One Direction fan caught up in Zayn Malik 'cheating' scandal finally breaks her silence on their night together - 13 years after leaked footage of their 'booty call' went viral

Daily Mail6 days ago
An American makeup artist has claimed she is the One Direction fan who was caught up in one of Zayn Malik 's cheating scandals.
In 2012, an audio clip of a man inviting a group of women up to his hotel room went viral when fans claimed it was Zayn - who was dating Perrie Edwards at the time.
Fans believed the Northern man on the phone was Bradford-born Zayn as he referenced a friend called Harry wanting 'booty' and also told the woman to tell hotel staff she was called Crystabel Riley - the name of the band's makeup artist.
Zayn - who was accused of infidelity several times during his relationship with Perrie - did not address the rumours at the time.
Now, 13 years later, Tricia Corona has claimed she was the woman on the phone and detailed her version of events, taking to TikTok to describe meeting Zayn at a One Direction fan event at a Walmart.
She began: 'We're standing in line and Zayn's making eyes at me.'
Tricia said her friends urged her to give him her number, so she continued: 'Like the hoochie that I am - or that I was I should say because I'm a happily married woman now - I wrote my number down and I stuck it right in my bra.'
She claimed that when she got to the front of the line, Zayn told her 'I like your jubblies [breasts]', adding: 'I pulled my number right out of my dress, slid it across the table and said "if you wanna hang out later - call me".
'I saw him say to Harry [Styles] "put it in your pocket", so that was the meet and greet.'
Tricia claimed that when she and her friends were driving back home she received a phone call from a British number.
'I answer and you can hear all of them yelling and giggling and talking,' she said. 'I say hello and they don't say anything and hang up.'
She claimed that this prank kept on occurring an 'absurd amount of times', until she got a phone call from Zayn at midnight asking her to join him at his hotel in Philadelphia.
Tricia said she agreed and she and her friends began the 1.5 hour drive back.
'He's calling me every two minutes "where are you? How far away are you? You have to be quicker - you have to get here fast because we do have to leave"', she claimed.
'We finally get to Philly and he calls and he's like "we left, we had to go, I told you. We're going to New York City why don't you come meet us there?"
Tricia then claimed Louis Tomlinson called her to say: 'don't shoot the messenger, our tour manager has put his foot down and he says no girls back to the hotel tonight'.
Still keen to meet the group, Tricia text Zayn saying: 'If you want to rebel against your babysitter tonight, let me know and we'll still come', to which he allegedly replied: 'f**k the babysitter, come anyway'.
Tricia and her friends then drove to New York, arriving at roughly 2.30am, where she claims Zayn told her to tell hotel staff she was their makeup artist and come up to his room.
Explaining why she didn't speak out at the time, Tricia insisted that no NDA was involved but that her mother had heard the leaked audio and was upset.
'It was not funny at the time,' she mused. 'Also he [Zayn] had his own stuff going on.
'And yes he is a celebrity and all that but he is still very much a person and I didn't want to throw him under the bus like that.
'So you can use your imagination I guess about what happened when I got up there.
'That's the story of Crystabel Riley.'
In a second video, she clarified that she didn't know who had leaked the audio footage, admitting: 'I have an inkling... who fu***ing cares at this point.'
MailOnline has contacted Zayn's representatives for comment.
WHAT WAS SAID IN THE LEAKED 2012 PHONE CALL?
MAN: You know when you come in the hotel, walk straight in, don't get involved with the people outside, the fans...
If they ask who you are you say your name is Crystabel Riley. Come up to the 17th floor.
'Get straight in the lift and come up, how far away are you? 20 minutes?
Harry's saying you'll have to be a bit quicker than that, 15 minutes is good.
WOMAN: Tell Harry he has to wait
MAN: 'If Harry wants booty he has to wait, did you say?'
WOMAN: '[Laughs] Tell Harry to calm down he'll get it in 20 minutes!'
During his four-year romance with Perrie, Zayn was plagued with several rumours of infidelity.
In 2013, Australian waitress Courtney Webb claimed she enjoyed a night of passion with the singer after he claimed he was single.
After sharing pictures of Zayn in bed, she told The Sun: 'He's an absolute s**t. How dare he - not only to me but to Perrie?'
She then added that she believed Zayn has strayed on more than one occasion, saying: 'I definitely don't think it's the first time he's done this.
'I feel sorry for Perrie - she doesn't know this is going on. It's wrong and it has to stop.'
Two years later, Swedish model, Martina Olsson claimed that Zayn cheated on Perrie with her while One Direction toured in Thailand, telling her: 'I want you now.'
The club promoter insisted that she bedded the former 1D star twice after partying together at the same nightclub where he was pictured cuddling Essex girl Lauren Richardson.
Speaking to The Sun On Sunday, Martina said: 'He didn't mention anything to me about having a fiancée. He was really flirtatious'.
She claimed that she went to the star's villa, where he asked her to take a shower with him before one thing led to another.
Martina said: 'Straight away when we were in the bathroom he started kissing me. He picked me up and said, 'I want you now,' and carried me to the bed.'
Then next night saw her partying with the band at the nightclub again, but this time Zayn reportedly had his eye on Lauren as Martina claimed that the pair disappeared for 30 minutes while at the band's villa.
But she added that she bedded the singer again after he paid for Lauren to leave in a taxi at 5am.
After a picture of Zayn hugging Lauren went viral he returned to his home with Perrie in the UK and tweeted: 'I'm 22 years old... I love a girl named Perrie Edwards. And there's a lot of jealous f**ks in this world I'm sorry for what it looks like x.'
He then announced he was leaving One Direction's On the Road Again World Tour due to stress.
Days later, in March 2015, he announced he was quitting the band, and five months later, he split from Perrie.
Zayn went on to date supermodel Gigi Hadid, but the on/off couple split for good in late 2021 after he was involved in a row with Gigi's mother Yolanda, where the singer was charged with four counts of harassment.
He pleaded no contest to the charges over allegedly pushing Yolanda into a dresser and calling her a 'f*****g Dutch sl*t' in September 2021.
Zayn and Gigi now amicably co-parent their four-year-old daughter Khai.

Bikini-clad Livvy Dunne shows off her flexibility in stunning new pictures from Georgia lake trip

Livvy Dunne may have retired from gymnastics in April, but the former LSU star showed that she hasn't lost any flexibility as she shared a series of pictures from her Georgia lake trip. After traveling to Montauk with her MLB boyfriend Paul Skenes last month, Dunne has been spending time in Lake Oconee with her sister Julz and other friends. And the national champion gymnast showed off her skills in one photo posted to her Instagram, as she performed a handstand on the dock while wearing a leopard-print bikini. In other photos which made up the carousel post to her feed, Dunne could be seen smiling as she posed by the water in a blue swimsuit, while she and her sister Julz embraced each other in another picture. Dunne even tried her hand at water skiing, as she posted an action shot of her holding on for dear life. She captioned her post: 'The summer I turned into a lake girl.' The snaps surfaced on Saturday after Dunne shared a similarly happy picture to her story on Friday, as she beamed at the camera while sitting at a lakeside cabin. Earlier in the week, the social media influencer made headlines when she weighed in on one of the internet's most viral moments - Taylor Swift's appearance on the 'New Heights' podcast, hosted by Travis and Jason Kelce. Swift, who has faced backlash from some male NFL fans for the screen time she received while cheering on boyfriend Travis during Chiefs games, leaned into the criticism during the show. 'I think we all know that if there's one thing that male sports fans want to see in their spaces and on their screens - it's more of me,' the pop icon joked. Dunne reposted the clip to her story, adding 'She gets it' - signaling her support for Swift's response. It's been several months since Dunne - who had been a fifth-year senior at LSU - formally announced her emotional retirement from gymnastics. In a video released by LSU, she narrated: 'Time flies when you're having fun. Something said when you're enjoying yourself to the point time seems to slip away from you. And that's exactly how the past 20 years in this sport have felt. She even tried her hand at water skiing and posted and action shot of her holding on 'The highs, the lows, making the USA national team and competing for our country, every risk was worth the reward. Finishing my career over the past five years of the best university in the world has been an incredible journey, and I'm forever grateful.' She continued: 'Gymnastics, you have filled my heart and shaped be a part of me. You've shaped me into the person I am today, creating memories and sisterhoods that will last a life support. You are my first love. 'To my family, especially my parents. Thank you for everything, for supporting me through it all, and to my childhood coaches from New Jersey and the LSU coaching staff, thank you for pushing me to be great. and yes, time did fly by, and I will cherish every memory for the rest of my life. 'Thank you for everything gymnastics. You were so good to me.' While Dunne will no longer be competing in gymnastics, she's remained around the sports world as she's cheered on her boyfriend Skenes - who is considered one of the best pitchers in baseball.

BBC calls police after Strictly cocaine investigation

The BBC has called in police after its investigation into alleged cocaine use on Strictly Come Dancing by two stars. Bosses launched an inquiry into the apparent drug use in what is the latest controversy to hit the Saturday night prime-time show. The Metropolitan Police is now investigating, ahead of the start of the 23rd series next month, the Sun on Sunday reported. 'It's a significant new development in the BBC's recent string of crises that they have now got the police involved in investigating allegations surrounding Strictly,' a source said. 'This is a very dramatic turn of events. 'Despite all the show and its team have been through over recent months, it's hugely controversial that you've now got Scotland Yard detectives probing Strictly. 'This is their biggest prime-time family entertainment show, so it's not a good look for the BBC.' Corporation bosses appointed law firm Pinsent Masons earlier this month to investigate the claims. Ongoing investigation into bullying The allegations were first made by Russells, another law firm, in March on behalf of Wynne Evans, a former contestant on the show, who was dropped by the BBC after apologising for using 'inappropriate language' during the launch of the Strictly tour. Others have also reported drug use on the show, with a celebrity allegedly claiming it was 'well known on the show that two stars took cocaine'. This is despite an ongoing investigation into bullying and inappropriate behaviour on the show over the past 14 months. A Met Police spokesman said: 'On Monday 4 August, the Metropolitan Police received a third-party allegation. 'The police investigation is in its early stages. No arrests have been made at this time.' Alleged drug use is the latest scandal to shake Strictly in recent years. Last year, Amanda Abbington, an actress who starred in Sherlock, alleged she was subjected to 'inappropriate, mean, nasty bullying' by Giovanni Pernice, a former Strictly dancer, while she was a contestant in 2023. In a review published last year, the corporation found no findings relating to physical aggression, but complaints of verbal bullying and harassment were upheld. The fallout from the review sparked the BBC to update its duty of care practices on the show and led Strictly to chaperones being present when celebrities and dancers were practising their routines. Italian dancer Pernice, who rejected 'any claim of threatening or abusive behaviour', welcomed the conclusion of the BBC review. Abbington left the dance show early, citing 'personal reasons' before alleging 'inappropriate behaviour'. Separately, Evans, the Welsh opera singer known for starring in adverts for GoCompare, was dropped by the corporation for using 'inappropriate language' during the launch of the Strictly tour. Evans went on to accuse Strictly of being 'fundamentally flawed in its duty of care', alleging the BBC had engaged in a series of 'lies and cover‑ups in order to absolve themselves of any wrongdoing'. He previously said he had never approved of the statement that was issued by the BBC in January in which he apologised for making an 'inappropriate and unacceptable' comment.

Iconic Sky Sports football show makes return to TV after five years off screen but fans blast ‘jarring' new detail

SKY SPORTS have welcomed back an iconic football show to its lineup, but fans have been left unhappy with one "jarring" new detail. This morning, the broadcasting juggernaut welcomed back Sunday Supplement to its programming schedule. 4 4 The show previously ran for 20 years before it was axed in 2020. Sunday Supplement saw industry insiders and journalists talk through the weekend's drama and chat about the major stories set for the papers too. And this weekend it has returned to viewers' TV screens ahead of the season's first Super Sunday, including a mouth-watering clash between Manchester United and Arsenal. Mark Alford, the director of Sky Sports News took to social media to welcome the show back after a five-year "holiday", and introduced its new host. He said: "The croissants are back… it can only mean one thing: Sunday Supplement IS BACK! "After a 5-year 'holiday' the iconic show is back with @skysports_sheth (Dharmesh Sheth) at the helm." However, while many fans were delighted to see it back, some were upset about changes made to the format of the show, including new faces and a new venue. One fan said: "You should not do Sunday supplement from the Sky Sports news studio!! It misses the point and the ambience of the old days. At least call it something else!" A second said: "Used to enjoy Sunday Supplement when I was younger. Have turned on this 'new' edition out of intrigue. It's not terrible, but the SSN studio is jarring. Could've predicted the clubs they've discussed so far, some 80 mins in. A third added: "Well done for bringing Sunday Supplement back @SkySports. But it isn't Sunday Supplement with no @henrywinter or Martin Samuels." Match of the Day in huge blunder as Shearer blasts Kerkez for Semenyo goal... despite Liverpool star not being on pitch Another said: "Such a shame Sky Sports have butchered the return of Sunday Supplement. Almost unwatchable." A fifth said: "Great to see Sunday Supplement back." While a sixth said: "Sky Sports may as well have not bothered bringing back Sunday Supplement." As Sky welcomed back an old favourite, Match of the Day was also under the microscope as a new era dawned for the juggernaut highlights show. Mark Chapman was on presenting duties for the first show since Gary Lineker 's departure, while Wayne Rooney made his first appearance as a regular pundit after signing an £800,000 deal with the BBC. 4
