Jin from BTS invests in a third apartment in Seoul: spends 17.5 billion KRW in cash for the purchase; adds to the previous 10 billion KRW in profits
Jin from K-pop boy group BTS has recently made a massive purchase worth 17.5 billion KRW! The idol-actor invested in his third apartment in Seoul and even made the transaction in full cash.
This marks his third property purchase in the past few years in Seoul. Due to this, the artist's already existing profit accumulated from his properties is set to increase almost tenfold.
Jin invests in new property and pays entirely in cash
In a recent report released on June 5, idol Jin from BTS made a major purchase by buying a property in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, as per Medical Today. This is his third property purchase in Seoul in the past couple of years.
The artist paid a total amount of 17.5 billion KRW in total. What's more notable is the fact that the entire purchase was completed in full cash.
Jin's other property units in Seoul
The idol made his first-ever property purchase back in 2019 in July, when he invested in buying a unit in Hannam The Hill for a total of 4.5 billion KRW. Next, he made his second purchase in the same year, in the month of November, at the price of 4.3 billion KRW.

UP CM adviser holds talks with Goswami community over Banke Bihari Corridor
Agra: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath's adviser Awanish Kumar Awasthi on Friday, chaired a meeting at the tourist facilitation centre in Vrindavan, to discuss issues related to the proposed Banke Bihari Corridor with members of the Goswami community involved in the management of the temple, local shopkeepers and residents. Speaking to media persons after the meeting, Awasthi said the proposed project aims to enhance facilities for pilgrims, and efficiently manage the increasing pilgrim footfall in the Mathura-Vrindavan area. "The number of pilgrims visiting the area is rising exponentially. Today's meeting focused on how to effectively cater to this surge while ensuring public confidence and participation in the planning process. This was the first round of discussions, and it was very productive," he said. On concerns raised by the Goswami community regarding the project, Awasthi said several suggestions had been put forth during the meeting. "The district magistrate and other officials will carefully evaluate these inputs.
