Kai Cenat speaks about PTSD-like feelings after 30-day Twitch stream
The streamer discussed the challenges of the non-stop 'Mafiathon' during his appearance on Hot Ones, where celebrities answer questions while eating spicy chicken wings.
During the interview, Kai was asked what it was like to stream continuously for 30 days. He shared, 'I think I understand how important it is to make a promise to my community. That's my mentality. I think it's fine to push myself to the limits that I didn't think I could do. 30 days, 24/7, but I'll get on camera. It's crazy. It's a lot of pressure too, cause you want to make sure everybody that's watching is enjoying the time as well.'
Although the stream included many memorable moments, Kai opened up about the difficulties that followed.
Host Sean Evans mentioned the challenge of planning 30 days of content, leading Kai to speak about the aftermath of the stream.
'It's crazy,' Kai said, adding that after the 30 days, he woke up the next day feeling like he was 'trying to get out of PTSD' from having people watch him constantly.
He described the period as a 'weird phase' where he felt like he was still being watched, noting, 'But you'll be good when you get over that.'
