Recently, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers hugged each other a few minutes before the final of IPL 2025. But AB de Villiers has made a shocking revelation about Virat, which has caught everyone's attention. AB de Villiers has revealed that his close friend and Indian cricket star Virat Kohli did not talk to him for several months last year due to a mistake. This mistake happened when de Villiers accidentally made public an information related to Kohli's personal life. However, now the conversation between the two has started again, which has given relief to de Villiers. In fact, in early 2024, Virat Kohli took a break from the Test series against England held in India citing personal reasons. At that time, de Villiers, while answering a question on his YouTube channel, claimed that Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma are expecting their second child, and that is why Kohli withdrew from the series. "I know we were in the same boat because we spoke about it. He's been in touch with me over the last six months. Thank goodness! Because I did have a bit of a footfall not too long ago when they were expecting their second child. So, I was very relieved when he started talking to me again," de Villiers told This statement created a stir on social media, but a few days later de Villiers apologized and said that his information was wrong. Later it turned out to be true that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma welcomed their son Akaay on February 15, 2024, but this statement of de Villiers had raised questions about Kohli's privacy at that time.
