Sunny Sachdeva joins the cast of Mann Atisundar
Sunny Sachdeva, known for his role in Jhanak, is set to star in Mann Atisundar, transitioning from a 'good boy' image to a darker character named Aham Mittal. Actor Sunny Sachdeva, last seen in Jhanak, is all set to return to television in a very different avatar. Having portrayed the soft-spoken and reformed Laal in Jhanak, Sunny now takes on a darker, more intense role in the new show Mann Atisundar. 'For me, I have played negative and grey-shaded roles in the past,' he says. 'In Jhanak, my role of Laal ended off as a gentleman, a decent guy. He became a family-oriented person. The show became a huge success, leaving me with a good boy image.' Now stepping into the shoes of Aham Mittal, elder brother of protagonist Pratham (played by Sparsh Singh Kotwal), Sunny is ready to shift gears. 'With Mann Atisundar, it's time to create another image. Here I'm playing a powerful role, and my presence in the story will not only create noise but also bring a major twist. I'm excited to get back to that bad boy image.' He points out that moving between contrasting roles comes naturally to him. 'The transformation from one image to another on the screen comes very easily. The set design and props can influence movement, interaction, and overall portrayal. We actors need to adapt to these elements and integrate them into our performance.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Pierce Brosnan's Wife Lost 120 Pounds - This Is Her Now Undo While many actors express concerns about being typecast, Sunny sees his current phase as creatively liberating. I end up with me time when it rains: Twinkle Arora
Udaariyaan actress Twinkle Arora has an emotional connection with the monsoon . 'I love the rains,' she says, adding, 'My idea of enjoying the rains is- a warm cup of coffee in one hand, a book in the other, and a scenic view in front. If I have company, wonderful, but even if I'm alone, I enjoy being by myself in a cozy café, immersed in a book while the rain taps on the windows. ' The actress who is doing the OTT show Jhanak with Arjit Taneja, has also debuted into Punjabi films. 'Being from North India, the concept of geri, is close to our hearts. And I love going on a geri in the rain. I usually end up having a me-time when it's raining.' Reflecting on her breakthrough in Udaariyaan , Twinkle acknowledges how the show became more than just a career milestone. 'The show didn't just put me on the map, it also initiated a spiritual transformation. I evolved and I'm truly grateful for it to my character, Nehmat. But yes, it also brings the pressure of choosing the right next step.' Commenting on the difference between films and TV as mediums, Twinkle says, 'Films are way different than TV. In TV you work every day and give short bursts of emotions during the whole day and learn to handle pressure. Movies are detailed and take longer. I love both mediums and I want to test my craft in every medium, OTT, Hindi, and Hollywood.'
