WE'RE all striving to look after our skin and keep wrinkles at bay.
And now one woman who is mistaken for looking decades younger than she actually is has revealed her secret.
Lorraine Pascale, a British TV chef, took to social media to share her top beauty buy.
Responding to a comment which read: "Sorry 52? Girl drop the skincare routine," she revealed the one product she swears by.
Lorraine said her skincare routine was extensive but had one product she wanted to single out for leaving her with smooth, wrinkle-free skin.
She said: "Now, I've used all the products, the expensive ones, there's some great ones, there's some not so great ones.
"But the one that is my absolute favourite, that I'm drawn to over and over again, especially if you have dry skin, I've got very dry skin is this. It's the Nivea 60+.
"Am I 60? No."
Lorraine went on to say that the product was fantastic and left her skin baby smooth.
She urged people of all ages, especially those with dry skin, to give the product a go.
The Nivea Q10 Power 60+ Anti-Wrinkle Face Cream Moisturiser is equipped with SPF 15, Organic Argan oil, and Omega 6 & 9 for hydrated skin.
And the best part is that it's currently on sale in Boots at the moment for just £8.49.
I'm 50 next year & don't have a single wrinkle thanks to a product from Boots or TikTok shop - I've never had Botox
The clip was posted to Lorraine's TikTok account @ lorrainepascaleofficial and was an instant hit with fans.
People were quick to take to the comments and thank Lorraine for her recommendation.
One person wrote: "52!! Genuinely thought you were in your twenties when you were cooking on TV."
Another commented: 'Girl you look incredible! I'm 33 and buying that cream IMMEDIATELY."
How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist
LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.
She told Fabulous: 'The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves - no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
'The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
'All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.'
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.
Whatever your age or state of health, it's never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.
Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C, and E, are essential in neutralising free radicals—the culprits behind premature ageing.
Integrating a spectrum of colourful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.
Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.
Collagen, a structural protein dwindling with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods like bone broth and lean protein sources.
"Incredible skin," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "Your skin is amazing!"
"That's mad. How do you look like you're 28?' claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: 'You look sensational!"

The King has celebrated his official birthday with an eco-friendly flypast by the Red Arrows and a minute's silence for all those killed in the Air India plane disaster. Trooping the Colour was a display of military pomp and pageantry but Charles asked for the traditional programme to include the remembrance, and for senior royals and officers taking part to wear black armbands as a mark of respect. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad When the royal family gathered later on Buckingham Palace's balcony they acknowledged thecrowds and watched an aerial display of vintage and modern aircraft with the Red Arrows' finale powered by a blend of sustainable aviation fuel. The world-famous acrobatic team also used vegetable oil to produce their trademark red, white and blue vapour trails over the royal residence – believed to be a first. Trooping, also known as the King's Birthday Parade, fell silent after Charles had inspected hundreds of troops on Whitehall's Horse Guards Parade from a carriage with the Queen by his side. Charles led the royal colonels in wearing black armbands, with the Prince of Wales, Colonel of the Welsh Guards, Princess Royal, Colonel Blues and Royals, and the Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel Scots Guards, all wearing bands on their left arms. Young royals delighted monarchy fans by making an appearance, with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis riding in a carriage with their mother Kate. Kate took her place next to the King and Queen on the dais, in her role as Colonel of the Irish Guards – a symbolic position and one she was unable to take up last year because she was receiving cancer treatment, and instead watched the ceremony with her children. Trooping the Colour is as much a social occasion as a ceremonial celebration, and stands around Horse Guards Parade were filled with around 8,000 wives, girlfriends and parents of the guardsmen and officers on parade. The minute's silence was observed when Charles and Camilla returned to the dais, following an announcement to the spectators and a bugler sounding the Last Post. A group of activists from the anti-monarchy group Republic staged a 'not my King' protest.

The real reason everyone is obsessed with Labubu dolls

The Labubu doll trend is driven by scarcity and the desire to participate in a 'quest,' making the hunt as important as the prize, according to psychotherapists. Labubus, monster-like dolls with a fuzzy coat, red nose, rabbit-like ears, and sharp teeth, are considered 'ugly-cute' and have become a must-have accessory due to TikTok content creators. The limited availability of Labubus, priced from $21.99, creates a sense of exclusivity and achievement when obtained, fueling a healthy resale market with prices up to $300 for a box of six. Psychotherapists suggest Labubus represent a desire for something purely for joy, not function, offering a sense of belonging and social connection in a culture often focused on productivity and utility. Experts view the Labubu trend as a fashion phenomenon that signals being part of an in-group, though some see it as a transitional item that brings people together.
