Trump to create a 'freedom zone' in Gaza

ALBAWABA - US President Donald Trump referred to the Gaza Strip as an "incredible piece of important real estate", BBC reported on Monday.
He also stressed the idea of having a United States peace force "controlling and owning" the Gaza Strip calling it a "good thing".
Donald Trump also suggested deporting the Palestinians and "moving them around to different countries".

In their place, the US president also suggested forming "a freedom zone" in the strip. He said referring to the Gaza Strip: "a great location that nobody wants to live in".
Earlier after he assumed office as president of the US, Trump repeatedly suggested moving 2.1 million Palestinians from Gaza to other Arab states; Egypt and Jordan, controversially proposing that the US should control Gaza and turn it into a Middle Eastern "Riviera".
However, later on, he retracted his suggestion during a meeting with Irish Prime Minister Micheal Martin, when he responded to a reporter's question about his plan by saying:
"Nobody's expelling any Palestinians."
