Maccies fans have discovered a secret trick to bagging yourself a discounted meal so you can tuck into your Big Mac meal while saving the pennies - and it couldn't be easier
Whether you're getting peckish on a road trip or you need a hangover cure, McDonald's will always satisfy your cravings and now you can enjoy your meal even more knowing you're also saving money.
A Maccies superfan shared their simple trick online and anyone can do it too. TikTok creator @thefinancegurlvideo's post has racked up over 8,000 likes, with fans surprised at how easy it is to save money on your order.

Whether it's nuggets, a Big Mac or a wrap, the trick is to keep hold of your receipt after your order. The TikToker explained: "When you get a receipt, you'll notice that there's a website address at the top where you can fill in a satisfaction survey. All you need to do is head to that website and fill in the 12-digit code that's on your receipt.

"You'll then be taken to a customer satisfaction survey, which is super quick. It takes about two minutes to complete." Then once you have completed it, you are rewarded with a voucher to spend on your next meal. The savvy TikToker further noted: "This voucher lets you order a Big Mac plus a medium fries or a side salad for only £2.99.
"If you don't want a Big Mac, there's also alternatives you can choose from, like the McNugget meal, a McChicken sandwich or a Filet-O-Fish. All you need to do is show your QR code at the till and state what your preference is."
She then shared her bargain discounted meal where she showed what she had ordered and snapped a clip of a McChicken sandwich with medium fries, and also got tap water, which is completely free and gushed: "So my entire meal came to only £2.99."

Charli XCX tells LIDO Festival crowds Brat Summer is ‘forever'

She worked her way through her hit album Brat, turning the stage into a club with strobe flashing lights, heavy techno beats and a waterfall. The crowd, a sea of lime green, sunglasses and mobile phones, roared hysterically as ragged green curtains emblazoned with Brat rolled down to the opening song 365 remix, featuring Shygirl. Dressed in a cropped top resembling cellophane, yellow bra, studded black leather hotpants with XCX in diamantes on the bottom and thigh-high boots, the 32-year-old strutted across the stage and down the runway, twerking to fans and the rolling cameras. 'Where the f*** you at?' she yelled to the crowd, who shouted the lyrics back at her. She tore down the Brat curtains and walked into the aisle, touching outstretched hands as Von Dutch started playing. The singer needed no background more than the alternating flashing white, black, blue and red lights as she filled the stage with her presence, club dancing and attitude. Fog surrounded her as she danced and scowled at the camera, dropping to the floor, headbanging and shaking her body. As the sun set, she asked: 'You ready?' and yelled with autotune: 'Put your hands up' as Club Classics began, jumping up and down with her hands in the air. A sudden cameo showed YouTuber and presenter Amelia Dimoldenberg performing a viral TikTok dance to the song Apple, while Charli XCX sipped an Aperol spritz on stage. She asked: 'Are you getting f***** up tonight?' To which the crowd roared. She introduced Girl, So Confusing in autotune by saying: 'If you came with your best friend, then this one is for you. 'Especially when sometimes you had a fight and you make up with them and you're in a way better place than before.' Speed Drive, a song she wrote for the Barbie movie, was introduced as a song 'for my girls who want to drive really really, really fast'. Charli told fans: 'this was a real pleasure to come here with basically all my favourite artists. I hope you had as much fun as I did. This is not the end though, I promise'. She teased the audience, asking: 'Is this like a Brat Summer again or should I put a bullet in it?' During a techno version of Sympathy Is A Knife, she furiously stabbed at her chest and tossing her hair around while crawling on the floor. After another remix of 365, Bladee and AG Cook came on to help Charli sing. There was a technical error when she realised they were singing the wrong rendition and she laughed as she went off stage to correct the song, running back on and awkwardly hugging her friends, telling the crowd, 'My bad'. The trio danced around the stage together, and Charli joyfully told them 'love you'. She said: 'F*** them other cities' to thunderous cheers from the crowd as Party on U began. The crowd was delighted to hear Charli sing an older song, Vroom Vroom. The stage went black and a creaking noise was made before a waterfall started cascading from the sky. Charli stood under it and raised her arms to sing Blame It On Your Love. She flicked her hair back and dropped to the floor as the camera spun around her. The final song was Icona Pop's I Don't Care (I Love It). 'This is it', she said, leaving the stage while the screens in her iconic Brat font asked the crowd whether Brat Summer was truly over. It read: 'But actually I don't think it is. 'So tell me the truth. Will you hate me if I stick around? 'Because I don't know who I am if it's over. 'And so I have decided. I want this to last forever.' Followed by fireworks, the message signed off: 'It wasn't just a summer thing. It's a forever thing. Please don't let it be over.' . The singer curated the line-up for the day, inviting her friends and co-creators The Dare, FiFi, Rose Gray, 070 Shake and Gesaffelstein among others for a dance, club-like atmosphere. The star-studded event saw the likes of actor Harris Dickinson, Lily Allen, Paul Mescal, singer Shygirl, Will Poulter and Lewis Capaldi walking around enjoying the music and beating sun. Named after Victoria Park's historic Lido Field, the music series was announced last autumn in East London. Jamie xx, Massive Attack and London Grammar have also headlined across the festival which has been attended by celebrities including Harry Styles and Naomi Campbell.

TikTok star Indy Clinton hires investigator to identify trolls cyberbullying her following plastic surgery backlash

Indy Clinton has turned to a private investigator to identify the internet trolls that bully her online. The TikTok star, 27, who recently copped severe backlash following her rhinoplasty surgery, has hired professionals to look into who has been 'trolling', 'harassing' and 'defaming' her over the years. Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, the mum-of-three revealed that the cyberbullies had been identified and she was ready to take action to hold them accountable. 'Some of the defamatory things which have been said about me in recent years are extremely distressing,' she began. She went on to express her frustration over the issue, saying that if the social media platforms couldn't make a change, she would. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'I will use my platform and my voice to not only spread awareness but to make an impact,' she shared. The social media star then made a harrowing confession about the toll cyberbullying had on people including herself. 'Lives are being taken,' she said, adding: 'For me - a few months ago - what I endured was life or death.' In May, Indy revealed that she was taking serious measures to bring some of the hurtful trolls who have bullied her to account. The influencer hosted a Question and Answer session with fans on social media and was asked by one, 'Are you doing better? The hate you get online is so unnecessary.' Indy answered that she was working hard to make some of the hurtful trolls who have bullied her responsible for their actions. 'The anonymous accounts and the faceless people hiding behind them need to be held accountable,' she said. It comes after Indy hit back at trolls that likened her to Michael Jackson following a cosmetic procedure on her nose. The social media star had been criticised for covering her face, like the late pop star, and not showing the aftermath of the surgery in April. 'I have a lot of swelling obviously on the outside, but also internally which is making my nostrils look uneven,' she said. 'It's going down everyday,' she said of the swelling, adding it was 'so much worse' and she's been sleeping with little splints in her nostrils to help the healing. Speaking of her time in the cast, she said it was the 'longest twelve days of her life' but she was happy with her 'super natural' results. Indy posted a video of herself wearing a bandage on her nose as she sat drinking a smoothie in her garden and responded to a comment which read: 'Ok weird - MJ vibes now.' She finished by saying her followers could either support her or leave because she had no time for haters. 'I am changing in real time and you have an insight into my life. You can either stay on the ride or get the f**k away. I don't want to hear from you if you don't like it, because I do. I am growing,' she said. Indy, who is known for her real-life content and raw portrayal of motherhood on social media, clapped back in the post. 'Just because I'm transparent doesn't mean I need to show myself with bruised eyes, a swollen face, blood crusted stitches and my greasy hair,' she said.

Horror fans 'seriously creeped out' as unhinged gets Channel 4 premiere

It can be quite a challenging task trying to remember viral dance routines from TikTok. With every passing week, it feels like there's a new song and matching movement to learn. So, if you're struggling to remember why Universal Pictures' M3GAN sent the internet into a frenzy in 2022, then fear not—Channel 4 has you covered. Airing on Saturday night for the enjoyment of horror fans, this twisted film about a seemingly sweet AI doll became an instant success three years ago after it capitalised on viral attention. The meme in question was created after fans tried to recreate the doll's eerie dance routine. Writing on X tonight as the sci-fi flick launched on the small screen at 10pm, @WestBromEL said: 'I'm watching M3GAN on @Channel4, it's seriously creepy.' @Mixer4everx added: 'Watching m3gan on channel 4. I love this movie.' Written by Akela Cooper, the film follows an artificially intelligent doll who develops self-awareness and becomes hostile toward anyone who comes between her and her human companion. Designed by Gemma, who is played by Get Out's Allison Williams, M3GAN goes from simply being able to listen, watch, and learn to being a full-blown killing machine. In the first week it was released, the somewhat comedic horror grossed nearly £24.9million, well above its predictions of £14million. Since, M3GAN has acquired an impressive 93% on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes' Tomatometer, with thousands flooding the site with glowing reviews. And for those keen for more, fear not, as last month, it was revealed that a sequel, M3GAN 2.0, is going to be released soon. The plot will follow M3GAN as she is being rebuilt to combat a humanoid military robot created using M3GAN's technology that is attempting an AI takeover. Its cast will star Williams once more, as well as Jenna Davis, Ivanna Sakhno, and Violet McGraw, hitting cinemas on June 27. Additionally, it has also previously been announced that M3GAN will be getting a further spin-off, but with a more sensual twist. Blumhouse and Atomic Monster are joining forces for the third M3GAN instalment, a film that 'expands the universe' and is described as an 'erotic thriller'. A synopsis for the upcoming film reads: 'A man acquires an Artificially Intelligent android to cope with the loss of his recently deceased wife. In an attempt to create a truly sentient partner, he inadvertently turns a harmless lovebot into a deadly soulmate. 'The film is in the tradition of the 90s domestic thrillers but with a modern, technological twist.' Set to be released on January 2, 2026, it will be directed by Kate Dolan, famed for the chilling Irish folk tale You Are Not My Mother. This comes after M3GAN star Williams spoke to the Metro about the film and her fear of scary movies, despite garnering status as a Scream Queen herself. More Trending She said: 'The truth is I have a really low tolerance for horror, meaning when I watch a scary movie, it affects my sleep for a while. 'For real. So some of my favourites are my favourites, but they're stuck in time because I've been too scared to watch them again.' View More » M3GAN is available to watch on Channel 4. Got a story?
