Nick Jonas' Latest Hot Take: 'I Think Beds Are for Sleeping Only'
Nick Jonas may be on tour with his brothers, Joe and Kevin, but that doesn't mean he's not thinking about activities in the bedroom. The 'Jealous' singer revealed what his beige flag, or quirkiest trait, is during the August 18 episode of NowThis's social-first show, Are You Okay? and it's a pretty hot take. When describing his non-negotiable rule in the bedroom with his wife, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, Nick admitted, 'I think beds are for sleeping only,' adding, 'I don't sit on the bed. I don't eat on the bed. I don't read a book in bed or watch TV. I can't do it.' he continued. Though the show's host, Brianna Morales, quipped that he was 'robbing [him]self of one of the greatest pleasures in life,' Nick said he had good reason for this strict stance: 'I just don't like it to get warm. I run hot…It's a whole thing.' does Nick use the TV in his bedroom if he doesn't lie in bed to watch? 'My wife watches it,' he said, adding, 'I'll pull a seat up and sit next to the bed.' (Dare we say…this is truly such Virgo behavior on his part.) Naturally, fans were shook by Nick's confession, and they voiced their opinions in the episode's comments section. 'Noooo it's giving NOT OKAY 😭 wdym he sits on a chair next to the bed to watch tv????' one fan wrote, referencing the show's premise of checking to see if guests are doing well. Another added, 'To be honest, the chair thing would be a motive of discussions in the relationship 😭 like, I need to cuddle and sometimes that leads you to other things.' Joe Jonas appeared on the show the following day, where he gave polar opposite energy to his younger brother. He revealed that he took his ~bedroom activities~ to an airplane bathroom a few years ago, when he joined the Mile High Club and endured an 'embarrassing' moment afterward. 'I was wearing contacts, left the bathroom. I thought I was high-fiving my drummer,' he explained on the August 19 episode of Are You Okay? 'After the high-five, I realized it was the flight attendant.' Luckily, he was in the clear, as he was on a private jet. 'It was a private plane,' he confirmed. 'Otherwise, I'd be banned from flying.' the awkward encounter worth it? According to the 'Cake by the Ocean' hitmaker, it fully was. Truly, there's so much to unpack here.
