According to Costa Rica's judicial investigation department (OIJ), Warner was pulled out to sea by strong currents and pronounced dead at the scene by Red Cross lifeguards. His representatives have yet to issue a statement regarding the incident.
Warner rose to fame as Theo Huxtable, the only son of Cliff Huxtable, played by Bill Cosby, in *The Cosby Show*. The series, which aired from 1984 to 1992, was groundbreaking for its positive portrayal of a Black American family, countering prevailing stereotypes of the time.
Born on August 18, 1970, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Warner was named after civil rights leader Malcolm X and jazz musician Ahmad Jamal. His mother, Pamela, managed his early acting career, which led him to attend The Professional Children's School in New York.
Though he had minor roles before *The Cosby Show*, his performance as Theo became his breakout role, earning him an Emmy nomination in 1986 for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Warner later appeared in spin-off *A Different World* and had notable roles in *Sons of Anarchy* and *Suits*.

The 13-time Grammy Award winner will serenade fans with his timeless hits at the Babyface Greatest Hits Concert Live in Kuala Lumpur at the Idea Live Arena in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, on Oct 30. The 66-year-old artiste, whose real name is Kenneth Brian Edmonds, has had a monumental influence on generations of musicians. His incredible catalogue includes his own classics like Every Time I Close My Eyes and Whip Appeal, as well as chart-topping hits he wrote and produced for other artistes such as Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton. CINCINNATI: American actress Kelley Mack, best known for her role in the post-apocalyptic drama The Walking Dead, has passed away at the age of 33. Born Kelley Klebenow, she "passed away peacefully" in her hometown of Cincinnati on Saturday after a battle with glioma of the central nervous system, according to a statement on the social networking site CaringBridge. Glioma is a type of tumour that affects the brain or spinal cord. A heartfelt post on Mack's Instagram account, accompanied by a photo of the actress, announced the news on Tuesday, according to CNN. It said: "It is with indelible sadness that we are announcing the passing of our dear Kelley. Such a bright, fervent light has transitioned to the beyond, where we all eventually must go." Tributes have since poured in from her friends, fans, and fellow actors, who remembered her as a "talented" and "sweet soul." Alanna Masterson, who also starred in The Walking Dead, wrote: "What an incredible human. So proud to have fought alongside her in our final episode together." Mack held 35 acting and five producer credits throughout her career. Her most notable roles included playing Addy in season nine of The Walking Dead, Penelope Jacobs in season eight of Chicago Med, and a character on FOX's 9-1-1.
