
Lotto results: Over 77,000 players win prizes in midweek Lotto draw
While there was no winner of the Lotto jackpot, worth €14,111,283, in total, over 77,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws.
The winning numbers for the main draw, which saw 17 people win €1,668, were: 11, 12, 21, 33, 43, 47 and the bonus 31.
There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 top prize, worth €1 million, but one player grabbed €5,000. The winning numbers were: 2, 19, 20, 25, 26, 31 and the bonus 47.
There was also no winner of the Lotto Plus 2 top prize, worth €250,000, but one player snapped €2,500. The winning numbers were: 6, 11, 14, 32, 42, 45 and bonus 36.
Meanwhile, the search is underway to find Ireland's latest big Lotto winner who came remarkably close to taking home the jackpot prize of €13,704,859 in Saturday night's draw.
They narrowly missed out on the top prize, but the lucky player still secured a hefty €60,394 by matching five of the six numbers, plus the bonus. The winning combination was 2, 3, 6, 9, 24, 39 and bonus 34.
As the mystery winner has yet to come forward, the National Lottery has issued an appeal for all players to carefully check their numbers. As part of the appeal, they have confirmed exactly where the golden ticket was purchased.
It has been confirmed that the winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw from Tesco in Athenry Shopping Centre, Co Galway.
