Aston Villa and Brighton are both tracking £4.75m-rated wonderkid, 18 - but face competition from across Europe
The athletic 18-year-old was called up to the national team of Benin last month to make his debut against Morocco and is already drawing attention from the likes of Sevilla, Eintracht Frankfurt and Red Bull Leipzig.
Kustosija, based in Zagreb, are forging a strong reputation for finding promising young talents, developing them and selling on at a profit.
They have just agreed to sell coveted 18-year-old midfielder Lovro Chelfi to Barcelona - a player who had attracted interest from Arsenal and Liverpool - and, previously, sold defender Mika Faye, now at Rennes, also to Barcelona.
MLS side Charlotte also snapped up their 16-year-old striker Leo Bartolovic for £450,000 and 18-year-old Malian midfielder Baye Coulibaly followed the same path for £1.5million plus a 25 per cent sell-on.
Another teenage striker Dino Klapija, a target for Arsenal and Manchester United, joined Leipzig for £4.5m.
Kustosija are now willing to repeat the process with Aloko.
They want around £4.75m for Aloko, who has impressed scouts previously while playing for Benin U20s, and believe his pace and power make him well suited to the Premier League.
Villa and Brighton both have a similar reputation for finding young talents to develop and Aloko is on their radar.
Mail Sport's TRANSFER CONFIDENTIAL column reported on Tuesday that Brighton's Adam Webster had previously been of interest to Everton, but now that Michael Keane has signed a new deal, a £10m deal will likely not happen.
The Toffees are also keen on a move for Scotland international midfielder John McGinn, though that deal is viewed as remote.

Marcus Rashford has joined his new Barcelona team-mates on their pre-season tour of Asia and the Manchester United loanee made his first appearance against Japanese side Vissel Kobe They say it is the biggest humiliation a footballer can experience: being a substitute that, after getting on the pitch, is then subbed off. So why did Hansi Flick bring on Marcus Rashford for 30 minutes on his Barcelona debut - and then take him off again? Rashford, 27, appeared for the first since completing his season-long loan move from Manchester United in midweek, ending his exile at Old Trafford. The forward's transfer - which includes a £26million option to buy - was finalised in time for him to fly to Japan with the rest of Barca's squad, as they embark on a pre-season tour of Asia. First up was a clash with Japanese side Vissel Kobe in a friendly match which was initially suspended before organisers scrambled to make it happen. Rashford was named on the bench by Flick before the German changed his entire line-up at half-time. Flick was a 'key' reason why Rashford joined the La Liga champions, having led Barcelona to three trophies in his first season. "He was another key factor for me to join Barca," the 27-year-old revealed during his unveiling. "The conversations I had with him were very positive. He has proven to be one of the top coaches... He led a young team to such a successful season and has returned to the preseason wanting more." Rashford's team-mates are already looking forward to playing alongside him. "Rashford is a very talented player," Lewandowski told reporters in Japan. "We played Manchester United two years ago and he was in great form. Marcus Rashford made his debut for Barcelona in a 3-1 friendly victory against Vissel Kobe in Japan. The 27-year-old, on a season-long loan from Manchester United, was introduced at half-time and played until the 78th minute. During his first appearance for Hansi Flick's side, Rashford had an effort saved. Barcelona's goals were scored by Eric Garcia, Roony Bardghji, and academy player Pedro Fernandez. Spain star Lamine Yamal was presented with Barcelona's famous number 10 shirt before the match.
