Taylor Swift Rocks Signature Red Lip and a Snake Necklace (of Course!) for Virtual 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards Speech
Taylor Swift stuck to her classic look for the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Though she didn't attend in person on March 17, the "Cruel Summer" singer, 35, sent a video to fans as she accepted the Tour of the Century Award.
While clutching her trophy in honor of the record-breaking Eras Tour, Swift rocked what has basically become her uniform these days. Standing against a brick wall, the Grammy winner wore a long-sleeve black tee, presumably a plaid skirt (though only a bit of the waistband was visible) and her signature red lip.

What Swifties on social media were very quick to point out, though, was the necklace around the musician's neck. It appeared to be a snake, which we've come to know all too well holds great symbolism for her as she continues to tease Reputation (Taylor's Version).
On X, fans had plenty to say about the jewelry, with one writing, "Taylor wearing a snake necklace is so funny because she knows EXACTLY what she's doing" and another adding, "TAYLOR WEARING A SNAKE NECKLACE WAS NOT ON MY BINGO CARD TONIGHT."
As several clever fans pointed out, the necklace appeared to not just be a snake, but an ouroboros, or an ancient symbol of a snake or dragon eating its own tail. It symbolizes rebirth.
One fan shared, "taylor's necklace being a snake biting its own tail aka the ouroboros which is a symbol signifying rebirth and a continuous process where destruction and creation intertwine is soooo interesting, very rep tv of her."

Swift has long referenced snakes in relation to Reputation, and as buzz surrounding a rerelease of the album has swirled, fans have only found more of what they believe are clues that the long-awaited album is coming.
Whether it was her snakey Gucci dress at the 2024 Golden Globes or her black Versace gown at the 2023 VMAs, Swift's style has had many nods in the past couple years to the beloved album. Everything comes back to those snake-covered Roberto Cavalli jumpsuits she wore on tour (that we only thought came in black and red until she brought out the gold) and the slithery creature.
The necklace is just another little hat tip from Swift that she knows what she's doing!

After accepting her award, Swift shared an exclusive video of her "Mirrorball" performance from her first Eras Tour show in Glendale, Ariz., from 2023.
"I really can't tell you how much this means to me because this, on behalf of my tour mates, all my fellow performers, my band, everyone who toured with us, our crew... this is actually the two-year anniversary of the first show of the Eras Tour, so I've been doing a lot of processing since I've been off the road these last few months," Swift shared while accepting her award.
Swift's other nods of the night included pop artist of the year, artist of the year, best collaboration, best music video and best lyrics with Post Malone for "Fortnight" and favorite surprise guest (for bringing out boyfriend Travis Kelce at the Eras Tour during a June concert in London).
She is also being recognized for favorite tour tradition (one nod for the "22" hat and one nod for the Eras Tour surprise songs), favorite tour style and favorite onscreen for theTaylor Swift | The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version) movie.

Carlos Alcaraz's Family Includes a Former Tennis Pro Dad
Professional tennis player Carlos Alcaraz comes from an athletic family that includes a former tennis pro dad. A 2023 Vogue profile story on Alcaraz, 22, sketched out his family background. The Spanish tennis phenom is playing in the French Open final on June 8 against Italian Jannik Sinner. Advertisement According to People, Alcaraz's family includes his father Carlos Alcaraz González and mother Virginia Garfia Escandon, and his three brothers, Álvaro, Sergio and Jaime. Alcaraz was raised "in a village outside Murcia called El Palmar," Spain, which he still visits on weekends, according to Vogue. "Some 40 years ago, his great-uncle built a tennis club there, on what was a clay-pigeon shooting range," according to Vogue, which said Alcaraz's dad played professional tennis "until he couldn't afford to continue." Alcaraz told Vogue he was born "with tennis in my blood," and his dad "became the director" of the family tennis club. Alcaraz also has an older brother named Alvaro, who "played in tournaments before him" and two younger brothers who are "passionate about tennis." Advertisement According to that article, Alcaraz's mom "worked as a shop assistant at IKEA." Alcaraz "got his first racket at the age of four," and his father told Vogue he would cry as a kid when he had to stop playing tennis in order to have dinner. 'In my family, I think we have the sport in our blood,' Alcaraz told The New York Times. 'We all played from the time we were young.' He told "You have to be surrounded by great people. I'm a lucky guy to have such a great team. I'm going to say the best team in the tour right now,' Alcaraz says. 'But also my family, my friends are nice persons. For me, it's really, really important. As I said, doing great in tennis because of the people that I have around.' WWE news: Ric Flair confirms second cancer diagnosis in 3 years
The post WWE news: Ric Flair confirms second cancer diagnosis in 3 years appeared first on ClutchPoints. It's unfortunate to say, but Ric Flair is gearing up for another real-life fight. The two-time WWE Hall of Famer told PEOPLE magazine he has been diagnosed with skin cancer, making it the second time in three years that he's faced the illness, SI reports. Advertisement Flair confirmed he'll begin treatment next week and thanked his supporters for the outpouring of concern. After initially denying health reports on social media to keep the matter private, he decided now was the time to share the news. 'I appreciate the concerns!' he said, grateful for the messages from fans who have followed his storied career. The wrestling icon has stared down death before. In 2017, Flair suffered multiple organ failures due to alcohol abuse. Doctors gave him just a 20 percent chance of surviving. He was placed in a medically induced coma, had part of his bowel removed, and received a pacemaker. 'I crashed in an airplane and broke my back, I've been hit by lightning,' Flair told PEOPLE back then. 'But this is totally different. Anything I've been through before is nothing like this.' Resilience in and out of the ring Flair's journey has been marked by both triumph and trauma. His struggles with health and addiction were at the center of the 2022 Peacock documentary Woooooo! Becoming Ric Flair. Former partner Wendy Barlow discussed how deeply the physical and emotional toll affected him behind the scenes. Advertisement Even after everything, Flair returned to the ring for one last match in 2022. He teamed with son-in-law Andrade to defeat AEW stars Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in a match that felt more like a tribute to his legacy than a battle for bragging rights. He most recently appeared on AEW's Collision on May 17, participating in a tribute to former NFL player and fellow wrestler Steve 'Mongo' McMichael. For decades, Ric Flair has been known for his style, bravado, and unforgettable performances. Now, once again, he's showing the same strength that made him a legend. Taylor Swift's ‘Reputation' Reenters Top 5 of Billboard Album Chart After She Buys Rights to Original Albums
To listen to 'Reputation' or not to listen to 'Reputation'? For years, that has been the question for Taylor Swift fans, who have largely considered that album one of their top favorites yet felt conflicted about consuming it, since it remained one of the records that she had not yet re-recorded after her contentious split with her original label and the succession of companies that purchased her catalog. But that moral dilemma has passed, with Swift buying full rights to her first six albums and in effect issuing a full pass for everyone to guiltlessly enjoy them again. Swifties responded to that go-ahead by streaming 'Reputation' en masse in the week that followed in the announcement. The new Billboard 200 chart sees the album returning to the upper reaches of the chart, landing at No. 5 with 42,000 album-equivalent units. Most of those were digital sales, since there weren't many physical LPs or CDs still sitting in stores when Swift made her surprise announcement. The bigger means of consumption was through streaming, which was up 125%, to 34.75 million on-demand streams. I If that streaming increase isn't that dramatic at 'only' 125%, it's worth noting that streams for 'Reputation' had already been high leading into this tracking week. Less ethically conflicted fans had already been streaming the album in advance of what turned out to be a false expectation that Swift was about to announce a 'Reputation (Taylor's Version)' re-recording over Memorial Day weekend, instead of the much bigger revelation she had for them the following Friday. If Swift did have a lot of vinyl copies of 'Reputation' in the marketplace, the sky might have been the limit, given her fans' proven penchant for LPs. Presumably, a vinyl reissue will come along at some point in the distant future and result in huge sales. When 'Reputation' does have new physical editions, they will be without the Big Machine logo that appears on all the copies currently out. Digital services, meanwhile, are still in the process of changing the official record company credits for the original six albums she purchased from Shamrock Holdings last month. The newly revised credits do or will say simply 'Copyright Taylor Swift,' even though Spotify, Apple and other services have been slow in completely getting rid of either 'Apollo A-1LLC,' which was the unwieldy 'label' name assigned to her old recordings by Shamrock, or 'Big Machine Label Group.' Many of Swift's other albums have already been lodged in the Billboard 200 and are expected to see quite a boost when the full chart is published Monday; Sunday's reveal by Luminate and Billboard only covers the top 10. While Swift's big leap represents the biggest headline, there were two debuting albums that pulled into the chart's top 5 just ahead of her. The K-pop group Seventeen bowed at No. 2 with 48,500 equivalent album units for 'Seventeen 5th Album Happy Burstday.' That's a slight uptick from the group's previous full-length album, 'Face the Sun,' which debuted with 44,000 units in 2022. Miley Cyrus' 'Something Beautiful' debuted with disappointing numbers, coming in at No. 4, with 44,000 units. That was well below half the numbers registered for her previous album, 'Endless Summer Vacation,' which included the smash single 'Flowers'; it bowed with 119,000 units in 2023. Cyrus will next be seen on the big screen with a film version of the album. The music-video compendium, which just premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, will come out in Imax theaters for one night only in the U.S. on June 12. At the very top of the Billboard 200, things were unchanged, with Morgan Wallen's 'I'm the Problem' making it a third week in a row in the No. 1 spot. The country superstar's latest smash effort collected another 246,000 album-equivalent units, down just 14% from week two. According to Luminate, that's the biggest third week for an album in more than a year — since Taylor Swift's 'The Tortured Poets Department,' in fact (which had 282,000 units in week 3). Landing between Seventeen and Cyrus at No. 3 was SZA's 'SOS,' still riding high on the strength of a deluxe edition and a massive hit collaboration with Kendrick Lamar. In Nos. 6-10 are Wallen's previous album, 'One Thing at a Time,' followed by efforts by Lamar, Sabrina Carpenter, the team of Partynextdoor and Drake, and Bad Bunny.
