Jagan silent on ‘voter theft' due to BJP ties: Gidugu Rurdra Raju
Congress Working Committee member and former Pradesh Congress Committee president Gidugu Rudra Raju on Sunday alleged that the former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was unable reluctant to speak on the 'vote theft' issue due to his relations with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders. He added that Mr. Jagan had a 'direct hotline' connection to the BJP headquarters, which made him criticise Rahul Gandhi, who exposed the 'vote theft' issue with evidence. Mr. Rudra Raju who was visiting North Andhra to attend a few marriages while speaking to the media praised Rahul Gandhi's relentless fight against the discrepancies in voters lists in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Haryana. He said: 'If Mr. Jagan is really a victim of manipulations of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) manipulation during the 2024 general elections , he should fight back and not become a puppet in the hands of BJP high command. The Congress will give a befitting reply if anyone makes remarks against its leaders.' He welcomed the Supreme Court's directive to the Election Commission of India (ECI) regarding Bihar's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter's list. 'The ECI's unilateral cancellation of voting right for 65 lakh people was exposed with the Supreme Court's order. It has boosted the morale of all the opposition parties of the INDIA Bloc. Rahul Gandh's 'Vote Adhikar Yatra' in Bihar will deter election authorities from colluding with the ruling BJP and NDA partners hereafter,' Mr. Rudra Raju added. Mr. Rudra Raju who has been newly elected Observer for Himachal Pradesh, said that the Congress Party's momentum is growing nationwide and it began with Rahul Gandhi's fight against the Narendra Modi government misrule and alleged misuse of Constitutional institutions like CBI, ED, ECI and others.

SC verdict in case of sarpanch election in Haryana is a warning for BJP, says Raut
Nashik: Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut said the Supreme Court verdict on the counting of votes polled through EVM for the sarpanch post of Haryana's Bavanu Lakhu village, where the SC reversed the presiding officer's decision after three years, indicates that BJP will cease to exist if the counting of EVM votes nationwide is conducted properly. Raut was in Nashik on Friday. Speaking to reporters, he said Mohit Kumar lost the sarpanch election in the village and challenged the results in higher courts until the case reached Supreme Court over about three years. "Mohit Kumar believed in what he claimed, that the presiding officer had transferred the votes meant for him into the name of the opponent. The SC got the votes counted. When we lose elections, we keep crying in the name of govt and election commission. Instead, what we need to do is challenge the decision in the court of law and stand by what we claim. If this happens, this will be a problem for BJP and it will cease to exist," said Raut. "This indicates that Narendra Modi was elected prime minister only through EVM scam. Same is the case with Devendra Fadnavis, who was elected Maharashtra chief minister," Raut added. Raut further pointed out that India is known as the spiritual country. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Could This NEW Collagen Blend Finally Reduce Your Cellulite? Regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "Swadeshi" call, Raut said he adopted what Congress has been preaching all these years and Modi has started following in Congress's footsteps. On the local body elections, Raut said, "Shiv Sena (UBT) and MNS would be contesting elections together even outside Mumbai, like in Nashik, Thane, and Kalyan Dombivali corporations, for which talks are being held."
