Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are mocked by Family Guy - as cartoon compares their marriage to Hitler and the Crusades
In an episode from the newest series of the animated satire, main characters Stewie and Brian Griffin go back in time and speak to Mark Twain, author of Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
The characters discuss how history 'pretty much sucks' before listing several instances including Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, the medieval wars in the Middle East and the former royal's marriage.
The scene then cuts away to Prince Harry, sat at home on the sofa who moans 'Again?' before telling the camera that the audience's wives are no better.
This is not the first time the Sussexes have fallen victim to Seth McFarlane 's cartoon satire and in 2023 were savaged as work-shy grifters being paid by Netflix for 'no-one knows what.'
In the latest clip, which aired this week, Stewie and Brian Griffin travel back in time and meet author Mark Twain who asks them to proofread his manuscript.
Twain asks the pair for ideas for his novel 'The Adventures of Hankenberry Flan' to which Brian replies, 'Don't you mean Huckleberry Finn?'.
With the suggestion Twain is overjoyed and tells the pair 'that's already better' before running off to get his manuscript.
Stewie then turns to his canine companion and says: 'Brian this is a terrible idea, we could change the course of history!'.
But Brian is not put off and tells Stewie not to worry because history is terrible anyway.
He says: 'You always say that but doesn't history pretty much suck? I mean the Crusades, Hitler?'
Stewie jumps in and adds: 'Prince Harry marrying Meghan Markle?'.
The scene then cuts away to the prince sat on a sofa watching the episode of Family Guy.
He exclaims: 'Oh, again?' before turning to the camera with his hands on his hips and a frown.
He adds: 'Oh like all your wives are so much better?'
The takedown is the latest in a long list of satirical savaging with the couple, who stepped down as working members of the British Royal Family in 2020, first being mocked in an episode of South Park two years ago.
The satirical cartoon launched a series of attacks against the couple in an episode of the show, which was entitled The Worldwide Privacy Tour and depicted the couple embarking on a publicity blitz to promote the Prince's new book, Waaagh.
After the show aired, reports surfaced suggesting that 41-year-old Meghan had been left 'upset and overwhelmed' by the couple's less-than-flattering portrayal - while one royal commentator claimed that the Sussexes' lawyers were 'casting an eye' over the animated series.
The episode depicted the 'Prince and Princess of Canada' - a young royal couple who loudly beg for privacy while drawing attention to themselves.
The red-headed prince and his wife, who wears the same pink outfit that Meghan wore for Trooping the Colour in 2018, are seen promoting the prince's book - Waaagh - the cover of which strongly resembles Harry's memoir Spare.
The episode is filled with swipes at the Sussexes, with main character Stan branding their cartoon equivalents the 'dumb prince and his stupid wife', while Kyle complains about the private jet parked outside their home.
Meghan is cuttingly referred to in the show as a 'sorority girl, actress, influencer, and victim'.
The same year Family Guy took aim at the pair with main character Peter Griffin compares himself to the royal couple.
Sitting in a bar with his friends as he thinks of ways to retrieve money he is owed, Peter Griffin says he'll 'go it alone' – just like the Sussexes.
The scene then cuts away to the the Sussexes enjoying fizzy drinks by their pool, while a quintessentially British-looking butler hands them a pay cheque.
He tells the Duke: 'Sir, your millions from Netflix for... no-one knows what.'
The cartoon Harry flippantly replies: 'Put it with the rest of them' in a British accent reminiscent of Dick Van Dyke's cockney character in Mary Poppins.
As the butler scuttles off, Meghan's phone buzzes with a notification. She tells Harry: 'Babe, time to do our daily $250,000 sponsored Instagram post for Del Taco.'
A despondent Harry, staring off into the distance, replies: 'I shouldn't have left the made-up nonsense' - in an apparent dig at the British monarchy.

Did Jessica Simpson just take a swipe at one of her famous exes? Star reveals what she ISN'T looking for in a man
Jessica Simpson took a swipe at her dating history while sharing her list of relationship non-negotiables on Wednesday's episode of the Today show. When asked what she is looking for in her next partner, the 44-year-old singer and entrepreneur shared the criteria she's looking for in a man with host Jenna Bush Hager. 'My type of person is a one-of-a-kind,' she gushed. 'I don't have like, a look or anything like that. I just like for somebody to be individually who they are and exude confidence without the ego.' The performer, who split from Eric Johnson after 10 years of marriage earlier this year, explained she's had trouble finding someone self-assured, but not cocky. 'I feel like it's out there, and I don't need somebody to be supportive of me all the time,' the mother-of-three added. 'I feel like the independence I have right now, if I can have that and give it to someone else, that would be cool.' Her comment about wanting 'confidence without the ego' seemed to point to her rocky relationship with first husband Nick Lachey. While writing about their split in her 2020 memoir, Open Book, she admitted: 'We really got crushed by the media and by ourselves.' 'I respect Nick very much. I was really young and my success hadn't really begun. He knew me as this young innocent 18-year-old that had never been introduced to the world in so many ways,' she explained. 'I went straight from my father to him. Nick's very smart. He was eight years older than me, but he was also young.' As documented on their reality show, Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica, the former couple struggled with his resentment of her career. 'We were not one of those couples that screamed at each other, let whatever fly out of our mouths, and then make mad, passionate love,' she added. 'We would yell at each other, and then he would go out of town and not answer his phone.' During her Today interview, Simpson also noted that she has no plans to walk down the aisle, but is 'very passionate' and has 'a lot to give.' Simpson also emphasized that whoever she dates next has to be 'a very good kisser.' 'See, that's like the most intimate thing. Grab my face and pull me in! Can you tell I need it?' the I Wanna Love You Forever hitmaker mused. Hager, 43, then assured Simpson that she would find her a match and one that could live up to her smooching standards. 'Even if it's just one night!' Simpson playfully shot back. During her vulnerable appearance on NBC's Today show this week, the star also detailed the emotional fallout of her marriage ending. 'In the face of life completely changing, music saved my life,' Simpson shared. She continued: 'Nashville saved my life. All the songwriters, the band, everybody, like, it was just one of those things, where I really connected to my soul.' The actress made the remark after performing her track, Blame Me, off her latest album, Nashville Canyon, Pt. 1, to a lively crowd in New York City. While Simpson has kept most of the details of her separation private, she confirmed back in January that she and Johnson had been living apart. 'Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,' she said in a statement to Us Weekly. 'Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them.' The couple, who started dating in 2010 and tied the knot in 2014, share three children—Maxwell, 13, Ace, 12, and Birdie, 6. Though she didn't mention Johnson by name on Today, Simpson didn't shy away from revealing how emotionally turbulent that chapter of her life has been. 'It was incredibly healing. I was in Nashville. It was a crazy time for me and my life. Literally flipped upside down,' she said. 'And I really just had to focus on my purpose. My purpose, my place in this world, and using my voice for the right reasons. And trying to just inspire myself to get back up. Have the courage to do it in the face of heartbreak.' These days, Simpson says she's embracing a new chapter—and a new relationship status. 'I'm a very single lady,' she recently told DailyMail. 'I mean, I'm not getting on the apps yet. I would love for a friend to set me up. Are you kidding me?' Despite the split, things between Simpson and Johnson remain amicable. 'They talk and see each other all the time,' a source told Us Weekly. 'They love each other and will always be supportive of one another.' Still, the insider added, 'Right now there is no talk of getting back together.'

I'm A Celeb legend drops huge hint he's being lined up for Strictly – after turning down gig on under-fire Masterchef
AN I'm A Celebrity legend has hinted that he is being lined up for a stint on the Strictly Come Dancing dancefloor after turning down another major show. Boxer Amir Khan, 38, caused a stir when he took up camp Down Under for I'm A Celebrity in 2017. 6 6 6 The star, who banked £400,000 for his first stint, later returned for the show's first ever All Stars edition in South Africa in 2023. Now, the boxing hunk has confessed that he has his eyes on more TV shows in the future but he's already had to turn some down due to his busy schedule. Confessing that he was considering learning how to dance for the BBC, Amir said: "I have been asked to do Strictly Come Dancing so maybe I would do that." But it is bad news for another BBC show as the boxing pro confirmed that he'd turned down under-fire Celebrity MasterChef after being unable to commit to the filming. The programme has been in the spotlight after both its hosts Gregg Wallace and John Torode were forced out of the programme following findings in an investigation - first sparked amid allegations of inappropriate behaviour from host Gregg during his time on the programme. Amir added: "I have been asked to do Celebrity MasterChef recently, but I couldn't do the filming this year. "There are a lot of shows but it's hard to get the time. At the same time, I like doing shows." Amir starred in his own reality series, Big in Bolton, on the BBC alongside his wife Faryal and has now revealed that he is a big fan of starring on such programmes for a key reason. He said: "People get to see the real side of me and who you are. Let's see what happens but I am always down for doing things but only the top shows. "I've done a lot of the top shows like I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here twice and in my opinion it's the biggest show out there, it is massive." People started fights in cafes but terrifying gunpoint robbery was last straw, I had to leave UK, says Amir Khan Amir married his wife Faryal in New York in 2013 before returning to Bolton for a traditional Islamic wedding in front of a reported 4000 guests. The couple share two daughters together. However, their marriage has been plagued by split rumours - including a brief period where they called it quits in 2017 as well as a sex tape scandal. Last year, Amir spent more than £130,000 on a new Mercedes G Wagon for his long-suffering wife after being caught out yet again with a sexting scandal. The couple were reportedly "on the rocks" following a sexting scandal which saw the former boxing champ meet a woman for hotel sex over a period of four months. He had demanded "no holds barred" sex from the woman last year before the fling escalated. His wife found out about the betrayal before calling the woman and threatening to out her. 6 6 6

The Queen finds my royal tattoos hilarious, says superfan
The Queen saw the funny side when a superfan pulled up his shorts to show her a tattoo of a royal cypher on his leg. The Queen, 78, laughed as Phil Smith, from Northampton, told her that his latest royal inking – of Their Majesties' joint cypher – had 'bloody hurt'. The 61-year-old's latest tattoo, at the top of his left thigh, joins three other cyphers – the symbol of the late Queen Elizabeth II's reign, as well as the King and Camilla's individual symbols, on the same leg. The Queen also took the opportunity to reveal that one of her police protection officers also has a tattoo of the couple's joint royal cypher. The interaction took place during Their Majesties' annual visit to the Sandringham Flower Show, which marked their final large-scale joint public engagement before the summer holidays. Mr Smith waited at the front of the crowd to meet the Queen, whom he has been writing to since before her marriage to Charles in 2005. Speaking after their meeting, he said: 'I just think she's fabulous and have got to know her a bit. We just hit it off. 'I love the royal family and she in particular has got a good sense of humour. She frequently responds.' He added: 'I waited to see her to show her my latest [tattoo] and she laughed…She asked how long it [the latest one] took and I told her about two and a half hours. But I told her this one bloody hurt. She just finds it hilarious. 'She pulled her police officer's sleeve and said 'look, it's catching on!'' The Royal couple's annual visit to the flower show, held in the grounds of the Norfolk royal residence, saw them touring stands and meeting hundreds of well-wishers. They arrived in a special door-less carriage, once used by Queen Victoria, and were presented with flowers while a choir and band from Springwood High School sang the National Anthem. The King looked delighted to be back after he was forced to skip the event – which attracts around 20,000 visitors annually – last year because of his ongoing cancer treatment. Their first stop was at Peter Beales Roses, where Camilla sympathised with fellow avid gardeners about recent heatwave spells wreaking havoc on plants. 'Oh the weather, everything is wilting!' she exclaimed. Asked later on whether she liked growing her own vegetables at her beloved Wiltshire home Raymill, she said enthusiastically: 'Yes, I do enjoy it. I'm very proud of my veg. 'It's the best therapy in the world. We haven't had any rain, though, [even though] it's been raining here. I've never done so much watering in my life.' She also gave an update on her latest Battersea rescue puppy, Moley, who did not accompany her last week for a visit to the dogs and cats rescue charity in London. 'I'm sorry we couldn't bring Moley to the engagement last week,' Camilla said, adding: 'She's very naughty, I think I only have one shoe left.' The couple also popped into stalls run by the Cat's Protection League, St John's Ambulance and Medical Detection Dogs, of which the Queen is patron. The King was then given a guard of honour by the local Air Cadets before the couple headed back to Sandringham House in their carriage, smiling and waving to onlookers.
