'The incident occurred when the victim was reportedly with his mother and their driver,' he told Bernama. Shazeli added that the boy is undergoing further examination at a hospital in Selangor. Investigations are ongoing, and police are reviewing closed-circuit television footage from the scene.

A Malaysian man has recently taken netizens by surprise after sharing that he rakes in RM6,000 to RM9,000 a month as an e-hailing driver. Posting in the Facebook group 'grab&Mycar司机乘客中文交流区', the 25-year-old revealed that he drives his Honda Civic for 14 hours a day. 'I'm 25-years-old and I drive a Honda Civic doing jobs on another platform. My monthly net income can reach RM6,000–RM9,000 (after deducting the platform's commission),' he said. He explained that the perks of being an e-hailing driver are more flexible hours and the freedom of not having to take orders from anyone like an office worker. The man shared that he's always happy as this job allows him to converse with passengers, enjoy the scenery, and most importantly, have freedom. Touch ‘n Go, Proton ink MoU to equip new X50 with TNG RFID tags
KUALA LUMPUR — Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd (TNG) and Proton Holdings Bhd have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to equip every unit of the all-new Proton X50 with a Touch 'n Go Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) tag at the production stage. In a joint statement today, the parties said the initiative reflects their commitment to providing smarter and more convenient driving experiences for Malaysian consumers. TNG chief executive officer Praba Sangarajoo said the partnership will create more seamless experiences for customers, and make everyday mobility feel easier, faster, and more intuitive. Proton Edar Sdn Bhd deputy chief executive officer Zhang Qiang said the partnership with TNG aligns with Proton X50's tagline, 'Intelligence That Amazes', adding that the feature may be extended to include other Proton models. 'We aim to improve customer satisfaction, and we think this is one of the steps we can consider towards achieving that goal,' he said. The MoU was inked by Praba and Qiang, witnessed by TNG sales director Jarrod Wong and Proton Edar head of sales Ong Chee Wooi. Launched on July 24, the latest Proton X50 features a redesigned exterior and interior, updated connectivity technology and a 1.5-litre i-GT turbocharged engine.
