Aberystwyth stay 12th and are eight points adrift of safety.

Champions Cardiff start Adran Premier season at TNS
Champions Cardiff City will begin the defence of their Genero Adran Premier title away to The New Saints. The Bluebirds, who also won the Bute Energy Welsh Cup, will face last season's Adran Trophy winners at Park Hall on Sunday, 7 September. Newly promoted Pontypridd United begin at home to Aberystwyth Town while Barry Town United host Swansea City. New Wrexham head coach Jenny Sugarman's first game in charge will be away to Briton Ferry Llansawel. The final round of phase one fixtures will be played on Sunday, 25 January ahead of the league split which sees the top four teams compete in the Championship Conference.
