Talking about how she finds 'me time' amidst her hectic schedule, she shared, 'Whenever I get a break from my busy shooting routine, spending time at the salon becomes my way to unwind, and catching up on a bit of extra sleep feels like a treat to myself.'.
When asked about the role of fitness in an actor's life and how she manages to stay fit despite her packed schedule, Neha responded, 'It's true that in our profession, staying fit is crucial.
I've recently started focusing on it again because I was feeling unusually tired and sluggish. I realized it was time to prioritize my physical health. Balancing workouts with a busy day has been challenging, but I'm making it work.
It not only boosts my physical well-being but also uplifts me mentally and gives me the extra confidence I need.'
