Speaking about the ritual, Anushka shared, 'Every Sunday at sunrise, my sisters and I roll out our yoga mats — a ritual that started years ago and has become a tradition we deeply cherish. 'Barefoot on the grass under open skies, surrounded by trees and the sounds of nature, made the experience feel more peaceful,' Anushka said.
