List of 20 world's best footballers on EA FC 26 is 'LEAKED' two months before the game's release - with fans questioning an Arsenal player's inclusion and why one world-class star has been left out
Every year, before the new edition of the football game hits the shelves, fans are always excited to learn who the very best players will be ahead of the new season - and whether any stars will be given huge upgrades.
And now, gamers have been given a sneak peak at EAFC's new ratings, if a leak shared to social media on Sunday is to be believed.
According to the leak, Kylian Mbappe, Harry Kane, Erling Haaland, Rodri and Aitana Bonmati will be the highest-rated footballers in the game - all having been given scores of 91 overall.
The talented quintet are followed by Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah, Vinicius Jr, Caroline Graham Hansen, Jude Bellingham, Florian Wirtz and Alexia Putellas, who are each rated 90.
Several fans are claiming the ratings are fake, given that Barcelona superstar Lamine Yamal is nowhere to be seen in the top 20 and Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard is among those with a rating of 89, despite his underwhelming season last term.

Joining Odegaard with a rating of 89 are Federico Valverde, Robert Lewandowski, Patri Guijarro, Wendie Renard, Marie-Antoinette Katoto, Christiane Endler and Sophia Wilson.
'Fake ratings lmao,' one fan posted on social media.
'If this is legit they are so out of touch. Might be fake but I swear its too late in the year to see fakes,' a second said.
A third added: 'Odegaard 89? Even Arsenal fans don't rate him this year'.
Another posted, with a laughing emoji: 'Ohdeargod higher rating than Raphinha, Yamal and Pedri.'
'Odegaard should be 82,' a fan also said.
Another rating that has raised eyebrows is that of Wirtz, who completed a British record transfer of £116million to Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen last month.
Questioning his 90 overall rating, one fan said: 'Wirtz is an 85 at most and that's being generous.'
Fans have quickly questioned the credibility of the leak, taking particular issue with Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard being rated at 89 while Barcelona's Lamine Yamal is missing
Others simply couldn't believe how highly Liverpool's new star Florian Wirtz had been rated
'90 for Wirtz is crazyyyyy,' a second posted, while another said: 'Why the f*** is Wirtz 90 rated!'

Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko forced to close restaurant after one year as he puts it up for sale for £1.9m
OLEKSANDR ZINCHENKO has suffered a kitchen nightmare - by having to close his new restaurant after just one year. The Arsenal star took the bold gamble to open a high-end eatery in Ukraine 's capital Kyiv last summer. 6 6 6 6 6 Zinchenko and wife Vlada Sedan named the restaurant Inch, referencing his surname and the concept of slow progress. The former Manchester City left-back gave it a sports theme, decorating it with shirts from Ronaldinho and other high-profile footballers. But rumours about its future began to swirl before it closed its doors last month. Zinchenko, 31, has now put the business on the market with a £1.9million ($2.5m) price tag. The estate agents handling the sale announced its assets as: "Equipped kitchen, designer interior, favourable location. "Ready-made business with profit. Everything is included - equipment, brand, documents." Kyiv has been subjected to air strikes since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Zinchenko helped City serve up four Premier League titles, an FA Cup and four League Cups after arriving from Russian club Ufa in 2016. Arsenal paid £30m for him in 2022. He has since made 91 Gunners appearances, scoring three goals. 6

Cheers for Lioness match winner Chloe Kelly in Tyrone, with granda hailing from Omagh
After scoring the winning goal in the 2022 final, Kelly netted the decisive spot kick in Sunday's shoot-out success against Spain. The 27-year-old's grandfather was from the Omagh area. Indeed, when he was Northern Ireland women's manager, Kenny Shiels made a cheeky attempt to persuade the 27-year-old to change her allegiance to the green and white army — to no avail. Colin Nugent, one of her Tyrone relations, believes the latest triumph was 'written in the stars' after a tournament which saw England make astonishing comebacks in both their quarter-final and semi-final. Originally from Omagh, Colin now lives in Belfast. His father, Sean, is the cousin of Brendan Kelly, Chloe's grandfather, who moved to London from Omagh. Though he never met Kelly himself, Colin and his family would be frequently visited by Brendan when he came over from England. 'She is a distant cousin of mine. Her father and my grandfather are cousins,' he said. 'Her grandfather was Brendan Kelly from Omagh, while Sean Nugent was from Omagh as well. He lived in London and Brendan and my father were quite close. 'I don't know Chloe very well, it's her grandfather I knew and his brothers. But, it's nice to know there is a connection. 'They used to visit Omagh regularly when I lived here. I did know her grandfather. 'I watched the match, I saw a lot of the Lionesses' matches, because I am related to Chloe. It seems to have been written in the stars — she had been playing very well in the last few games.' England fans erupted with joy as the team defended their Euros title in Sunday's final in Basel, Switzerland. After the game finished 1-1, Kelly scored the winning spot kick in the shoot-out following two huge saves from goalkeeper Hannah Hampton. Kelly, who plays her club football for Arsenal, also scored the winning goal in the 2022 final against Germany at Wembley. The team landed back in the UK on Monday before heading to a reception at Downing Street hosted by Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner and sports minister Stephanie Peacock. Earlier, captain Leah Williamson was seen smiling and holding the Euros trophy as the team left their hotel in Zurich. The King said the team had the royal family's 'warmest appreciation and admiration', adding: 'The next task is to bring home the World Cup in 2027 if you possibly can'. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer hailed their triumph, saying: 'The Lionesses have once again captured the hearts of the nation.' News Catch Up - Monday 28th July Colin, meanwhile, revealed his family's football links run deep, with his brother winning the Northern Ireland Junior Cup in the 2010s twice in a row. 'My brothers and I have always played football on an amateur level. My daughter, Sophie, was a keen footballer at a youth level. She played a lot of it and was quite good,' he revealed. 'She's at university now though and has had to stop. We are all interested in football, it has always been in the family. 'There is a sense of pride in the family that Chloe is doing so well in the England team, since we have always been a connection with the sport. 'Of course, whether I met her or not, she is still family, and it's great to see her do well.' Two years ago, Kenny Shiels, who managed the Northern Ireland women's team from 2019 to 2023, revealed he once tried to recruit Kelly. 'I was never speaking to her directly, I made the enquiries a few years ago through the proper channels [about getting her for NI], but she didn't have the desire to play,' Shiels said, stating that he had heard about Kelly's Ulster links through his own contacts. He noted that at that stage, Kelly wasn't often a first choice for the England team, but that Northern Ireland still seemed to be her third option, as she was also eligible to play for the Republic of Ireland, with her other grandfather hailing from Dublin.

Arsenal leave door open for Newcastle step up perfect Alexander Isak transfer plan
Arsenal had been keen on signing Benjamin Sesko this summer but backed out and Newcastle now view him as a potential replacement for Alexander Isak, who is pondering an exit Newcastle face the prospect of losing Alexander Isak this summer - and among those lined up to replace him is RB Leipzig frontman Benjamin Sesko. The Slovenian is viewed as one of Europe's best young strikers and he's been linked with a number of Premier League sides. Arsenal made him their top target earlier this summer before later pivoting and landing Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon. Their reason for going after the Swede, rather than Sesko, was thought to be influenced by his wage demands. The Leipzig star continues to go from strength to strength but the Gunners felt he was demanding too much for a player that is still 22 and developing. It means he remains on the market and Leipzig have continued to show they will sell their top players for the right fee. Sesko - who recently "really impressed" Red Bull chief Jurgen Klopp - is now on Newcastle's shortlist and they can swoop in should a major void end up appearing in their forward line. Eddie Howe has been praised for how he's bought on a number of players, helping make Newcastle a Champions League outfit. And now he could have the opportunity to do so again with Sesko and prove that he is indeed worth the investment Arsenal chose not to make. The Magpies would likely have to rip up their wage structure if they did want to land the Slovenia international. Newcastle will ultimately only attempt to sign the star, who scored 13 goals in 33 Bundesliga appearances last season, if Isak leaves. The Swede has informed the club that he wants to explore his options away from St James' Park with Liverpool now circling. It is likely to take a British-record bid to convince the Magpies to sell their leading light, who they value at around £150million. If they did receive that kind of fee they may opt to sell and re-invest the money into their squad, which could allow for signings like Sesko, as well as others. Howe has confessed that the club need to make moves in the market with Newcastle struggling in recent windows. The £55m capture of Anthony Elanga boosts their attack, but they will need a focal point if Isak does decide to seek pastures new. He said: "We know we need to bring players in. We've known that for a long time. We did a lot of work (at the end of last season), we knew what we wanted. But it's been a challenging transfer window. Let's see what we can do."
