Warning for all Australians travelling to Bali after a luxury villa was ransacked by a very unusual suspect
Sydney office worker Jazz Walsh was getting a 'relaxing' massage when she received a video message from an employee of the Korowai resort in Uluwatu, Bali.
The video, which Ms Walsh shared to social media on Tuesday, depicted her dishevelled room where her belongings had been strewn across the floor.
'Good afternoon, madam. I think a monkey (has come) through your room,' the employee could be heard saying.
He said the monkey had likely gained access through a bathroom window before leaving a trail of destruction.
'I'm afraid that the monkey were coming in from the outside going inside,' he said.
Staff were alerted to the disturbance after discovering a pair of headphones which, the employee said, had been flung through the window.
Ms Walsh added her AirPods had been poached during the raid, claiming they must have been taken out of their case, which was left behind.
'(It) was hard to be annoyed when it was so funny,' Ms Walsh wrote.
Cosmetics were left scattered across the bathroom floor and bags were left upturned throughout the bedroom.
'Those silly cheeky Bali monkeys,' Ms Walsh wrote alongside the video.
Viewers of the video were left stunned, with most taking the side of the monkey.
'I don't know what's cuter - the monkey sneaking in or the sweet gentleman explaining the situation,' one woman wrote.

Harrowing new details emerge about the horror scooter crash in Bali that left a Melbourne mum fighting for life
The fiancé of a Melbourne mum who suffered life-threatening injuries while holidaying in Bali has recalled the harrowing moment he feared that she was dead. Julia Kirishun, 38, originally from Moscow, remains in hospital after a scooter crash in Seminyak, a popular beach resort on the Indonesian island on July 26. She suffered a subdural haematoma, a potentially fatal bleeding on the brain caused by head trauma, and underwent emergency surgery. She and fiancé Balazs Czako were just two days into a nine-day holiday to celebrate his 40th birthday. Disaster struck on the way back from dinner, after the couple decided to call it a night due to an early start to the birthday celebrations the next day. It was only a short drive, but the roads were wet and dark. The couple were only a few minutes from their hotel when things took a horrific turn. 'The route the GPS took us on was a completely unlit alley. There were no cars in front as I went around the bend but out of nowhere this black Toyota came out of a side alley from our left,' Mr Czako told When Mr Czako hit the brake, the rear wheel of the scooter jutted to the left, which caused the couple to fall from the vehicle. While Mr Czako's badly damaged foot looked as though it had 'been put through a blender,' he was more concerned about his fiancée. 'I managed to get up and quickly rushed over to Julia and quickly noticed she was unresponsive. I thought I had lost her, I thought she was dead,' he recalled. 'I started getting frantic and screaming 'wake up, baby' and tapping her on the cheek. I can't begin to describe what I was feeling.' Onlookers rushed to the couple's aid and called emergency services. Ms Kirishun was rushed to BIMC Hospital in Kuta, where a CAT scan confirmed she suffered bleeding and bruising on the brain. Mr Czako spent his birthday by her hospital bedside in intensive care after she underwent emergency brain surgery. While her condition has since stabilised, she remains too unwell to fly home. Mr Czako has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help assist with soaring medical bills, ongoing support and rehabilitation, and the unforeseen financial burden that has placed the family into a tough position. The surgery alone cost more than $30,000, with overall hospital expenses exceeding $55,000 which their travel insurer allegedly refused to cover due to 'technicalities'. Mr Czako is waiting to hear back from the insurer after their claim was initially denied. Faced with growing debts, including a hefty daily fee to keep his fiancée in the hospital, Mr Czako has been forced to borrow from family and access his life savings. The couple, whose nine-year-old Alexander, has special needs, thanked those who have so far contributed to the fundraiser. 'We cannot express how incredibly grateful we are for all your generous contributions to Julia's GoFundMe campaign,' Mr Czako wrote on Wednesday. 'Your kindness and support during this challenging time mean the world to us. 'Because of your donations, we are closer to making sure we are able to cover the funds for her life-saving treatments.' More than $33,000 has already been raised. The fundraiser described Ms Kirishun as a rare soul who lights up every room she walks into and shows up for everyone else. 'I am overwhelmed with the generosity of everyone's contribution no matter the amount. Every dollar counts, and your willingness to help will not be forgotten,' Mr Czako added. 'Thank you for standing by Julia's side and for being part of her journey to healing.'

Warning for all Australians travelling to Bali after a luxury villa was ransacked by a very unusual suspect
A monkey has ransacked the room of an Australian tourist at a luxury Bali villa, taking off with the guest's AirPods and leaving the room in disarray. Two tourists dead and another missing in Bali boat horror as tourist ferry with 80 people on board capsizes
A boat carrying 80 passengers has capsized in Bali leaving two tourists dead and a third missing. The speed boast capsized about 5pm AEST after being caught in large surf off Sanur in southeast Bali. At least five Australians, three men and two women, had boarded the vessel, though local authorities have yet to provide information on their condition. Denpasar Search and Rescue Agency said 77 passengers survived the incident while two Chinese nationals died and a 23-year-old Indonesian remained missing. Footage captured the aftermath, where sodden passengers were carried to shore after being rescued from the upturned vessel. In a particularly troubling scene, an apparently unconscious woman was seen being rushed to shore as the screams of onlookers filled the air. The boat, named Fast Boat Dolphin II, capsized and ran aground near its destination port in Sanur, on the Bali mainland, after crossing from Nusa Penida. The search agency said fifteen people were receiving treatment at Bali Mandara Hospital. Pictured is the upturned vessel, which ran aground near Sanur Port on the mainland Investigations into the number of passengers on board and their condition remain ongoing. 'We received the initial report to the Bali Province Disaster Management Operations Center (Pusdalops PB) at 4.25 pm,' the search agency's Bali head I Nyoman Sidakarya said, according to the National News Network. 'We are continuing to gather information regarding the number of passengers and their current condition.' Travel authorities have raised concerns with the safety of Bali's boats in recent months, following the death of Australian woman Anna Blight, 39, in March. The Melbourne accountant was among the 13 passengers on the Sea Dragon snorkelling boat thrown overboard in rough surf on its way to Nusa Penida. Last month, at least 19 people died after a ferry sank while crossing from from an eastern Java island to Bali.
