Miss World 2025 finale is all set to take place at the HITEX Convention Centre in Hyderabad, Telangana. This year, Nandini Gupta, who won the Femina Miss India World 2023 title, will represent the country in the beauty pageant. Nandini Gupta won the 59th edition of the beauty pageant. She is 21 years old and hails from Kota, one of the biggest coaching hubs in the country for engineering and medical aspirants. The new Miss World India holds a Business Management degree. She studied at Saint Paul's Senior Secondary School, Mala Road, before pursuing a degree in business management from Lala Lajpat Rai College, Mumbai, a choice driven by her passion for business and leadership.

Her father is a farmer, her mother a homemaker, and she has a younger sister. 'I grew up playing in the fields of mustard, millets, and black chickpeas,' she told SheThePeople in an interview.
From a young age, she dreamed of becoming Miss World. 'As a 10-year-old, I always wanted to compete in Femina Miss India when I wanted the Crown for its beauty. But as I grew old, I realised it is just much more than the crown; it's a journey that only a few get to experience. A platform that gives you wings to fly high. Femina Miss India is a place which makes an ordinary girl extraordinary, keeping her simplicity intact,' she told Femina.
According to the Miss India organisation, Ratan Tata is the most influential person in Nandini's life. '[He] does everything for humanity and donates most of it to charity. Loved by Millions and always grounded,' she said in an interview. Additionally, Priyanka Chopra is a beauty queen who inspires her because of her innumerable achievements.
The 72nd Miss World, 'featuring 108 contestants from across the globe', will conclude on May 31, 2025, in Hyderabad, Telangana. Krystyna Pyszková, the current Miss World winner from the Czech Republic, will crown her successor. In India, the event will be live-streamed by SonyLIV. The finale is scheduled for Saturday, 1 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time Zone), which is Saturday, 6:30 pm IST (Indian Standard Time).

Hyderabad, Miss World Americas Jessica Pedroso walked into the spotlight not only as a beauty queen but as a voice for an entire continent. She won the title during the 72nd Miss World contest held in Hyderabad on Saturday. As she prepares to embark on her year of service and advocacy, the Brazilian said she is carrying more than a title she carries a continent's hope, and with it, a deep resolve to turn beauty into impact. In an exclusive interview with PTI on Sunday, Pedroso expressed profound joy at being crowned Miss World Americas, calling it a "moment of deep pride and gratitude." "Winning for my continent is more than just a title," she said. "It is a tribute to the vibrant cultures, the resilience, and the beauty that lives in every corner of the Americas," added Pedroso. The Brazilian beauty thanked her family and friends back home, crediting their constant support as her pillar of strength throughout the Miss World journey. "I carried their hopes and prayers with me at every stage," she said. Pedroso's vision extends beyond the sash and the crown. With the same grace that earned her the continental title, she affirmed that her "Beauty with a Purpose" mission will not be confined to her own experiences. "I will be championing causes not just for Brazil, but for the wider Americas," she said. "There are voices waiting to be heard, lives waiting to be uplifted and I believe I can help amplify them." Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], June 1 (ANI): Thailand's Opal Suchata, who has been crowned Miss World 2025, said that she would love to work in Bollywood if there is an opportunity. In a conversation with ANI, she said, 'I feel very happy and proud. It is an honour to take the first Miss World crown to Thailand... I hope I have made them I get the opportunity, I would love to (act in Bollywood films); it is a wonderful opportunity...' She shared her experience of visiting India and said, 'It was amazing. Since the first day I was here, everyone has been so are amazing, they have been so wonderful to me and we went to so many are so it is infrastructure or nature.. it's great to be here and I will definitely be back.' Expressing her gratitude for all the arrangements made by the government, she added, 'I would like to thank the Telangana government and all the people here for providing us with the best accommodation and allowing us to have such a great time in your home.' Meanwhile, Miss World Ethiopia 2024 Hasset Dereje shared what she is planning to do next, ' I want to do different social projects with different organisations back at home because I believe that whatever chance I got, every girl should have.' Miss World America 2025 Jessica Pedroso also expressed her love for Hyderabad, its culture, people and food, saying, 'I'm very happy and honoured, and I just love Hyderabad. I think this was the best place for Miss World to be held, because Hyderabad is just amazing because of the culture and the food. I've tried butter chicken, it's so amazing. I think here it's a mix of flavours and traditions from the local communities, and here we have these different dialects like Namaskaran, and I love them. I think that's something magical.' Miss World Asia Krishnah Gravidez added, 'I am just really grateful to be here as Miss World Asia from the Philippines. We have come this far, and It is because of the love and support of my fellow people, and here (in India) I've created beautiful memories.' Miss Martinique Aurelie Joachim expressed her love for Telangana, 'I feel very happy, very honoured, and very grateful. I really loved Telangana. My stay here was amazing. The people are amazing, and I really love them. I will feel very sad when I leave. I really love the people of Telangana, and I want to say thank you so much for your hospitality. I wish to come soon.' While Thailand rejoices in Opal's crowning, India's hopes were dashed as Nandini Gupta, the country's representative, failed to make it into the Top 8 finalists. The announcement came through Miss World's official Instagram page. Nandini had made it to the Top 40 after a standout performance in the earlier rounds, where she was among the 18 contestants who 'fast-tracked' to this prestigious she could not make it to the final cut as the competition progressed.
