In her latest Instagram video, Katie revealed that she was back at the clinic and was having another cosmetic procedure.
She revealed she'd had filler added to her bottom.
Addressing fans, the TV star said: "So the bum is done! Here's a little sneaky, beaky, boopky!" - she then went onto to show how round her behind looked now.
Her latest "tweakment" comes after fans were "left concerned" when she showed off a "painfully" tight face this week.
Many have begged her to stop getting work done.
Katie has previously been warned she is "dicing with death" with her surgery habits.
It came after she revealed her plans for a fourth BBL operation.
Standing for Brazilian Butt Lift, the procedure entails injecting fat from other parts of the body into the bottom to give a more rounded or lifted look.
According to Dr Gerard Lambe, one of the UK's leading plastic surgeons and head of Reflect Clinic UK, the star has major factors to consider.
Dr Lambe told New Magazine: 'Katie needs to be aware that she is putting her health and body under extreme pressure with the now countless number of procedures she's had done in the last year alone.
"BBL is one of the most dangerous surgeries anyone can undergo and it has the highest mortality rate – it's one of Katie's riskiest surgeries yet. She is dicing with death."
FACELIFT WOES
Meanwhile, the TV star recently opted for tweakments abroad after being unhappy with her latest £10,000 facelift.
Katie Price looks barely recognisable on supermarket visit as concerned fans claim her teeth are too big for her face
Sources close to the star claimed she was less than impressed with her 'pixie ears' following the procedure.
At the time, Closer Magazine reported: "Katie is heading to Turkey for her first New Year's procedure: fixing her pixie ears.
'She thinks they need correcting after her recent facelift. She's having her ears removed, then re-stitched in place and pinned back so that they don't stick out."
Back in January, the mum-of-five took to Snapchat to share the gruesome photos, showing the sides of her face and cheeks all taped up.
Katie confessed on Snapchat: "From my last surgery, there are just a few little bits that I want tweaking.
'Well, they need tweaking. So here I am getting ready.
"That's the worst bit for me, the needle.
"The needle's done so now I can relax."

McFly star deletes insensitive post after India plane crash with urgent apology
Tom Fletcher - one quarter of McFly - has issued an apology after he made an insensitive post about planes on his social media account following the devastating Air India crash McFly star Tom Fletcher has issued an apology following a post he made about planes in the wake of the Air India crash. Hundreds of people lost their lives in a tragic plane crash moments after it took off in Ahmedabad. The plane had been bound to London Gatwick and was carrying 242 passengers when it crashed into the city just moments after leaving Ahmedabad Airport. Miraculously, one man survived the crash. On the same day, Tom shared a post about planes to his Instagram story before later deleting it after reading the news. He wrote: "Sorry, I've only just seen the terrible news about the Air India crash." In a post to apologise on Instagram, he added: "So awful. Had I known earlier, I obviously wouldn't have posted about my flight today. I understand why that much have looked insensitive and have deleted it. Thanks for letting me know. My whole heart goes out to everyone involved in the crash and all their friends & families." Mark Wright came under fire for his own post about planes and legroom just hours after the crash. He had posted some content from his recent holiday, captioning it: "1 day babe, for now we'll take row 26 with no extra leg room." However, the post was swiftly deleted and Mark issued an apology. He said: "I apologise for a post I just put up on my page after today's heartbreaking events. "I have posts from a holiday that are on the scheduled setting, which go out on future days I have set them for which was done last week. It's a horrendous coincidence that today's post was on such a devastating day." He added: "Once I logged in to my Instagram and realised the post had gone out, I immediately deleted. My heart goes out to everyone who has been effected from today. I'm sorry for this mistake and any offence caused." Sadly, it has now been confirmed that eight people who weren't on the plane have died following the crash. Ahmedabad authorities told the BBC that four of them were medical students who had been living in one of the buildings where the plane crashed into whilst the other four were relatives of other students living in the hostel at the time. Both the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the CEO of Air India have visited the crash site to pay tribute to the victims. Campbell Wilson, the CEO of Air India, said in a statement of his "deep sorrow" at the loss of life.

ITV This Morning tribute to guest feared dead after Air India plane tragedy
Fiongal Greenlaw, 39, and his husband Jamie Meek, 45, are feared to be among the passengers and crew on the Air India flight that crashed Former This Morning editor Martin Frizell has paid tribute to guest Fiongal Greenlaw and his husband Jamie Meek, believed to have perished in the Air India crash. The tragic incident occurred yesterday (June 12), and the couple were among those en-route to London's Gatwick Airport from India. The couple had been on holiday when the disaster struck their flight shortly after take-off. They were known not only for their travels but also as co-founders of a wellness brand that had been featured on This Morning, reports the Mirror. Martin, 66, took to Instagram to share his sentiments, posting an image of Fiongal alongside hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley from when they appeared on the show. He reminisced about Fiongal's appearance in January, noting his "vibrancy" and "sheer enthusiasm". His caption read: "So so sad to hear that Fiongal Greenlaw Meek and his partner are reported to be among the passengers and crew killed today on board the Air India flight bound for Gatwick. I remember his visit to the studio in January, he was passionate about auras and although I'm a sceptical sort his vibrancy and sheer enthusiasm won folk over." Adding further to his emotional message, Martin said: "And I know for a fact that he hoped to use his appearance on This Morning to build his Wellness brand, he had a great future ahead of him. Thoughts are with his family and friends and those of his partner Jamie." Amongst those reacting to Martin's poignant post was Good Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid. TV regular Lisa Snowdon, also familiar with the programme, expressed her sorrow in the comments with a tearful emoji followed by one of a broken heart. Fiongal graced This Morning as a guest back in January, giving hosts Ben and Cat insight into their auras during that episode. At that time, Martin was still at the helm as editor, before leaving in February. Post-Martin's exit, Fiongal made another appearance on the show, this time serving as spiritual advisor in April, joining Ben, Cat, and Josie Gibson in the London-based television studio. The couple had uploaded a video from Ahmedabad airport just before they boarded the ill-fated flight. During their trip to India, Fiongal and Jamie shared a cheerful video from the airport, beaming as they prepared to jet back home. Their lighthearted exchange during the video saw them reflecting on their adventures abroad. In the footage, Fiongal can be heard stating: "We are at the airport just boarding. Goodbye India. Ten-hour flight back to England. What was your biggest takeaway Jamie?" to which Jamie quips: "I don't know." This sparks laughter from Fiongal, who jibes at his partner: "Thanks for your contribution." Fiongal playfully remarks that he's learned "don't lose your patience with your partner", before Jamie retorts: "You snapped at me at the airport for having chai." Amidst their fellow passengers, the video concludes with Fiongal declaring his return to the UK is "happily, happily calm".
