Oasis' Heaton Park setlist and fan-favourites which won't be performed
Oasis' first show at Heaton Park is just days away now, with excitement building across the North West. The band haven't performed in their hometown since June 2009, and some believed it would never happen again due to Liam and Noel Gallagher's feud, which has lasted well over a decade.
Last week, the group performed two sold-out shows at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, opening the Oasis Live'25 tour which is set to hit cities including Manchester, Edinburgh, London and Dublin before going across the world. But as the first date nears, fans will no doubt be creating playlists of their favourite songs.
Now, it can be revealed what the band will be performing and songs that they have chosen not to include on their setlist, despite some being fan favourites. However, it's guaranteed that those in attendance will not be disappointed, as some might say that dozens of their big tracks have rightly made the cut. Oasis first take to the stage on Friday, July 11 and again on Saturday, July 12. But they'll have a short break before returning on July 16, 19 and 20.
Here's the setlist that fans can expect to hear on the night, and it's definitely (maybe) going to be supersonic.

But while the setlist is the stuff of dreams, some fans have expressed their disappointment that not all of their bangers have made the cut. Taking to Facebook, one fan said: "No Shakermaker, Columbia, All Around the World, Go Let It Out, Who Feels Love, Hindu Times, Turn Up the Sun, Lyla and Let There Be Love."
A second penned: "Stop Crying Your Heart Out, bit of a miss but can't have 'em all." "Would like to hear Keep the Dream Alive, Lyla, She's Electric," commented a third.
Another went on to say: "Disappointed that Stop Crying Your Heart Out and All Around The World' aren't included. Otherwise, sounds amazing!" Meanwhile, a fifth typed: "Great set list but would be more awesome if they had included Don't Go Away and Stop Crying Your Heart Out."
viagogo and resale tickets
Sites such as viagogo, Stubhub, and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that ticket conditions often prohibit resale after initial purchase. Those tickets may not be valid for admittance to gigs.
Fans intending to buy tickets for live events through resale websites should check the ticket terms and conditions, to confirm whether resale is prohibited, before they buy. Ticket terms and conditions can be checked with the original seller, such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation. If resale is prohibited, tickets bought second-hand could be voided and admission to the event refused.
Before Cardiff last weekend, they hadn't performed together since August 22, 2009, when they played V Festival in Staffordshire on their Dig Out Your Soul tour. The hugely anticipated tour comes 16 years after Noel dramatically quit the band, saying he could no longer work with Liam.
They had been slated to perform at the Rock en Seine festival i n Paris on August 28, 2009, but that date went down in history for so many reasons – and broke the hearts of millions. Backstage, Liam and Noel came to blows, with Liam apparently "wielding his guitar like an axe" at his older brother.
But after years of arguing and taking swipes at one another, almost 15 years to the day of their split, they confirmed the reunion, leaving fans sobbing. Fans joined virtual queues on Ticketmaster and See Tickets to get their hands on tickets for the event, with the tour eventually selling out.

‘Premier League should be trembling' – Fans in meltdown as Pep Guardiola shows off shock new look
PEP GUARDIOLA has sent Premier League fans into meltdown after he debuted a stunning new look. The Manchester City boss is hoping to mastermind his squad back to winning ways next season after finishing third in the league and going trophyless. 3 3 3 City's squad returns to pre-season on July 28 following their exploits in the Club World Cup. But the Spaniard forced fans to do a double take after spotting him with a remarkable new facial feature. Guardiola, 54, ditched his usual beard for a striking moustache. The new look quickly went viral as fans discussed it. One fan said: "The league is not ready for a bald moustache Josep Guardiola." A second said: "You can't just post 'Pep Guardiola' now has a moustache' and expect us to get on with our lives." A third added: "Bro what???" A fourth said: "Premier League should be trembling now." A fifth said: "Pep Guardiola saw the announcement of the start of production for the fourth season of Ted Lasso and decided to pay tribute to his idol." Ted Lasso recently announced its return for a fourth season, but Guardiola previously appeared in the last episode of season three of the Apple TV show, which he is a big fan of. Pep Guardiola and stunning daughter Maria belt out Oasis classic as Man City boss parties with Gallagher family at gig Guardiola could have even been inspired by a moustache he saw in 2021. He told TNT Sports correspondent Fred Caldeira at the time: "I really like your moustache, Fred. "You are so attractive and sexy." And he may be hoping the new look can give City a fresh push towards silverware. City have a pre-season game against Palermo on August 9. Horror fans' 'childhood trauma reactivated' after Stephen King series trailer
To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video The latest trailer for an eagerly anticipated horror series based on one of Stephen King's most iconic novels is here, and it's terrifying. Welcome to Derry is a prequel series for King's IT, which follows an evil shape-shifting being that preys on the children of Derry every 27 years. It has been adapted for the big screen before, first in 1990 with Tim Curry taking on the role of the villainous Pennywise, and again in 2017 and 2019 with Bill Skarsgard taking over from the Rocky Horror Picture Show star. The TV adaptation for HBO is set in the 1960s, before the introduction of the Losers Club that takes Pennywise down once and for all. Ahead of its release in October, a second trailer for the show has dropped, teasing the signature nightmare fuel that comes with It. The two-minute teaser begins with a new family moving to the quiet town of Derry, but it doesn't take them long to realise there's something very strange going on in the town. 'Derry is a beautiful place, but things do happen from time to time,' a woman says, and she's certainly not wrong, as it doesn't take long for missing children's posters to begin appearing. A group of children begins researching the disappearance of one of their friends, placing them in mortal danger, signalled by an ominous, floating red balloon that fans of the franchise will be very accustomed to. We get a quick glimpse of Skarsgard's return to the role of Pennywise as the dancing clown lurks in the shadows with glowing yellow eyes – enough to give anyone nightmares. There are links to King's other work, with a quick flash of a Shawshank State Prison bus from his novel Shawshank Redemption, as well as the novella Rita Hayworth. We also see Chris Chalk's character Dick Hallorann, who fans of The Shining will know as the head chef of the Overlook Hotel and the man who explains the shining ability to young Danny Torrance. Fans were quick to take to social media to air their thoughts, with many saying it looks 'insane' and 'terrifying.' 'This prequel is gonna set the spooky bar high,' Kittu said, while Titli posted: 'The red balloons are back and so is the trauma.' Giii echoed the same sentiment, writing: 'childhood fear reactivated again. Thanks HBO.' Dp_burner added: 'finally a show that understands my fear of clowns is completely rational 🗡️ gonna need some new nightmares anyway.' Season one hasn't hit our screens yet, and producer and episode director Andrés Muschietti – who also helmed the It remake films – has teased what fans can expect from subsequent seasons. Speaking to Radio TU, he revealed: 'It's a story that's based on the interludes of the book. The interludes are basically chapters that reflect Mike Hanlon's research. They're fragments of his research. 'For 27 years, it's the guy trying to figure out what it is, what did it, who did it, who saw it, and all that stuff… So they talk about catastrophic events from the past, like the fire in the Black Spot…. the massacre of the Bradley Gang, a gang of bank robbers in the '30s… and the explosion of the Kitchener Ironworks. More Trending 'Every time [Pennywise] comes out of hibernation, there is a catastrophic event that happens at the beginning of that cycle.' So it seems that we could go back as far as the 30s, and maybe even the 1900s to explore Pennywise's origin story if Muschietti has anything to do with it.
