The Mean Girls actress, 39 - who recently made a rare comment on her 'public downfall' - has sought treatments from Beverly Hills dermatologist Dr. Monika Kiripolsky.
On Monday, the dermatologist uploaded a selfie alongside the actress following an appointment in preparation for Lohan's red carpet appearance at the El Capitan Theatre.
Kiripolsky wrote, 'When your patient is literally the star of the show… and also the glow. ✨ Always an honor to treat the radiant @lindsaylohan - proof that great skin is ALWAYS in!
'From Mean Girls to mom glow… she's still got that Lohan luminosity. Can't wait to see her shine (and swap lives?) in the upcoming Freakier Friday - her skin's already ready to rock that red carpet.'
Social media users flocked to the comment section to share their thoughts on Lohan's flawless skin, with some asking the specific treatments that the mom-of-one has had.
However, the dermatologist replied that 'due to patient confidentiality, I can't say what treatments I've done.
'But, EVERY patient in our practice is offered the most cutting-edge combination of lasers, peels, injectables, lipo, and other amazing treatments... Always customized to that particular patient and his/her goals.'
Lohan began to appear on Kiripolsky's Instagram page last year, and the actress herself has also credited the celebrity dermatologist for her radiant skin.
During an interview with Byrdie earlier this month, the star expressed, 'I'm also big on staying consistent with my routines so I feel my best.
'That includes regular visits to my Los Angeles dermatologist, Dr. Monika Kiripolsky, whenever I'm in town for work.'
Lohan continued, 'She helps keep my skin healthy and glowing especially during breaks from heavy on-set makeup.'
While talking to Elle back in May for a cover story, the actress addressed plastic surgery rumors after photos of the star went viral last year over her youthful transformation.
The topic was brought up when Lohan revealed that she has been in the process of potentially creating her own beauty line.
'It's taking a long time because I'm very specific, because I'm crazy about my skin and health,' she explained.
SNL star Chloe Fineman - who interviewed Lindsay - complimented Lohan on having the 'skin of dreams.'
In response, the mom-of-one stated, 'Everyone does Botox,' before Fineman encouraged the actress to share some of her beauty secrets.
'Oh, God, I don't even know how to answer that. I drink this juice every morning. It's like carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, apple. I also drink a lot of green tea, a lot of water. I'm a big pickled beets person, so I put them in almost everything.
'My skin care is very specific. I'm trying out some serums now that I'm doing - I'm testing them,' she continued.
'Also, I'm a big believer in ice-cold water on your face when you wake up. I drink lemon juice a lot; I also put tons of chia seeds in my water. Eye patches, I do every morning. I'm into lasers.'
In regards to her 'glow-up,' Lohan also shared the negative side to it.
Her publicist chimed in to say, 'Yeah, but you know what the problem is with you being beautiful women - the second she looks any different, they assume she had her face lifted at 37 or 38, that she ripped apart this or that. It's so mean.'
Lohan then added, 'I'm like, when? With what time? Where?'
It came after her dad Michael confirmed that his daughter has had cosmetic treatments done.
During an interview with Page Six last year, he denied that Lohan has undergone plastic surgery but said she has done 'peels, fillers and Botox.'
'Lindsay never had any plastic surgery done ever. Her look [is] so natural - just like her talent.'
Earlier this week on Tuesday, the actress turned heads as she attended the Hollywood premiere of Disney's sequel Freakier Friday at the El Capitan Theatre.
She stunned wearing a pastel pink gown that flowed down towards the ground and contained sparkling details on the material.
Her blonde locks were parted in the middle, and cascaded down past her shoulders in elegant waves.
Lohan was joined by her rarely-seen husband Bader Shammas - whom he tied the knot with in 2022. The couple also share a son named Luai, two.
Lohan has reprised her role as Anna Coleman in the upcoming film, alongside Jamie Lee Curtis, Chad Michael Murray, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Julia Butters and Ryan Malgarini.
The premise is: '22 years after Tess and Anna endured an identity crisis, Anna now has a daughter and a soon-to-be stepdaughter.
'As they navigate the challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might strike twice,' per IMDB.
The fantasy comedy film, which was directed by Nisha Ganatra, is set to hit theaters next month on August 8.

Former child star Alyson Stoner revealed that they went to a 'medical weight loss camp' in preparation to audition for the lead role in The Hunger Games - which went to Jennifer Lawrence. The 31-year-old Camp Rock alum — who previously ended their feud with Demi Lovato — got candid about the 'strenuous' lengths they took in their upcoming memoir Semi-Well-Adjusted Despite Literally Everything which hits shelves on August 12. Alyson — who came out as queer in 2018 and uses they/them pronouns — described the workout regime and diet they underwent while simultaneously battling an eating disorder. In an excerpt of the book, per Vanity Fair, the star penned that playing Katniss would be the 'ultimate role' and 'ultimate strong female lead.' They continued, 'But the role was playing with fire for me. Katniss was characteristically thin — not starving, but small enough to reflect growing up in an underfed district — and muscular from hunting and archery. 'If I was going to devote myself to checking every box of the character description, I had to commit to strenuous training without fully succumbing to my eating disorder.' Alyson began undergoing more intense workouts months before the audition. The star explained that they were ready for such a pivotal role in their career and explained, 'I'd spent my whole career erring on the side of practicality and it hadn't amounted to a breakthrough. What the hell? I gained back every single pound I lost over two months? In a few hours?! It was my worst nightmare. 'My body had held on to every morsel of food and liquid ounce, unsure when it would be fed again. All my progress was erased.' Eddie Palmieri, pioneering Latin jazz musician and Grammy winner, dies aged 88
Eddie Palmieri, the avant-garde musician who was one of the most innovative artists of rumba and Latin jazz, has died aged 88. Fania Records announced Palmieri's death Wednesday evening. Palmieri's daughter Gabriela told the New York Times her father died earlier that day at his home in New Jersey after 'an extended illness'. The pianist, composer and bandleader was the first Latino to win a Grammy award, in 1975 for the album The Sun of Latin Music, and he would win seven more over a career that spanned nearly 40 albums. He kept releasing music into his 80s, even performing through the early coronavirus pandemic via livestreams. Palmieri was born in New York's Spanish Harlem in 1936, at a time when music was seen as a way out of the ghetto. He began studying the piano at an early age, like his famous brother Charlie Palmieri, but at age 13, he began playing timbales in his uncle's orchestra, overcome with a desire for the drums. He eventually abandoned the instrument and went back to playing piano. 'I'm a frustrated percussionist, so I take it out on the piano,' the musician once said in his website biography. In a 2011 interview with the Associated Press, when asked if he had anything important left to do, he responded with his usual humility and good humour: 'Learning to play the piano well ... Being a piano player is one thing. Being a pianist is another.' Palmieri dabbled in tropical music as a pianist during the 1950s with the Eddie Forrester Orchestra. He later joined Johnnie Seguí's band and Tito Rodríguez's before forming his own band in 1961, La Perfecta, alongside trombonist Barry Rogers and singer Ismael Quintana. La Perfecta was the first to feature a trombone section instead of trumpets, something rarely seen in Latin music. With its unique sound, the band quickly joined the ranks of Machito, Tito Rodríguez, and other Latin orchestras of the time. Palmieri produced several albums on the Alegre and Tico Records labels, including the 1971 classic Vámonos Pa'l Monte, with his brother Charlie as guest organist. Charlie Palmieri died in 1988. Eddie's unconventional approach would surprise critics and fans again that year with the release of Harlem River Drive, in which he fused Black and Latin styles to produce a sound that encompassed elements of salsa, funk, soul and jazz. Later, in 1974, he recorded The Sun of Latin Music with a young Lalo Rodríguez, and the album became the first Latin production to win a Grammy. Eight-time winner Palmieri was instrumental in the creation of the best Latin jazz album category at the Grammys in 1995; when the category was eliminated in 2011, he accused the academy of 'marginalizing our music, culture and people even further'. The category was reinstated the following year. In the 1980s, he won two more Grammy awards, for the albums Palo Pa' Rumba (1984) and Solito (1985). Palmieri released the album Masterpiece in 2000, which teamed him with the legendary Tito Puente, who died that year. It was a hit with critics and won two Grammy awards. The album was also chosen as the most outstanding production of the year by the National Foundation for Popular Culture of Puerto Rico. During his long career, he participated in concerts and recordings with the Fania All-Stars and Tico All-Stars, standing out as a composer, arranger, producer and orchestra director. In 1988, the Smithsonian Institution recorded two of Palmieri's concerts for the catalog of the National Museum of American History in Washington. Yale University in 2002 awarded him the Chubb fellowship award, an award usually reserved for international heads of state, in recognition of his work in building communities through music. Over his career, Palmieri worked with renowned musicians such as timbalero Nicky Marrero, bassist Israel 'Cachao' López, trumpeter Alfredo 'Chocolate' Armenteros, trombonist Lewis Khan and Puerto Rican bassist Bobby Valentín. In 2010, Palmieri said he felt a bit lonely musically due to the deaths of many of the rumberos with whom he enjoyed playing with.
