As seen during the live stream, JoJo proceeded to cheekily slap Chris' bum.
Viewers have been continually left confused over Chris' seemingly "flirty" behaviour towards JoJo, who is in a relationship with her partner Kath Ebbs.
It comes as a source told The Sun: 'JoJo and Chris have been the talking point of the series, with the 'will-they won't-they' narrative.
'Even if it's purely platonic, as they claim, fans are convinced Kath must be furious about the endless physical contact, at least."
This latest moment followed CBB fans being left convinced JoJo's relationship with her non-binary partner was "on the rocks" after a less than gushing letter from home.
JoJo's note was from her mum, Jess - but included a message from the Dance Moms star's other half.
Heading to the Diary Room, she ranted about the lack of affection in the letter - which was read out after the actress and singer clarified her sexuality on the show.
Fans previously spotted Chris and JoJo holding hands in the dark and giggling in bed.
An eagle-eyed viewer wrote on X: 'There's no sound on atm but I loved seeing Chris and JoJo holding hands in the bedroom and giggling.
"The friendship they've formed already is SO sweet tbh.'
JoJo Siwa kisses Chris Hughes on the shoulder and he caresses her face in VERY intimate moments not shown on ITV - but caught on CBB live stream
JoJo has been sharing intimate moments despite being in a relationship on the outside.
It comes as fellow housemate Danny Beard issued a stern warning ahead of the grand final.
Chris and JoJo had been re-enacting a Titanic scene while in the hot tub.
Drag Race UK star Danny told them: "You two need to either f**k or stop."
Celebrity Big Brother 2025 finalists
The final six housemates in CBB 2025 are: Chesney Hawkes - singer and actor
Chris Hughes - Love Island hunk
Danny Beard - Drag Race UK winner
Donna Preston - comedian and actress
Jack P. Shepherd - Coronation Street legend
JoJo Siwa - singer, dancer and actress
Taking to X, a viewer reacted: "Danny said what the entire audience was thinking."
Another shared: "That hot tub turned into a therapy session real quick."
While a third remarked: "I just love that Danny says what a lot of housemates in there are scared to say."
Celebrity Big Brother airs on ITV1 and ITVX.

Love Island's Tommy Bradley reveals secret signal he'll use to communicate with his family from the villa - there's what to look out for

Love Island's Tommy Bradley has revealed the secret signal he will use to communicate with his family from the villa. The landscape gardener, 22, from Hertfordshire, is one of the singletons ready to find The One on the upcoming series of the ITV2 dating show. He has been billed as 'the cheeky chappy' the show - and is said to have undergone a body transformation in the last year ahead of entering the iconic villa in Mallorca. Tommy documents his gym sessions for his thousands of Instagram followers, seemingly helped along by boxer brother Jamie Bradley, who also features in his videos. The dating hopeful seems keen to stay connected to his family from inside the villa - revealing a secret gesture he will use to show them he is thinking of them. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new Showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. He explained how the idea came about: 'I didn't have a second suitcase. So last week, I went to my granddad's house to pick up one of his spare suitcases. 'And obviously, we were talking about it in there, and it was like, "Can you give us a signal when you're in there? So like, if you'll think, you're thinking of us?" 'I was like, "I don't know". Granted, what do I do? And then it was, "I've got an idea". I said, "What's your idea?" I had my baseball cap on. He said, "When you're thinking of us, turn your baseball cap sideways". I was like, "I can't do that, walking around with a side baseball cap!"' A source told The Sun: 'Tommy seems to tick all the Love Island boxes as the cheeky chappy of this summer's series. 'He looks to enjoy a night out with the lads and out on the boxing scene with his brother. 'But he's also packed on serious muscle over the last year ready for telly's famous villa and is no longer just a personality hire.' ITV was previously contacted by MailOnline for comment. When asked what he was looking for in the villa, Tommy previously said: 'A girl who is very ambitious, with a big personality, caring, but also someone that doesn't take themselves too seriously' When asked what he was looking for in the villa, Tommy previously said: 'A girl who is very ambitious, with a big personality, caring, but also someone that doesn't take themselves too seriously. 'I don't know if that's asking for too much, but I want a bit of everything. I haven't got a specific type in terms of looks, though.' But whoever Tommy picks will have to deal with the fact he 'takes hours' to do his hair. It comes after Love Island bosses announced they have axed a fan favourite part of the villa for the upcoming series. This year the much-loved bean bags have been banned in an attempt to make the accommodation feel more luxe and expensive. The famous comfy seats have seen former islanders pull those they are interested in for a chat, explore new romances and admit to falling in love. Replacing them this year are now 'Molly-Mae inspired' boucle seats with oak paneling and comfy cushions. Creative Director of the show Mike Spencer-Hayler told the Mail: 'The whole place, we wanted it to feel more upmarket. This year the much-loved bean bags (pictured) have been banned in an attempt to make the accommodation feel more luxe and expensive 'We've gone for inspiration from The Beverly Hills Hotel. 'It's more sophisticated this year. There's no more bean bags and now only lovely chairs. The beanbags have been axed. 'Hopefully it still feels like Love Island, but a more premium version. 'No more budget than usual though.'
