Toulon power past Castres and into Top 14 semi-final
Jaminet scored the first of Toulon's six second-half tries, adding a further 22 points with his boot.
Castres had kept the home side on their toes in an evenly-matched first half, with only two points the difference in Toulon's favour at half-time.
But they were swept aside after the break, with Jaminet's 50th minute try opening the floodgates for touchdowns from Baptiste Serin, Facundo Isa, Ben White, Ma'a Nonu and Jiuta Wainiqolo.
On Friday, Bayonne crushed Clermont with a dominant 20-3 win in the first play-off to set up a semi-final showdown with reigning record 23-time champions Toulouse.
Returning to the knock-out stage of the French championship for the first time in 33 years, Bayonne mastered the wet conditions best to remain undefeated at home this season.
Clermont, champions in 2010 and 2017, never got into the game which was played in stormy weather with persistent rain preventing play from developing.
Bayonne face Toulouse next Friday in Lyon, with Toulon taking on Bordeaux-Begles 24 hours later.
The Top 14 final takes place on June 28 in Paris.
Tommaso Allan booted a late penalty earlier Saturday as Perpignan preserved their Top 14 spot by beating Grenoble, losers in French rugby's second-division final, 13-11 in a promotion playoff.
In a tense game of repeated lead changes, Romain Trouilloud had booted the hosts ahead with sixth minutes to play. The Perpignan pack forced one last penalty and Allan converted.
Perpignan had finished 13th out of the 14 teams in the top flight to give themselves one more chance, away to the losers of the D2 final.
Grenoble topped D2 but had lost the final of the six-team playoff for the third time to force them into another do-or-die match.
The defeat also marked the second time in three years that Perpignan had beaten Grenoble in the playoff.

PARIS: Paul Pogba watched as Monaco easily beat Le Havre 3-1 in their Ligue 1 opener on Saturday as Lyon won away at Lens. On Friday French giants Marseille suffered a first-day upset 1-0 at 10-man Rennes. In Saturday's late game last season's fourth-placed team Nice fell 1-0 at home to Toulouse, but Monaco and Lyon avoided upsets. Georges Mikautadze scored the only goal as Lyon won 1-0 in northern France while 2018 World Cup winner Pogba's appearance in the locker room at the Louis II Stadium was one of the highlights of the first half of Monaco's game. Dressed in a vintage Monaco jersey, a cap on his head, and a big smile on his face, Pogba saw his team quickly take the measure of an outclassed Le Havre. Midfielder Pogba signed a two-year contract with Monaco from Juventus this summer in a bid to relaunch his career back home in France. Fofana ran rings around the Lens defence, breaking through at the end of the first half when he provided an ideal cross to Mikautadze. Despite 18 shots on goal, Lens were unable to deliver with Wesley Said and Deiver Machado both missing numerous chances. New recruit Florian Thauvin came off the bench for Lens after 57 minutes to rapturous applause from the home fans but despite bringing creativity and freshness, the World Cup winner could not make the difference. His comments came a day after Bournemouth's Antoine Semenyo was the target of racist abuse during his side's 4-2 loss to Liverpool at Anfield. "No Premier League footballer should ever have to, in their workplace or online, suffer that sort of abuse. It is important that we keep saying that," Masters told BBC Sport. "It is a problem for society. It leaks into football and it shouldn't happen in a football stadium. It shouldn't happen online. "It makes people like me and other football people in charge of the game think twice about what else we can do to ensure that these things don't happen in the future. "If you are found to be using discriminatory language inside a football ground you will be ejected, second you will be banned and third you may face criminal charges." Friday's game was briefly halted in the 29th minute to address the incident, with referee Anthony Taylor summoning both managers to the touchline for a briefing. Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk and Bournemouth counterpart Adam Smith were then called over to the benches for further instructions before play resumed four minutes later. Ghana international Semenyo went on to score twice after play resumed. Merseyside Police confirmed that the 47-year-old man from Liverpool who was ejected after the incident had been arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence and taken into custody to be interviewed. Semenyo thanked his teammates, Liverpool, match officials and the "entire football family" for their support in a statement on Saturday. Haaland fires Man City to opening win at Wolves
WOLVERHAMPTON: Manchester City signalled their intent to take back the Premier League title as Erling Haaland struck twice in a 4-0 win at Wolves on Saturday to begin their campaign. After four consecutive titles, City finished a distant third last season as Pep Guardiola's men failed to win any trophy for the first time in eight years. New signings Tijjani Reijnders, who was the star of the show at Molineux, and Rayan Cherki were also on target to give Guardiola hope his side will be back in the title race this season. "We knew he is a top signing for the coming years for City," said Guardiola on Reijnders outstanding Premier League debut after a £46.5 million move from AC Milan. "Of course we have changed after last season with many injuries and problems - fresh energy this season. "It's quite similar to when I first arrived. We had a lot of players who came when I first were outstanding and now the club has to refresh for the next years and be consistent." Guardiola made a bold call amid ongoing uncertainty over City's goalkeeping situation. James Trafford made his first senior appearance for the club after returning for a second spell at the Etihad from Burnley. Ederson was not in the travelling squad as he is reportedly close to a move to Galatasaray, which could see City pursue a deal for out-of-favour Paris Saint-Germain 'keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma. Wolves are among the favourites to be relegated after losing talisman Matheus Cunha to Manchester United. Vitor Pereira's side were ultimately well beaten, but the outcome could have been very different had they made the most of an uncertain City start. Moments later Oscar Bobb released Reijnders to arrow in a precise finish on his left foot. "Really nice to start with a goal an assist," said Reijnders. "It's something you always dream about starting like this. "Our main goal is to win the Premier League. We all know what we want and we are really sharp to reach that goal." Trafford did not have many saves to make, but showed his ability with his feet to begin a flowing move for City's third. The England goalkeeper cushioned a long pass into Reijnders, who played a one-two with Bobb, before cutting the ball back for a clinical Haaland finish. Haaland was denied the chance to net a hat-trick as he was replaced by Cherki 17 minutes from time. The French international took just another eight minutes to make his mark by picking out the bottom corner from outside the box. Tougher tests of this new-look City are around the corner with Tottenham, Brighton, Arsenal and Manchester United in their next four league games.
