A FORMER TOWIE star has revealed his heartbreaking eating disorder ordeal in a brave new admission.
Socialite Vas J Morgan, 36, who often jet-sets around the world accompanying Rita Ora, has taken to social media to reveal his health battle.

Vas, who formerly appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, took to Instagram to share a lengthy post about his struggles with an eating disorder over the years.
The TV star confessed that his issues with food and body dysmorphia began at the tender age of 13 and have continued to follow him ever since.
Vas penned online: "In the past I've been really inconsistent with training, and last year I stopped completely.
"I've struggled with body dysmorphia and eating disorders since I was about 13.
"I've gone from not eating for weeks, to binge eating for days, to overeating for months.
"From training twice a day, to twice a month, to not at all.
"My body has been through so many changes that I eventually had to stop focusing on how it looked, and just try to eat consistently no matter what the mirror said."
The former TV personality continued to recall how moving to fitness-focused Los Angeles added an extra pressure - particularly in the LGBTQ community.
He confessed the struggles he faced where he admitted that "men will ignore you" if you aren't in shape in Hollywood.
Vas wrote: "When I moved to LA, the pressure to look good, especially in the gay world, was overwhelming.

"It's a place where some men will literally ignore you if you're not body perfect. It became a really toxic environment for me, and all my old habits and disorders came back worse than before.
"Last year I had to reset. I knew I had to focus on being healthy. And over the past few weeks, I've finally started training consistently again and for the first time, it feels great.
"Not because I want to look a certain way, or get attention, or fit in. But because it eases my anxiety. It gives me peace. It makes me feel good."
Vas concluded: "I'm just happy to have finally found a purpose in the gym that isn't rooted in pressure or perfection, just happiness.
"Anyway, thought I'd share."
Vas first achieved fame for his appearances on the Essex based reality show for ITV but it was the celebrity connections he managed to form that saw him travel the globe and remain in the spotlight.
He is regularly seen hanging out with Rita Ora and Joey Essex across the globe.
Vas has also been known to party with Nicole Richie's younger sister Sofia during her time on the modelling circuit.

The unnamed woman, claimed that she had been handed a glass of something that made her feel 'woozy' and recall lying down in a bedroom, in which she got raped. However, in February this year, the case was dismissed, according to a legal filing submitted in New York. At the time Jay Z denied the accusations via a post on social media, in which he wrote: 'My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a 'lawyer' named Tony Buzbee. 'They've had a lot of heartbreak and troubles,' our source said. 'Wayne has put his hands up and apologised for his fair share of them but they've made it through it all – a lot of people thought they wouldn't. The Wagatha court case was another drama but it actually brought them closer together. Wayne was so supportive and that really meant a lot to Coleen. At the moment, their marriage has never been better or stronger." Over the years, the childhood sweethearts, who met on their local Croxteth estate as young teens, have remained united, if a little bruised at times. Former Manchester United ace Wayne was the trigger for most of the dramas, which started with allegations of him having a threesome behind Coleen's back when she was pregnant with their firstborn son, Kai, in 2009. He was then charged with drink-driving in 2017 after being pulled over by police with fellow party-goer Laura Simpson in the passenger seat beside him. Shortly after the arrest, Coleen took to Facebook to deliver a lengthy statement about her marriage, and declared defiantly she would be 'fine on her own' with just her children. They found themselves at the centre of another storm recently when a video published on X led to speculation about Wayne returning to his wayward ways. The heavily-edited clip was filmed in the Devon apartment Wayne lived in during his short-lived tenure as Plymouth Argyle manager, and showed a tracksuit-clad man, believed to be Wayne, letting a woman inside the front door. However, Wayne wasn't prepared to ignore the accusations, and released a statement on Instagram defending himself against the rumours and denying any wrongdoing. Over the years, even Coleen, who shares sons Kai, 15, Klay, 12, Kit, nine, and Cass, seven, with Wayne, has admitted there were some who doubted she would – or should – get over her public heartache. In their bombshell Rooney documentary that aired in 2022, she tackled the topic of their lowest moments head on, and confessed she'd learnt to block out other people's opinions. 'When you're making those decisions you've got to focus on what you want and not other people because' she said, 'you have so many people saying different things to you. 'Oh, why is she getting back with him?' 'Obviously, I listen to the people that matter to me, my mum and dad; they've always given me a positive outlook on things.'
