Israeli Strike Massacres Family in Shati Refugee Camp
In one of the deadliest incidents of the day, an Israeli airstrike targeted the home of the Nassar family near Martyrs' Square in the Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.
According to Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics, five people were killed and others injured in the attack, while several remain trapped under the rubble. Victims were transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital as search efforts continued under increasingly dangerous conditions.
In the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, close to Al-Quds Hospital, Israeli warplanes bombed Al-Awda Tower (2) after a previous threat. Patients, medical personnel, and displaced people taking refuge nearby were all terrified by the strike; many had fled previous strikes only to find themselves in danger again.
In the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City, a group of tents housing displaced families was the target of another deadly attack. Several civilians, including children, were reportedly killed or injured in the bombing, which targeted a site where dozens of families had taken refuge.
In the southern Gaza Strip, the devastation continued. A source at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis confirmed that 10 people, most of them children, were killed in an Israeli strike that hit a tent encampment for displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area.
On Monday alone, at least 62 Palestinians were killed in Israeli raids across the Strip. The occupation forces reportedly targeted tents sheltering displaced people, gatherings of civilians, a water distribution vehicle, and groups of people waiting in line to receive so-called 'aid' under U.S. and Israeli supervision.
One particularly devastating strike killed six members of the same family, a father, mother, and their four children, when their tent near the Palestine Mosque in western Gaza City was directly hit. More than 30 others were injured in the same attack.
The source noted that many of the injured were in critical condition, warning of a likely rise in the death toll. Since the Israeli genocide began on October 7, 2023, the number of Palestinians killed has increased to 58,386, the great majority of whom were women and children, and 139,077 have been injured.

According to Safa News Agency, four civilians were killed and several others injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting the Jabalia al-Nazla area in northern Gaza. Meanwhile, Mohammad Jamal al-Sabbagh succumbed to injuries sustained days earlier when Israeli warplanes bombed his home in the Al-Zarqa neighborhood of eastern Gaza City. In southern Gaza, rescue teams recovered two unidentified bodies from under the rubble in the al-Shakoush area, northwest of Rafah. In Khan Younis, five people were killed and more than 10 others injured after Israeli forces targeted the home of the Abu Sahloul family in the refugee camp. Additionally, five civilians were killed and others injured when Israeli forces bombed tents sheltering displaced families west of Khan Younis. In another attack, Abdul-Mu'ti Musab Yassin and his mother, Yasmin Yassin, were killed when an Israeli drone struck Al-Hanawi School, near the Asda'a prison in northwest Khan Younis. Local sources also reported that Israeli forces demolished several homes in eastern Gaza City for the second time, as part of a broader policy of widespread destruction. Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation has been waging a devastating war on Gaza, resulting in over 195,000 Palestinians killed or injured, the majority of whom are women and children. More than 10,000 people remain missing, while hundreds of thousands have been displaced amid a worsening humanitarian catastrophe and famine that has claimed the lives of many, including dozens of children. 20 Civilians Killed by Israeli Toxic Gas at Aid Distribution Center in Rafah
DaysofPal-The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed at least 20 Palestinian civilians, most of them children, and injured dozens more on Wednesday morning after firing teargas canisters at the starving crowds while they were waiting for humanitarian aid near the American aid distribution center in Al-Teenah Street, northwest of Rafah city, in southern Gaza. Medical sources confirmed that at least 20 people were killed at the scene, while many others were transported to makeshift hospitals amid a severe shortage of medical supplies. The death toll is expected to rise. Eyewitnesses reported that American soldiers stationed at the main gate of the aid center deliberately closed the gate as thousands of civilians arrived and then began firing large amounts of toxic and tear gas, causing mass suffocation, particularly among women and children. According to the Government Media Office in Gaza, the total number of victims near what it described as 'death traps', referring to the American-Israeli aid centers, has now reached 805 martyrs, 5,252 injured, and 42 missing persons. This incident comes as part of the ongoing genocidal war waged by the Israeli army on Gaza, now in its 649th consecutive day, marked by systematic targeting of displaced families, starving civilians, and those seeking humanitarian assistance, especially children and women. The siege on Gaza has continued for over four months, amid international silence and U.S. support. Shortlink for this post:
