Taylor Swift reveals release date and sultry artwork for The Life of a Showgirl
Taylor Swift has released the album artwork for The Life of a Showgirl as she announced the release date.
Swifties won't have to wait too long for the singer's twelfth album as she revealed to fans that the launch date for her new album is October 3.
The star revealed the cover on her boyfriend Travis Kelce's podcast, something that was teased just days before.
'This is my new album, The Life Of A Showgirl. It's something I was working on while I was in Europe on the Eras tour,' she revealed.
She explained that she was exhausted but was truly living the life of a showgirl while she made this album while touring.
'I just love music. I would be playing shows three nights in a row, then I would have three days off.
'I would fly to Sweden. Working on this, I was physically exhausted at this point in the tour, but I was so mentally stimulated and so excited to be creating.'
Travis added: 'You were literally living The Life of a Showgirl.'
She replied: 'I was, I was, which is why I named it Life of a Showgirl!'
In the podcast, she also revealed the twelve track titles and confirmed that her twelfth track would be a collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter, something that fans had been speculating about for some time.

The singer also has four different types of CDs to pre-order, each with different album artwork.
The versions include: Sweat and Vanilla perfume, It's Frightening, It's Rapturous, and It's Beautiful – each featuring versions of Taylor in burlesque-style costumes.
The website announces that pre-order will be available in the UK until 'August 16 at 11:59 pm BST *While Supplies Last'.

Swift revealed the details of her new album alongside her man on his New Heights podcast 'TS12 colors', one wrote, while another added: 'The orange and green hehe' The Chiefs themselves leaned into the Swift references by calling Kelce 'our human exclamation point' in the caption, a reference to how the popstar labeled her man on the New Heights podcast. The live airing of the episode on YouTube earlier this week quite literally broke the internet, with the stream going down towards the end of the show. It took YouTube over three hours to fix the issue, before they quietly uploaded the final 20 minutes of the chat between Swift and the Kelce brothers. Kelce and Swift are perhaps the most famous couple in the world; they are pictured in NYC After the madness of the episode, and his GQ cover shoot reveal, attention for Travis now returns to the NFL and the new Chiefs season. Although the tight end is not expected to suit up for the preseason game in Seattle, he traveled with the team to support the players on Andy Reid's roster. Robert's shock reappearance in the village on the day of Aaron and John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth)'s wedding has caused massive drama. From the beginning it was clear that there was a vast amount of unfinished business between him and Aaron, with the two kissing before Aaron ultimately decided to make a commitment to John by marrying him. Since then Robert has become deeply suspicious about his half-brother John and his role in the death of Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter). Viewers know that Robert is very close to uncovering the entire truth – and that this puts him in terrible danger. But in the short term, it's the relationship between Aaron and Robert that takes centre stage once again in upcoming episodes. Ryan Hawley told us that John's scheming leads to Robert being in a very dark place. 'John sets up a situation where Robert's left alone with his nephew Harry,' he revealed. 'John encourages him to be disruptive and to kind of trigger Robert, which he does. Robert loses his temper, and John walks in on it and sees it. And then we cut to the scene downstairs, when they're talking to each other. 'And Robert says it's time for him to go. He needs to move on, he shouldn't have come back. But then Aaron convinces him not to and to stay, and he's been fighting feelings the whole time as well. And we get our first Aaron and Robert love scene.' It's the moment that Robron fans have been waiting for ever since Robert's return, and you can watch it now with our new video clip above. But Ryan explained that, at this point, the pair are not viewing this as anything more permanent. 'It's kind of a take it as it is, just this moment, kind of thing,' he told us. 'They even say to each other, we don't want to think about any of that now, the circumstances that we've got is complicated. It is what it is right now, and then we'll see from there. 'And it kind of leads into the next phase of the story. They just take it for what it is, and it's more kind of a kicking-off point or starting point for the next storyline.'
