across Cyberabad area in Telangana in July under Operation Muskaan-XI, in a coordinated effort to trace missing minors and remove children from hazardous, exploitative rescue initiative led by the Women and Child Safety Wing of the Cyberabad Police targeted children engaged in begging, child labour, rag-picking and similar vulnerable part of the operation, 11 specialised teams were formed, each comprising one Sub-Inspector, three Police Constables and one Woman Police Constable in each sub-division, along with the Anti-Human Trafficking These teams carried out rescue operations in industries, shops, commercial establishments, and also conducted drives targeting children forced into begging. Details of rescued children were uploaded to the Darpan App, a tracking and monitoring platform for missing July 1 to July 31, a total of 1,374 children were rescued. Of these, 1,328 boys and 46 girls were found to be from within the state, while 440 boys and 20 girls were identified as belonging to other the total children rescued, 1,367 were found in child labour, one boy was found begging, one girl was reported to have run away from home, and five girls were rescued from orphan homes. CSP operator shot at in Samastipur, over Rs 1 lakh looted
Patna: Armed miscreants shot at an SBI customer service point (CSP) operator and looted Rs 1.25 lakh from an SBI customer service point (CSP) at Malinagar village under Chakmahesi police station area in Samastipur district on Monday. The CSP operator, Manish Kumar, was shot in the right thigh while he was attempting to catch hold of the fleeing robbers, police said. Chakmahesi SHO, Santosh Kumar Yadav, said: "The robbers fired shots while fleeing, injuring the CSP operator. The stolen amount is approximately Rs 1.25 lakh," he said. Yadav said the initial inquiry from the victim revealed that the incident occurred around 1pm when two masked men, posing as customers, entered the CSP on two separate motorcycles. As they approached the counter, they brandished pistols and demanded money. "After seizing the cash from the counter, the robbers attempted to escape. In a bid to stop them, Manish hurled a hammer at the robbers, but it missed the target. In retaliation, the robbers opened fire, hitting Kumar in the thigh," he said. One of the robbers' motorcycles could not start so they escaped on a bike.
